Abstract

Environmental conditions are influenced by the behavior of the community itself. In this transparent era public awareness as a consumer is very important. Green awareness is needed as a consideration for making purchasing decisions. Consumers must be careful in choosing products to consume. Production of green products requires efforts that make product prices higher than green products on the other hand high prices usually make it difficult for consumers to make purchasing decisions on that product. Companies must inform people of product specifications about the products they produce are green products. This research was conducted in well known tourist city in Indonesia, Denpasar, Bali by taking the subject of teenagers in Denpasar. using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 108 respondents. The results showed that environmental awareness has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green product awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. price awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and brand image awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Upaya pemasaran untuk menarik purchase intention adalah dengan memperhatikan lifestyle di masyarakat disertai dengan adanya social media influencer. Dengan semakin meningkatnya purchase intention terutama yang ditujukan pada generasi Z yang berusia 17-25 tahun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden di Bali. Ada dua hipotesis yang dikemukakan untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Terdapat perbedaan pada studi sebelumnya, hasil menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan sejumlah implikasi, batasan dan arahan untuk penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine impact of product quality, price, and promotion on purchase decision of Dinda Fashion Products in Denpasar. The sample in this study used 80 people who were the respondents of Dinda Fashion consumers in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (a)there was a significant and positive effect between product quality and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.484 and a significance value of 0.000, (b)there was a significant and positive effect between price and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 3.958 and a significance value of 0.001, and (c)there was a significant and positive effect between promotion and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.721 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi, beban kerja, dan kompensasi memberikan dampak pada kepuasan kerja pada karyawan LPD Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 113 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan (b) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (c) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The Indonesian Capital Market have an important role in mobilization of founds for national development. The capability of Indonesian Capital Market in mobilizing funds has become an important container besides banking to provide funds through the sale of shares and bonds. The counting of return and risk is two important things in any capital or fund to be invested. Investment risk generally be affected bymicro and macro factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and company liquidity simultaneously and partially to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017. The result of this research were the variable of economic conditions, interest rate, inflation, exchange rate, financial leverage, operating leverage and company liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017 and the variable of exchange rate with financial leverage variable have a negative and significant effect to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017.

Abstract

Achieving the goals of an organization or company will be very important for companies to have quality and professional human resources. In general, human resources create, manage and manage all the existing development factors. Employee loyalty is determined by factors of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a Slovin formula of 99 respondents. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali

Abstract

The progress of a company cannot be separated from its Human Resources. To ensure the achievement of goal alignment, organizational leaders are required to provide incentives, rewards and pay attention to the work environment as a reciprocal relationship between the organization and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, incentives and rewards on employee motivation at PT. Eternal Beautiful Tiara. This research was conducted at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi (Bali Branch) which is located at Jalan Gunung Agung No. 125 West Denpasar using a population and a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Bali is currently experiencing improvement after experiencing hibernation during the pandemic. This situation will certainly have an impact on all supporting businesses, including hotels in general and employees in particular. This research aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction. Survey data was collected from 264 four-star hotel employees in Bali. Then the data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The findings of this research show that transformational leadership has no effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant effect on organizational culture and work motivation. Furthermore, organizational culture and work motivation act as mediators of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Thus, organizational culture and work motivation play an important role in maintaining and increasing job satisfaction. In addition to showing direct influence, they also act as mediators.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population under investigation consisted of employees at PT Tirta Investama. The sample for this study comprised 86 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. A questionnaire was utilized to collect primary data from the 86 respondents. The research employed regression analysis to ascertain the influence of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The results, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, revealed several significant findings. The T-test indicated that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.210 and a significance level of 0.007, which is below the threshold of 0.05. Motivation similarly demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.260 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, self- efficacy exhibited a positive and significant effect, supported by a coefficient value of 0.276 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. These findings underscore the importance of self- leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy in enhancing employee performance within the context of PT Tirta Investama.
