Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan lokasi pendirian usaha perlu dibuat karena pelaku usaha memerlukan alat bantu untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang mereka hadapi. Masalah tersebut adalah tidak adanya alat bantu dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat untuk pendirian usaha dalam hal ini untuk mendirikan usaha toko komputer, karena penentuan lokasi toko komputer yang selama ini dilakukan hanya dengan cara konvensional atau kira-kira saja tanpa adanya suatu metode dan penghitungan matematis yangpasti dan belum terkomputerisasi. Sehingga pengusaha merasa kesulitan dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat untuk pendirian toko komputer. Selain itu, toko komputer yang menjamur dimana-mana sering tidak memperhatikan strategisnya lokasi yang ditempati, sehingga berpengaruh pada perkembangan toko komputer itu sendiri. Sistem dimaksud bernama sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan lokasi pendirian toko komputer dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Lokasi Usaha Toko Komputer dengan Metode Analytical hierarchy Process berbasis web ini dirancang menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman php. Aplikasi sistem ini memiliki dua pengguna yaitu admin sebagai administrator yang mengatur sistem secara keseluruhan. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, contoh kasus yang diambil adalah Toko Komputer di Rembang yaitu dalam rangka penentuan alternatif lokasi baru untuk pembangunan .Pada kasus ini, masalah yang ingin dipecahkan dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah memilih alternatif lokasi baru untuk pembangunan Lokasi Toko Komputer.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that interacts through 140-character text-based tweet posts including photos, videos and hyperlinks. Spam tweets contain harmful messages sent continuously. Besides disturbing it is also dangerous for the recipient, exacerbated by the use of bots that automatically and quickly spread spam messages that can cause data damage. This study aims to detect spam bots by utilizing the similarity of tweets using Smith Waterman and the posting time interval. Data tweets are collected using scrap libraries in python in the form of id, text, time, link, based on datasets labeled as available. The data is carried out by text preprocessing steps to clean the text and then do the calculations. The calculation results of both the similarity method and the post time interval are then classified with k-Neaset Neighbor with the previous dataset that has been labeled to get the spam or legitimate bot prediction results. The results of classification experiments with several combinations of k to detect spam bots with similarity criteria and entropy interval obtained the best results k = 3 Neirest Neighbor and 10 fold Cross Validation with a predictive value of detection accuracy of 80%, 84% precission and 84% recall.

Abstract

SIPERUMKIM is the digitization process of public service licensing recommendations for housing implementation. The utilization of information technology governance is used to facilitate monitoring and evaluating the performance of SIPERUMKIM information technology which has been implemented in Housing and Settlement Area in Salatiga city. Information technology governance is a process that can manage investment decisions related to information technology within the company to achieve goals and meet company needs. The use of COBIT 2019 analysis in information technology governance aims to help organizations achieve risk optimization, governance, and information technology management. The results of this study are in the design form of corporate information technology governance and knowing the important process recommendations for the Department of Housing and Settlement of the City of Salatiga. These three important process recommendations are APO12, DSS02, and DSS03.

Abstract

ITSK Sugeng Hartono mempunyai unit kegiatan (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) LPPM yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pengelola semua kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dosen dan melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. LPPM ITSK Sugeng Hartono selama ini masih menggunakan proses pengelolaan data secara manual menggunakan excel dan word mengakibatkan integritas dan keamanan data yang tidak terjamin, adapun proses distribusi data yang masih menggunakan proses manual yaitu pengiriman email dan sosial media sehingga proses pengiriman informasi semakin melambat.Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut dirancang aplikasi sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengiriman informasi dan data serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pengelola. Aplikasi sistem informasi LPPM ITSK Sugeng Hartono berbasis web-based dengan tujuan memberikan kemudahan akses kepada dosen dan reviewer serta pengelola sistem. Sistem dirancang menggunakan framework laravel 8 dan penyimpanan menggunakan PostgreSQL.

Abstract

Nutritional status is an indicator of success in meeting nutritional needs, especially shown in achieving weight according to age. Good nutritional status if the nutritional intake is in accordance with the needs of the body. Lack of nutrient intake in food can cause malnutrition, while excess nutrient intake will result in over nutrition. Lack of knowledge related to nutritional status has an impact on body growth and development. Providing nutritional status analysis can involve technology in the form of artificial intelligence. Data processing related to cases that have occurred before in technology using machine learning. Application of technology in providing web-based nutritional status screening analysis. The application of technology has an effect in action in the form of providing fast and accurate analysis and can provide suggestions for reducing the impact on the occurrence of illness and death associated with nutritional status.

