Abstract

Business processes in the business world require companies to be able to manage information properly and the information needs of each interested party can be met quickly and accurately. The development of EA (Enterprise Architecture) in the company is a complex and challenging job. PT Mitra Telematika Utama has problems with accounting activities and bookkeeping activities. Planning the organizational information system architecture is a complex process, so the planning process must be managed with clear guidelines that aim to align the organization's business technology and public strategy to create maximum results for the organization. Designing an enterprise architecture model requires a framework to manage complex systems and align business with information technology that will be developed within the organization. TOGAF is a framework developed by The Open Group from 1995 to the present. TOGAF provides methods and tools used in planning, creating, designing, and managing the development and implementation of enterprise architecture. TOGAF provides a detailed method on how to build and manage and implement enterprise architecture and information systems called ADM (Architecture Development Method). TOGAF provides methods and tools used in planning, creating, designing, and managing the development and implementation of enterprise architecture. So in planning the enterprise architecture, TOGAF ADM produces application architecture blueprints, business architectures, technology architectures, data architectures, and implementation roadmaps where these blueprints are useful as a reference when developing an enterprise architecture in this case at PT. Mitra Telematika Utama.

Abstract

Ease of access can be pros and cons for all information system applications, because it increases the possibility of someone hacking the information system. Therefore, a risk assessment or risk assessment of information systems is needed to identify and understand the risks involved in accessing them. One of the risk assessment methods that analyzes the risk profile of information assets using the OCTAVE Allegro method. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of security risk management on information systems at the Religious Courts of the City of Kediri. The recommendation process is a follow-up to the risk assessment in the form of controls in ISO/IEC 27002:2013 which focuses on clause 9. Access Control. This research uses a literature study approach . The literature review was carried out by looking for references to information security risk management analysis using the OCTAVE Allegro method, research material books and research journals to assist in the preparation of this research proposal. The theory taken from the reference mainly refers to the OCTAVE Allegro method. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers got 10 areas of attention that will be given control recommendations based on ISO/IEC 27002:2013.

Abstract

Currently, “Buruan Sae” is a leading program in Bandung City, during the pandemic, this program was used to solve the problem of food security for every community. The government also promotes every community to implement urban farming in the city. Meanwhile, digitization is a step that is expected to be carried out in the future. To prepare for the transformation in this direction, the initial step is to measure readiness. Therefore, this study aims to determine the readiness of Agricultural Extension Officers (AOE) in Bandung as a necessary initial step in assisting the digital transformation of the “Buran Sae” program. AOE from the Department of Food and Agriculture were used as the sample population considering that they are the “spearhead” of this program. Using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) Model, the value obtained was 3.365, which can be categorized as Medium Technology Readiness group. The amount of Explorers group namely 37.5% indicated that the majority of extension officers will accept the technology quickly. Furthermore, no part of the population can completely resist technological change as implied by the absence of the Laggards group. In the future, the results are expected to become a fundamental basis for the Department of Food and Agriculture to achieve digital transformation and this program will continue to be the main answer to every community’s problem of food and agriculture.

