Abstract

The development of computerized technology at this time greatly increased, almost in all business or business field utilizing computer technology as a medium of information to obtain information fast and accurate. The Queen Hotel is one of many existing hotels and has stood for the moment and has not utilized computer technology, especially in terms of reservation and hotel room rental to manage data and information for guests or visitors using services at the Queen Hotel. One of the development of SDLC is Rapid Application Development (RAD) model which can also be used in system development by giving priority to time. In this study, the system designed and built applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model in which the design stage and workmanship of the system is relatively short around 60-90 days. This system is an effective media in the management of data reservasi (The data of the person who has reserved the room) and hotel room rental, facilitate officers in managing data in accordance with the part and position, facilitate the management of transaction data, reduce the level of unwanted errors and simplify the maintenance of data related to reservation transactions and hotel room rental.

Abstract

Almost all areas of business take advantage of computer technology as a medium of information to obtain information quickly and accurately. Daffa fitnes is one of the fitness centers that have not utilized computer technology, to manage data and provide information for members or visitors who use services on Daffa fitnes. All process activities are done manually, all data written on a plain paper, of course very high risk of loss or damage of data. In the implementation of application systems using Borland Delphi 7 programming for interface design, while for data storage using MySql database and components MyOdbc Connector as a liaison to spread data on server and client computers. It is expected that this system becomes an effective media in the management of administrative data and transactions, with the utilization of client server-based system on the application so as to facilitate the officer in managing the data in accordance with its part. This system is very feasible to be used as a medium to manage data to minimize the occurrence of errors and simplify the maintenance of data.

Abstract

Based on data from UPPKH sub-district of Central Praya Year in 2017. The number of beneficiaries from the Government Program namely the Program Family expectations (PKH) and Beneficiary Families (KPM) is 3,425 which are spread throughout the villages in the Central Praya. The existence of the problems and constraints that have emerged is the difficulty the other escorts who are outside of the town would like to know the location and development of recipient PKH KPM. Extention Geoprocessing is a tool for processing spatial data in ArcView. The use of extension geoprocessing on the geographic information syste is one tool that can be used to assist in analyzing the condition and whereabouts of beneficiaries of government programs, especially the PKH KPM Program, especially in the Central Praya sub-district.The method used in analyzing data is the model SPIRAL method, the programming language used is PHP / MapScript, and criteria used are sourced from BPS. With the building of a geographic information system mapping the PKH KPM location, the community and the government will find it easier to know the development of poverty and can facilitate outside sub-district facilitators to find the location of PKH KPM in the central Praya sub-district.

Abstract

Routers have important functions in the network, especially the internet. Routers can connect several network segments so that they can communicate with other users even though they are separated by a great distance (Sofana, 2013). IPv4 was originally a 32-bit binary number that was used to identify hosts on the network, after successful use by internet users then a new problem arises where IPv4 cannot accommodate Internet users in the future because it runs out of IPv4 addresses. Then IPv6 was created with the aim to provide more addressing than IPv4 (Sugeng, 2015). The problem is seen from the difference in the bit width between IPv4 and IPv6 whether it affects the CPU performance of the computer and the performance of data sent, average speed on the network. Then there will be research on the comparative performance of the CPU load and the performance of the data sent, the average speed of the computer network on the implementation of IPv4 and IPv6 using Passmark Advance Network Test. So that it can provide an overview of the results of the comparison of IPv4 and IPv6 QoS that are better than the 3 parameters tested with TCP and UDP protocols

Abstract

The role of the teacher is very important in the learning process, also advancing the world of education. Because the quality of the teacher becomes a very important aspect, teachers must have competencies that comply with national education standards in order to perform their duties and roles with competency standards that can lead learners to Human beings with knowledge and ability. According to the guidebook for the selection of high achieving teachers, the selection of high achieving teachers to increase the motivation of teachers to improve their professionalism. The selection of outstanding teachers starts from the education unit, Regency/City, province to National. On the basis of why. The government appreciates outstanding teachers as outlined in RI Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers article 36 paragraph (1) which says that "Teachers who excel, are exceptionally dedicated, and can help in special areas receive awards". One form of appreciation given to outstanding teachers is to help in the promotion of position. The first step is to look for supporting data as mandated by the National Education Minister's Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on the academic qualification standard and the teacher competency standard, then the requirements used in Competency assessment of this teacher in accordance with pedagogic competence, competence, social, and professional competence and each criterion has a sub criteria. The data obtained were further analyzed using the Multi-Objective Optimization Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method used to determine the highest score or the highest teacher award value based on what was determined by the ranking process. With the final goal this method can be used as a solution to problems in improving the performance of honorary teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitain ini adalah membuat media promosi untuk mengenai ekowisata penangkaran rusa yang berada di Desa Api-api, Kecamatan Waru, Penajam Paser Utara. Diharapkan bisa menambah informasi kepada masyarakat dan wisatawan luar daerah mengenai ekowisata penangkaran rusa di Desa Api-Api, serta menarik minat masyarakat dan wisatawan luar daerah untuk dating ke penangkaran rusa sambar yang ada di Penajam Paser Utara. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian tersebut digunakan penggabungan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) yang dapat menampilkan objek virtual kedalam lingkungan yang nyata dan teknologi mobile Android yang dimiliki oleh banyak masyarakat. Untuk membangun aplikasi Virtual Reality berbasis Android digunakan game engine Unity3D dan menggunakan tools editing video Adobe Premiere Pro untuk mengedit video 360 derajat. Hasil pengujian pada perangkat android menunjukan aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berjalan lancar dan cocok berdasarkan keaktifan gyroscope pada smarphone dan bisa digunakan pada versi Android 6.0 keatas dengan aspek rasio layar 16:9

