Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini Dinas Kebudayaan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Sukabumi belum memiliki sistem informasi yang memadai untuk menyebarkan kesadaran akan layanan tersebut. Penyebaran informasi mengenai departemen masih kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan sistem manual, seperti spanduk, papan pengumuman dll. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Metodologi ini memiliki 6 tahapan: Perencanaan, analisis sistem, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan penggunaan atau pemeliharaan. Hasil dari SDLC adalah terdapat tiga hak akses pengguna: pengguna admin, karyawan, dan pengunjung. Perbedaan antara user admin dan pegawai adalah user admin dapat mengatur seluruh data yang ada di dalam sistem, sedangkan user pegawai tidak bisa hanya mengatur data admin saja. Bagi pengunjung pengguna dapat melihat informasi pada website terkait layanan tersebut. Hal ini meliputi : Profil Program Disbudpora Kabupaten Sukabumi Data Berita Agenda Kebudayaan dan Pemuda dan Olah Raga. Sistem Informasi DISBUDPORO Kabupaten Sukabumi Atlet-atlet unggulan di Kabupaten Sukabumi Galeri informasi disbudpora kabupaten sukabumi Sistem informasi DISBUDPORA KABUPATEN Sukabumi dirancang untuk memudahkan dinas dalam berbagi informasi dan masyarakat mengakses informasi dinas melalui website. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, SDLC, Website. ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the rapid development of technology, especially in the field of IT systems. Currently, the Sukabumi Regency Youth Culture and Sports Service does not yet have an adequate information system to spread awareness of these services. Dissemination of information about departments is still ineffective because they still use a manual system, such as banners, bulletin boards etc. The methodology used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This methodology has 6 stages: Planning, system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and use or maintenance. The result of the SDLC is that there are three user permissions: admin, employee, and visitor users. The difference between admin users and employees is that admin users can manage all the data in the system, while employee users cannot only manage admin data. For visitors, users can view information on the website related to these services. This includes: Profile of the Disbudpora Program of Sukabumi Regency News Data on the Culture and Youth and Sports Agenda. Abstract

