Abstract

Abstrak-Sistem ranking merupakan sistem untuk menentukan peringkat menu yang paling direkomendasikan, dengan membuat sistem tersebut, maka akan memberikan banyak manfaat kepada Coffee Shop tersebut, salah satunya adalah rekomendasi stok opname. Stock opname merupakan kegiatan untuk menghitung stok barang pada gudang suatu perusahaan. Namun terkadang bisa terjadi kesalahaan dalam hal perhitungan stok dan kesalahan dalam menentukan stock barang yang paling dibutuhkan. Jika hal itu terjadi maka akan menghambat pembuatan makanan dan minuman yang terdapat pada menu suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem/aplikasi yang dapat membuat suatu sistem ranking menu, sehingga dapat merekomendasikan stok opname. Permasalahan tersebut bisa diberikan solusi dengan membuat sistem ranking, dimana menu yang ada akan diseleksi, sehingga bisa memunculkan menu dengan alternatif terbaik. Dengan menggunakan sistem tersebut, maka bisa merekomendasikan barang-barang apa saja yang bisa didahulukan untuk rekomendasi stock opname.. Sistem ranking ini dibuat untuk Dilom Coffea. Untuk metode yang digunakan untuk membuat sistem ranking tersebut adalah Metode TOPSIS ( Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution ). Alternatif terbaik hasil dari output system ranking menu adalah alternatif Kopcul. Kata Kunci-sistem ranking, menu, TOPSIS

Abstract

Abstrak-CV. XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam distributor. Dalam kegiatan usahanya CV. XYZ mengandalkan pengelolaan data secara manual, sehingga aktivitas terkait mengalami hambatan serta keterlambatan dalam mengelola dan menyerap informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan enterprise architecture sistem informasi pada CV. XYZ. Selain itu tujuan dari pembuatan Enterprise Architecture bagi perusahaan adalah sebagai keselarasan antara TI dengan proses bisnis pada perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu berdasarkan data observasi dan wawancara serta studi pustaka, dengan permodelan TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architectures, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution, dan Migration Planning. Perencanaan ini menghasilkan sebuah rancangan cetak biru (blueprint) arsitektur yang terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan yang disusun berdasarkan konsep TOGAF ADM.Kata Kunci- enterprise architecture, TOGAF architecture development method

Abstract

Abstrak — Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komputer (TIK) mengakibatkan transformasi masyarakat dalam berinteraksi dan berkolaborasi secara online. Aplikasi memberikan manfaat untuk berkolaborasi sehingga memungkinkan untuk penyebaran informasi lebih efisien. Dengan diterimanya teknologi oleh berbagai kalangan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk membantu pelayanan publik. RT (Rukun Tetangga) merupakan salah satu penyelenggara yang tidak hanya memiliki pekerjaan utama sebagai RT, sehingga dapat berdampak pada pelayanan ke masyarakat, salah satu layanan yang sering dilakukan adalah pembayaran iuran rutin yang digunakan untuk keamanan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Penggunaan layanan aplikasi administrasi masih terbilang rendah bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Abstract

Purpose: The study investigates the fast-evolving fintech landscape, specifically the impact of digital wallets on the financial industry. It focuses on the competitive digital wallet market in Indonesia, examining how service quality influences user satisfaction and loyalty in a saturated market. By integrating a Security variable into the E-Servqual method, this research aims to offer a new perspective on assessing the effects of digital wallet services on user satisfaction and loyalty. Methods: This study employs the Modified E-Servqual model with an added Security variable to explore how service quality variables like Site Organization, Efficiency, Personal Needs, Privacy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Security, and User’s Friendliness impact customer satisfaction and loyalty in digital transactions. Surveying 287 digital wallet users, mostly GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay and DANA, the research provides a detailed analysis of these variables' effects on E-Customer Satisfaction and E-Customer Loyalty. Result: The findings show that digital wallet users value certain service quality aspects differently in terms of their impact on satisfaction and loyalty. While variables like Reliability, User’s Friendliness, Personal Needs, Privacy, Security, and Efficiency significantly influence user satisfaction, Site Organization and Responsiveness do not. This highlights the importance of security and efficiency in enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty in digital wallets. Novelty: The study's novel contribution is integrating a Security variable into the E-Servqual method, enhancing the assessment of digital wallets' inherent security risks. This integration provides a detailed analysis of how security impacts user satisfaction and loyalty, alongside other service quality factors. This systematic evaluation offers new insights for improving service quality, benefiting companies in the competitive digital wallet market, and informing future research on customer loyalty and provider success.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this study is to assess the usability of the Baraya Travel application, highlighting areas for enhancement to improve the online ticket booking experience for users. By concentrating on the Baraya Travel app as the research subject, the study intends to offer valuable insights for its developers. It emphasizes user feedback and recommendations to improve interface navigation, application speed, and the addition of new features, ultimately increasing convenience and ease of use. This study aims to provide an extensive examination of the app's performance, identifying precise areas where improvements can be made. Methods: Using the Usability Testing methodology, particularly emphasizing the System Usability Scale (SUS), this study employs a quantitative research strategy. Surveys were administered to 409 Baraya Travel application users to gather primary data concerning usability aspects including user interface navigation, application responsiveness, and user convenience. The statistical analysis utilized both descriptive statistics, encompassing measures of central tendency and variability, to summarize the data, and potentially inferential tests like correlation analysis or t-tests, to investigate relationships and disparities between variables. The selection of statistical analysis aimed to offer a thorough interpretation of the data and extract meaningful insights into the usability of the Baraya Travel application. Furthermore, the utilization of the SUS evaluation metric provided a standardized measure to evaluate usability and facilitate comparisons across studies, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the evaluation process. Result: The examination of the SUS questionnaire indicated that users of the Baraya Travel application provided an average score of 75.26. This score suggests that the application demonstrates a commendable level of usability, earning a "Good" rating and a Letter Grade of "B". Nonetheless, there remains potential for enhancement to reach the desired standard of perfection. Users offered invaluable feedback and suggestions, highlighting the necessity for enhanced user interface navigation, improved application speed, and the implementation of additional features to augment convenience and user-friendliness. Novelty: This research provides valuable insights for Baraya Travel application developers, emphasizing areas for improvement based on user feedback and suggestions. It contributes to the progression of online ticket booking systems, with the goal of enriching the overall travel experience for users. Highlighting the significance of user-friendly interfaces, efficient application performance, and convenient features is crucial for enhancing user satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Subsequent research endeavors could explore further factors influencing user satisfaction and loyalty in the context of digital travel applications.