Abstract

Abstrak endroa@telkomuniversity.ac.id, Smart Card adalah alat yang digunakan untuk transaksi data dengan cepat dan praktis yangberbentuk chip yang ditanamkan pada kartu. Kartu tersebut sangat membantu proses identifikasi danadministrasi seperti kartu pasien pada rumah sakit terutama pada keadaan darurat. Data pasien hanyadapat diakses oleh orang tertentu oleh karena itu dibutuhkan mekanisme keamanan seperti algoritmakriptografi untuk mengamankan data pada kartu tersebut. Algoritma yang dibutuhkan untuk kartu pasienadalah algoritma yang memiliki kemampuan proses yang cepat tingkat keamanan yang tinggi. Pada paperini telah diimplementasikan algoritma Tiny Encryption Algorithm pada Smart Card dan dihitung waktuproses serta tingkat keamanannya berdasarkan Avalance Effect. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini waktu proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data pasiendengan jumlah 600 baris riwayat pasien yang berukuran 30,6 Kb menghasilkan rata-rata waktu enkripsisebesar 20,17 ms sedangkan dekripsi dibutuhkan waktu sebesar 17,21 ms yang menunjukkan waktu prosesyang sangat kecil. Pengujian Avalance Effect yang dilakukan pada proses enkripsi TEA menghasilkanAvalance Effect sebesar 77% yang menunjukkan data yang dienkripsi memiliki hasil chipertext yang sangatacak sehingga isi data terjaga kerahasiaannya dengan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi. Hasil pengujianwaktu proses dan AE tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa TEA merupakan algoritma yang memiliki prosesmengamankan data yang cepat dengan keamanan yang tinggi dan waktu yang dapat ditoleransi oleh usersmart card.Kata kunci : Smart Card, TINY ENCRYPTION ALGORITHM, Enkripsi, Dekripsi.Abstract Smart Card is a tool that is used for fast and practical data transactions in the form of chipsembedded in the card. This card is very helpful for the process of identification and administration such aspatient cards in hospitals, especially in emergencies. However, patient data can only be accessed by certainpeople, therefore the card requires a security mechanism such as cryptographic algorithms to secure thecontents of the data. Therefore the algorithm needed for the patient card is an algorithm that has fastprocessing capabilities and a high level of security. In this paper, we try to implement the Tiny EncryptionAlgorithm on a Smart Card and calculate the processing time and measure the level of security using theAvalance Effect. Based on the results in this study the time of encryption and decryption of patient data with a totalof 600 lines of patient medical history measuring 30.6 Kb resulted in an average encryption time of 20.17ms while decryption required time of 17.21 ms that indicate processing time is very small. The AvalanceEffect test performed on the TEA encryption process produces an Avalance Effect of 77% which shows thatencrypted data has very random ciphertext results so that the data content is kept confidential with a highlevel of security. The test results of process time and AE can be concluded that the TEA is an algorithm thatcan process a fast data securing with high security and time that can be tolerated by smart card users.Keywords: Smart Card, TINY ENCRYPTION ALGORITM, Encryption, Decryption.

AbstrakPenghematan energi merupakan salah satu isu yang cukup hangat diperbincangkan, mengingatketersediaan energi yang tidak terbarukan tidak seimbang dengan konsumsi yang dilakukan. Lampu jalanyang saat ini umumnya di gunakan di Indonesia mengkosumsi energi yang besar dengan permasalahantersebut akan di buat lampu jalan yang dapat mengklasifikasikan objek yang melintas berdasarkankecepatan nya dengan memanfaatkan sensor passsive infra red sebagai pendeteksi objek yang melintasyang akan terhubung dengan mikrokontroler dan dimmer yang terhubung dengan lampu akanmengeluarkan intensitas berdasarkan klasifikasi dari kecepatan objek yang melintas.Penerapan dari sistemini telah berhasil membuat lampu jalan adaptive terhadadap kecepatan objek yang melintas. Street lights that are currently commonly used inIndonesia Consuming large energy with this understanding will be made street lights that can classifyobjects that pass by their speed by using an infrared passive sensor as a detector of passing objects thatwill be connected to a microcontroller and a connected dimmer. with lights will emit the upper intensity ofthe passing object. Abstract

Abstrak Paper ini berisikan hasil uji coba implementasi system keamaan pintu berbasisteknologi dengan menggunakan Face Recognition dengan metode haar-cascade classifierdan notifikasi menggunakan aplikasi telegram yang diterapkan pada miniatur pintudengan menggunakan Raspberry Pi 2 sebagai microcontroller utama. Dimana bila inginmembuka kunci selenoid wajah user harus terlebih dahulu didaftarkan kedalam dataset.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan bahwa system dapat 100% membedakanwajah yang telah terdaftar pada dataset dengan wajah yang tidak terdaftar pada dataset. Kata kunci: Dataset, Face Recognition, PIN, Raspberry Pi 2.Abstract This paper contains the results of a trial of implementing a technology-based securitysystem using Face Recognition with the haar-cascade classifier method and notifications using atelegram application that is applied to miniature doors using Raspberry Pi 2 as the mainmicrocontroller. Where if you want to unlock the selenoid face the user must first be registeredinto the dataset. Based on the results of trials that have been done that the system can 100%distinguish faces that have been registered in the dataset with faces that are not registered in thedataset.