Abstract

Financial literacy is knowledge about finance and its management. One of the knowledge in financial literacy is related to investing in the capital market. Investment itself is an activity that consciously and consistently invests the money you have to get more returns in the future. Investment decisions must be taken appropriately so that there is no risk of loss later. This research is a literature study, with data collection methods that use the identification, evaluation, interpretation, and search of literature sourced from accredited national and international journals. The journals used in this study totaled 14 articles published in 2019-2023 obtained from the Google Scholar, Crossref, and IEEE websites. The results of observations of several journals used, state that financial literacy has a significant and positive influence on investment decisions, which means changes in the value of financial literacy will affect changes in the value of student investment decisions.

Abstract

Decision-making in error prediction during the design process of infusion drip monitoring applications plays a crucial role. Designing this application is necessary because manual monitoring by medical staff is prone to errors and inaccuracies. Therefore, the need for accurate predictions in both planning and error management must be further investigated. This research discusses the benefits of the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) methodology in addressing error values in infusion drip monitoring applications during the design process. ANN is chosen for its ability to handle data complexity and non-linear patterns in infusion drip rates. Errors in infusion dosage can be fatal, ranging from patient instability to severe complications. Designing infusion drip monitoring applications automates the process and ensures accuracy, reducing the workload of medical staff and enhancing patient safety. This application also allows for more consistent and real-time monitoring, enabling quicker medical intervention when issues arise. The ANN methodology used includes both forwardpropagation and backpropagation, employing a binary sigmoid activation function with a learning rate of 0.03 and a maximum epoch setting of up to 1000. The research results indicate that the model-building procedure consists of several stages: (1) Determining input based on infusion drip rate readings. (2) Splitting the data into training and testing datasets. (3) Normalizing the data. (4) Building the forwardpropagation and backpropagation algorithm by determining the number of hidden layers, optimal input, and model weights. (5) Denormalizing the data. (6) Testing the model's accuracy. The ANN simulation revealed the best network structure using a 3-40-1 configuration (3 input variables, 40 hidden layers, and 1 output). The results achieved an average error prediction accuracy of 98.6%.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing has become one of the most effective and affordable marketing strategies for businesses. It has become a crucial element in modern marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and boost sales. One of the most widely used digital marketing platforms by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) today is through social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, utilizing the Live Stream feature where consumers can interact directly with sellers. With Social Media Live Streaming, MSMEs can expand their market reach and interact directly with customers, thereby positively impacting sales. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze how effective and significant the contribution of Social Media Live Streaming is in increasing sales and profits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The research method employed in this study is qualitative, where data was collected through careful observation. This approach involved detailed descriptions within a deep context, complemented by notes from interviews, as well as the analysis of records and documents. The results of this research indicate that the use of live streaming on social media does not have a significant impact on increasing sales for SMEs in Solo Raya

Abstract

Data merupakan inti yang tidak terpisahkan dalam pengelolaan pengembangan pelayanan yang dimiliki perusahaan. Banyak perusahaan yang tidak memanfaatkan data untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan atau meningkatkan mutu dari pelayanan perusahaan. Minimnya pemanfaatan data membuat data kurang memberikan nilai tambah terhadap suatu jasa atau pelayanan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan adanya pemanfaatan data-data tersebut agar menghasilkan sebuah pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan. pemanfaatan teknik data mining ini memberikan manfaat dalam pengolahan data dengan menggunakan model klasifikasi, khususnya algoritma decision tree, untuk memprediksi pelanggan yang berpotensi melakukan pemesanan ulang. Algoritma decision tree ini banyak digunakan untuk melakukan analisis prediksi karena menghasilkan keakuratan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk memahami layanan perusahaan yang paling diminati dan meningkatkan peluang pelanggam untuk melakukan pemesanan ulang layanan perusahaan sehingga mendapatkan manfaat dalam menaikan pendapatan perusahaan dengan menekan pengeluaran untuk pemasaran. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan algoritma decision tree ini menghasilkan pohon keputusan dengan pengukuran accuracy sebesar 83,33%, pengukuran precision sebesar 100%, dan pengukuran recall sebesar 70%. Hasil pengukuran accuracy, precision dan recall menunjukan hasil yang baik sehingga penggunaan algoritma decision tree ini dapat dijadikan solusi untuk perusahaan guna melakukan prediksi customer repeat order.

Abstract

Increasing administrative burdens often hinder teachers' teaching effectiveness, while technological developments and social changes also influence student characteristics. This research aims to analyze how teachers balance their professional commitments in dealing with administrative demands and adapt teaching methods according to changes in student character in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, examining various relevant academic sources. The research results show that administrative burden has the potential to reduce teacher focus in the learning process. However, strategies such as the use of technology, effective time management, and institutional support can help teachers maintain their professionalism. These findings provide insight for policy makers and educational institutions in establishing policies that support a balance between administrative and teaching tasks in order to maintain the quality of education.