Abstract

Malware has become a major issue for computer system security today. Due to its ability to spread rapidly and negatively impact system performance, malware detection becomes crucial. One of the methods for malware detection is performing classification using Machine Learning, which learns the variable values of an application without executing it. In this study, the author evaluates the method of malware detection in the static analysis of Windows Portable Executable (PE) using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree. The author uses a dataset of PE files related to malware and safe applications from malware Using SVM and Decision Tree algorithms to classify the PE files as malware or not, determining the best machine learning algorithm for malware detection in PE files.

Abstract

PT. Jui Shin Indonesia as the research population is a company engaged in the ceramics, granite, and cement industry. The existence of important assets owned by the company can not be denied the threat that will occur in these important assets. The importance of a company's assets, then the company must maintain the security of assets with various efforts. The security that must be maintained in this study is the security of information related to accessing control of important assets of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design policy documents and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) access control related to information security. This is done to minimize the risk that occurs in important assets of the company. The method used in this study is the OCTAVE method as a method of identification against risks that will occur in important assets of the company and the FMEA method as a method of risk analysis against the risk that has been identified through the OCTAVE method. The final result of this study is the creation of policy documents and access control SOPs related to information security which refers to the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 framework that focuses on clause 9. Access Control. Based on the results of the study, the researchers received proposals for policy document-making and SOPs as much as, namely, 17 for policy document-making and 18 for the creation of SOP documents.

Abstract

This study investigates the acceptance of camera simulator technology as a learning media by Indonesian vocational high school (VHS) students and examines the relationships among influencing factors. It proposes an acceptance model integrating the technology acceptance model (TAM) 3 and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Ten factors impacting technology acceptance were identified, resulting in the formulation of 15 hypotheses regarding inter-construct relationships. In this empirical study, a quantitative approach was employed, distributing questionnaires to 200 students at Public Vocational High School 10 in Bandung, specializing in broadcasting and filmmaking programs. After analyzing 145 valid responses, the study progressed in two stages: the measurement model and the structural model. The evaluation of the measurement model confirmed the validity of all indicators and constructs, ensuring compliance with the established standards. In the structural model evaluation, one construct (computer anxiety) and four inter-construct relationships were excluded. This research enhances our understanding of factors influencing camera simulator technology acceptance among VHS students in Indonesia, shedding light on the complexities of their decision-making process in adopting this educational tool.

Abstract

The incorporation of cloud storage technology holds the promise of significantly enhancing efficiency in various sectors, particularly from the perspective of Generation Z, a demographic known for its meticulous consideration of technology acceptance factors, especially security. This research thoroughly examines the level of acceptance of cloud storage technology among Generation Z. By augmenting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with five core factors and introducing three novel factors—Perceived Security, Perceived Privacy, and Trust—this study not only adheres to traditional acceptance models but also ventures into uncharted territories, marking a significant contribution to understanding technology acceptance. This study meticulously collected data from 408 Generation Z respondents who actively use cloud storage technology, employing an innovative questionnaire disseminated via an online platform. Through sophisticated PLS-SEM data analysis, the study confirmed the positive and significant impact of all tested hypotheses, underscoring the importance of attitudes, perceived benefits, and usability in fostering the intention to use cloud storage. Notably, the added dimensions of privacy and security emerged as critical in enhancing users' trust in cloud storage solutions. Furthermore, this study paves the way for future explorations into technology acceptance across diverse populations and settings, underscoring the critical role of security and privacy in shaping technology adoption decisions among emerging generations.

Abstract

Abstrak - Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode pengolahan sampah organik menjadi biogas di Area RRA (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Area) dan menerapkan teknologi monitoring gas metana, ultrasonik, dan suhu untuk memantau proses produksi biogas secara real-time. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengembangan alat produksi biogas dan alat monitoring, implementasi, pengujian, dan analisis hasil. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional biodigester dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dengan menggunakan teknologi biogas. Dalam upaya untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi dalam pengoperasian biodigester, diperlukan teknologi yang mampu memantau berbagai parameter penting secara real-time. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan adalah teknologi monitoring gas metana, ultrasonik, dan suhu. Teknologi ini memiliki peran krusial dalam menghitung kadar gas metana yang dihasilkan, mengukur ketinggian air di dalam biodigester, serta memantau suhu operasional. Dengan adanya teknologi monitoring yang canggih ini, operator biodigester dapat memastikan bahwa proses fermentasi berlangsung secara optimal, serta mencegah terjadinya kondisi berbahaya akibat akumulasi gas metana atau perubahan suhu yang drastis.