Selama kehamilan, seorang ibu sering mengalami mual, muntah, sakit punggung, atau indikasi penyakit ringan lainnya. Terkadang hal ini menghasilkan keputusan untuk minum obat tanpa resep dokter atau bidan. Perilaku seperti itu dapat menyebabkan risiko cacat janin. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang obat-obatan yang dapat dikonsumsi selama hamil. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mengumpulkan pengetahuan tentang obat-obatan yang aman untuk dikonsumsi wanita hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMS) obat berbasis Android untuk wanita hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) yang terdiri atas beberapa tahap, yaitu evaluasi infrastruktur, pembentukan tim,  menangkap pengetahuan, merancang cetak biru  KMS, verifikasi dan validasi, implementasi KMS, dan pengujian KMS. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan pengetahuan tacit dan explicit mengenai obat ibu hamil. KMS Obat Ibu Hamil ini dilengkapi dua fungsi pencarian, yaitu pencarian berdasarkan nama obat dan pencarian berdasarkan keluhan nyeri atau indikasi penyakit. Pengetahuan Obat yang ada di KMS telah diverifikasi dan divalidasi. Pengembangan KMS Obat telah dilengkapi fiturnya sesuai dengan hasil proses penangkapan pengetahuan dari pakar. Adapun KMS Obat Ibu Hamil lebih lengkap 72% fiturnya dibandingkan dengan aplikasi yang telah berjalan, yakni MomsMed. KMS ini telah diuji fungsionalitas dan kompatibilitasnya, sehingga berfungsi dan kompatibel untuk versi Android 5.0, Lollipop (API level 21) ke atas. Terakhir, KMS ini dapat membantu ibu hamil dalam mencari pengetahuan tentang keamanan obat yang akan dikonsumsi ibu hamil sehingga tidak berisko pada janin. AbstractDuring pregnancy, a mother often experiences nausea, vomiting, back pain, or other indications of minor illness. Sometimes this results in the decision to take medication without a prescription from a doctor or midwife. Such behavior can cause the risk of fetal defects. This can occur due to a lack of knowledge about medicines that can be consumed during pregnancy. Therefore, we need a system that collects knowledge about medicines that are safe for consumption by pregnant women. This study aims to build an Android-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) of medicines for pregnant women. This research uses the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method which consists of several stages, namely evaluation of infrastructure, team building, knowledge capture, design of the KMS blueprint, verification and validation, implementation of KMS, and KMS testing. This study has produced tacit and explicit knowledge regarding the medicines of pregnant women. KMS for Pregnant Women Medicines is equipped with two search functions, namely searching by medicine name and searching based on complaints of pain or indication of disease. Drug knowledge in KMS has been verified and validated. The development of KMS has been equipped with features under the results of the process of capturing knowledge from experts. The KMS for Pregnant Women is 72% more complete than the existing application, namely MomsMed. This KMS has been tested for functionality and compatibility, so it works and is compatible with Android versions 5.0, Lollipop (API level 21) and above. Finally, this KMS can assist pregnant women in seeking knowledge about the safety of drugs that are to be consumed so that there is no risk of the fetus.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan pemerintah daerah yang masih belum memilki website dalam penyebaran informasinya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibangunlah website Dinas Sosial kabupaten sukabumi untuk membantu pemerintahan dalam hal penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat, membantu meningkatkan pelayanan publik, juga membantu menghubungkan masyarakat dan pemerintah menjadi lebih dekat dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Metode SDLC ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yang cukup lengkap dan terstruktur mulai dari perencanaan, analisis sistem, perancangan, implementasi, uji coba, validasi, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah website profil Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sukabumi yang dibuat untuk menampilkan informasi dan kegiatan apa saja yang berkaitan dengan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil tersebut didapat dari uji coba yang dilakukan seperti uji coba struktural, uji coba fungsional dan uji coba validasi, sistem dapat berjalan dan berfungsi sesuai yang diperintahkan. Sistem dapat menampilkan informasi seperti berita, profil dinas, agenda, dokumen, galeri kegiatan, daftar nama pegawai, pelayanan, dan chatbot. Sebagai tambahan pada sistem ini memiliki fitur berupa chatbot yang dapat menjawab beberapa pertanyaan yang sering diajukan, diluar dari pertanyaan itu chatbot akan mengarah langsung ke link dan kontak Dinas Sosial untuk menyakan pertanyaan yang tidak dapat dijawab chatbot. Kata kunci : Website, PHP, MySQL, Sukabumi, Dinas Sosial.  ABSTRACT The Sukabumi District Social Service is a local government that still does not have a website to disseminate information. To overcome this, the website of the Social Service of Sukabumi Regency was built to assist the government in disseminating information to the public, help improve public services, and also help connect the community and government to be closer in organizing government. The research method used in this research is using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. This SDLC method has several stages that are quite complete and structured starting from planning, system analysis, design, implementation, testing, validation, use and maintenance. The result of this research is a website profile of the Sukabumi District Social Service that was created to display information and activities related to the Sukabumi District Social Service. The results were obtained from tests conducted such as structural trials, functional trials and validation trials, the system can run and function as instructed. The system can display information such as news, office profile, agenda, documents, activity gallery, employee roster, services, and chatbot. In addition, this system has a feature in the form of a chatbot that can answer some frequently asked questions, outside of that question the chatbot will lead directly to the Social Service link and contact to ask questions that the chatbot cannot answer. Keywords: Website, PHP, MySQL, Sukabumi, Social Service.

Abstract

This study addresses the optimization of inventory management for sandal and shoe products, at CV Diva Karya Mandiri Warehouse, which covers of five key features: a dashboard, master data management, transaction data, reporting, and user management. The First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm is specifically applied to the transaction feature, ensuring timely disbursement in line with the order of receipt. It is implemented using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of Planning Requirements, User Design, Construction, and Cutover phases. The developed inventory application offers two access levels: administrators with comprehensive access and warehouse managers with limited access for viewing, searching, and filtering item data. This study successfully implementing the FIFO algorithm, with 95% Blackbox testing result achieved through boundary value analysis approach.Top of Form
