Abstract

The progress of a company cannot be separated from its Human Resources. To ensure the achievement of goal alignment, organizational leaders are required to provide incentives, rewards and pay attention to the work environment as a reciprocal relationship between the organization and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, incentives and rewards on employee motivation at PT. Eternal Beautiful Tiara. This research was conducted at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi (Bali Branch) which is located at Jalan Gunung Agung No. 125 West Denpasar using a population and a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population under investigation consisted of employees at PT Tirta Investama. The sample for this study comprised 86 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. A questionnaire was utilized to collect primary data from the 86 respondents. The research employed regression analysis to ascertain the influence of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The results, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, revealed several significant findings. The T-test indicated that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.210 and a significance level of 0.007, which is below the threshold of 0.05. Motivation similarly demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.260 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, self- efficacy exhibited a positive and significant effect, supported by a coefficient value of 0.276 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. These findings underscore the importance of self- leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy in enhancing employee performance within the context of PT Tirta Investama.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the success of a company, one of which is by good leadership, providing employee job satisfaction and maintaining employee work competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling method in the form of saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results of this study found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which means better leadership. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given in this study are the leaders of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar in order to always be able to provide motivation or enthusiasm for all employees so that they can do work with maximum results, provide job training to employees, and provide traning in advance to prospective employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) yaitu dalam operasionalnya Pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani Kabupaten Gianyar masih terjadi masalah kinerja pegawai yang dapat dilihat dari jumlah belum terselesaikannya pengaduan dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani Kabupaten Gianyar dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 74 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani Kabupaten Gianyar (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani Kabupaten Gianyar. (3) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

Menghasilkan kinerja yang baik merupakan dasar pengembangan perusahaan, oleh karena itu perlunya mengelola dan memahami faktor yang menjadi pengaruh kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kemampuan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran New Furama Seafood Kedonganan. Jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 51 responden yang merupakan seluruh karyawan Restoran New Furama Seafood Kedonganan yang diperoleh memakai teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran New Furama Seafood Kedonganan, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran New Furama Seafood Kedonganan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran New Furama Seafood Kedonganan.