Abstract

The occurrence of imbalanced class in a dataset causes the classification results to tend to the class with the largest amount of data (majority class). A sampling method is needed to balance the minority class (positive class) so that the class distribution becomes balanced and leading to better classification results. This study was conducted to overcome imbalanced class problems on the Indian Pima diabetes illness dataset using k-means-SMOTE. The dataset has 268 instances of the positive class (minority class) and 500 instances of the negative class (majority class). The classification was done by comparing C4.5, SVM, and naïve Bayes while implementing k-means-SMOTE in data sampling. Using k-means-SMOTE, the SVM classification method has the highest accuracy and sensitivity of 82 % and 77 % respectively, while the naive Bayes method produces the highest specificity of 89 %.

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi (D.I) Gde Bongoh secara administratif berada di bawah lingkup Instansi Pemerintah yang bergerak dibidang Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) dalam bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA) Nusa Tenggara 1 Irigasi Pertanian. Pendistribusian air D.I Gde Bongoh menggunakan sistem buka tutup pintu pengambilan sadap dan pintu bagi, pendataan laporan debit dengan metode debit sesaat yang dilakukan secara manual oleh Tugas Pembantu Operasi dan Pemeliharaan tanpa adanya penentuankebutuhan air dan monitoring oleh Juru Pengairan, Pengamat irigasi serta petani D.I Gde Bongoh secara rutin atau pun berkala sehingga terjadinya pencurian air yang dilakukan oleh petani D.I Gde Bongoh.Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode pengukuran debit secara langsung (debit sesaat) dan penambahan metode pengukuran debit secara tidak langusng.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Data Debit Daerah Irigais Gde Bongoh yangdapat mempermudah dalam hal pendistribusian dan Monitoring pendistribusian debit yang efektif dan efesien serta laporan debit yang cepat tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Siswa kelas unggulan merupakan siswa yang terdiri dari orang-orang pilihan yang memiliki kemampuan yang lebih menonjol bila dibandingkan dengan siswa kelas biasa. MTs N 1 Lombok Tengah merupakan salah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapkan adanya pemilihan kelas unggulan dimana tiap tahunnya sekolah tersebut menyeleksi ratusan siswa baru untuk masuk ke kelas unggulan yang hanya diperuntukkan untuk 60 siswa baru (2 kelas). Proses pemilihannya masih menggunakan sistem manual, yaitu dilihat dari nilai-nilai yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ada. Pemilihan dengan cara tersebut akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga tidak efektif dan efesien. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa baru kelas unggulan yaitu Multi-Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dimana diperlukan proses normalisasi dalam perhitungan ini. Hasil penelitian dengan metode MOORA membuktikan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu Panitia dalam proses penyeleksian siswa baru kelas unggulan.

Abstract

Yayasan Generasi Muslim Cendekia (YGMC) Puyung merupakan salah satu yayasan pondok pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Nusa Tenggara Barat tepatnya di Jl. Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Puyung yang menerapkan program unggulan yaitu Sistem pendidikan yang memadukan kurikulum Nasional dan Kurikulum Islam Terpadu, penguasaan bahasa arab dan inggris, Kemampuan ICT (Information, Communication, Technology), tahfidz, serta tilawah qur’an dan kaligrafi. Dalam perencanaan strategis SI/TI sangat diperlukan suatu enterprise architecture (EA) agar dapat tercapai keselarasan strategi SI/TI dengan strategi bisnis dari organisasi. EA dipandang sebagai sebuah pendekatan logis, komprehensif, dan holistik untuk mendefenisikan, merancang, dan menerapkan sistem dan komponen sistem secara bersamaan. Kondisi saat ini YGMC belum memiliki arsitektur sistem informasi sekolah yang spesifik dan terintegrasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan pihak Yayasan, penyebabnya karena memang pihak Yayasan belum fokus terhadap proses pengembangan sistem informasinya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan arsitektur sistem informasi sekolah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam rangka proses pengembangan sistem informasi di Yayasan Generasi Muslim Cendekia Puyung. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) adalah framework yang menyediakan methods dan tools untuk membangun, mengelola dan mengimplementasikan serta pemeliharaan arsitektur enterprise. Tahap-tahap yang di gunakan dalam perancangan arsitektur ini adalah: Persiapan, Visi Arsitektur, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, Arsiktektur Teknologi, Peluang dan Solusi serta Rencana Migrasi. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Sekolah ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan proses bisnis utama dan proses bisnis pendukung yang ada di YGMC. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini, yaitu suatu usulan model TOGAF yang disesuaikan dengan proses dan kebutuhan bisnis Yayasan dalam merancang enterprise arsitektur untuk perencanaan strategis SI/TI.