Abstract

Abstrak Alat peraga matematika dapat diartikan sebagai suatu perangkat benda konkrit yang dirancang, dibuat, dan disusun secara sengaja yang digunakan untuk membantu menanamkan dan memahami konsepkonsep atau prinsip-prinsip dalam matematika. Penggunaan alat peraga dalam proses belajar mengajar bukan merupakan fungsi tambahan tetapi mempunyai fungsi tersendiri sebagai alat bantu untuk mewujudkan situasi belajar mengajar yang efektif. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pembelajaran konversi berat, dimana sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis IOT, yaitu dengan menggunakan sensor loadcell dan website. Kemudian sistem ini dianalisis berdasarkan parameter fungsionalitasnya, pembacaan data yang benar dan juga kesesuaian penilaian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, secara fungsionalitas dan kesesuaian penilaian, sistem yang dibangun sudah berfungsi dan melakukan kesesuaian penilaian secara akurat. Secara akurasi, sensor loadcell yang digunakan masih memiliki selisih akurasi sebesar 0,01 – 0,02 Kg. Kata Kunci : Konversi Berat, Internet of Things (IoT), Load-Cell, Education __________________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Mathematical teaching aids can be interpreted as a set of concrete objects that are designed, made, and deliberately arranged to help instill and understand concepts or principles in mathematics. The use of teaching aids in the teaching and learning process is not an additional function but has its own function as a tool to create an effective teaching and learning situation. With this, an idea was obtained to design a heavy conversion learning system, where the system to be built is IoT-based, using load cell sensors and websites. Then it will be analyzed based on its functionality parameters, correct data reading and also the suitability of the assessment. The results of this study indicate that, in terms of functionality and appropriateness of the assessment, the system built has functioned and carried out the suitability of the assessment accurately. In terms of accuracy, the load cell sensor used still has an accuracy difference of 0.01 - 0.02 Kg. Keywords: Heavy Conversion, Internet of Things (IoT), Load-Cell, Education

Abstract

Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Alamendah diserahkan pada kelompok pemuda desa yang terbentuk pada tahun 2019. Namun, hingga saat ini pengelolaan belum dilakukan secara optimal. Desa Alamendah memiliki banyak sekali titik wisata yang berpotensi mendapatkan banyak pengunjung, namun informasi potensi ini tidak dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh publik. Selain itu, banyaknya titik wisata di Desa Wisata Alamendah pun belum tergambarkan, sehingga sulit untuk benar-benar mengidentifikasi letak titik wisata. Permasalahan yang diangkat ini sangat berpengaruh pada potensi kedatangan pengunjung yang pada akhirnya pun sangat memperngaruhi pergerakan dan pertumbuhan perekonomian Desa Wisata Alamendah. Untuk itu, tim kami menawarkan solusi berupa pembuatan travel guide platform yang memberikan informasi berbasis peta untuk mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian berkelanjutan Desa Wisata Alamendah

Abstract

Sekemala Integrated Farm (Sein Farm) merupakan bagian dari Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pembibitan Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura, dan Peternakan,  Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian (DKPP) Kota Bandung yang memiliki fungsi sebagai laboratorium umum (masyarakat) untuk kegiatan urban farming. Salah satu kegiatan urban farming adalah budidaya ikan dalam biofloc. Sein Farm memiliki biofloc sebanyak 55 unit untuk budidaya ikan tawar. Menjaga kualitas air dalam biofloc memiliki peran yang sangat krusial dalam keberhasilan budidaya ikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Sein Farm dalam budidaya ikan di biofloc adalah dengan keterbasan jumlah karyawan dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari untuk menjaga kualitas air. Integrasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) memberikan solusi untuk otomatisasi kegiatan akuakultur termasuk untuk menjaga kualitas air, yang juga dikenal sebagai smart aquaculture. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tim dari Fakultas Informatika Universitas Telkom membangun, menerapkan, melakukan alih teknologi, dan mengukur penerimaan solusi berbasis smart aquaculture kepada 16 pegawai operasional di Sein Farm. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, tujuan dari kegiatan masyarakat berhasil capai, yaitu berhasil membangun dan menerapkan smart aquaculture di Sein Farm, melakukan pelatihan untuk pengoperasian sistem, dan melakukan survey untuk penerimaan teknologi. Hasil dari survei menunjukkan 95% menjawab “setuju” dan “sangat setuju” terhadap penerapan smart aquaculture dalam membantu kegiatan operasional untuk menjaga kualitas air dalam budidaya ikan di biofloc.

Abstract

QR Code is the development of barcode technology that is able to store various kinds of information such as URLs, telephone numbers, SMS messages or other texts. At first, this technology was used for tracking vehicle parts in automotive industry. This study aims to develop an automatic presence system by utilizing QR Code technology, so that the presence process is more effective when compared to the presence manually since it was using digital technology. The implementation of the presence system with a QR Code was carried out at the Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukhlisin Bandung, to help solving some problems in school administration. The system was built in the form of an application installed on each teacher’s smartphone. Every student tapped their QR code image to confirm their attendance before the lesson begins. The advantage of this application was that it has an advantage on generated image of QR Code changed every user login. The results of development and testing showed that the developed system can be a solution for the presence process through the application of ICT technology with a QR Code. Testing of Quality of Service (QoS) on developed system was appropriate with ITU recommendation. Survey of users was applied to check the properness of application.
