Abstract

Literary works are classified as works of imagination in the form of fictional or imaginary experiences. The messages to be conveyed through literary works must be creative so that they appear attractive to read and listen to, so it is necessary to have a stile from the authorship itself to make his work beautiful and attractive. There are many ways to enjoy, understand and appreciate the work of the author Tenas Effendy, one of which is by studying the Stile of Tenas Effendy's authorship in Tunjuk Ajar Melayu. This study aims to analyze and interpret Tenas Effendy's stile authorship in Tunjuk Ajar Melayu. This needs to be examined because the existence of a literary work can be seen from how the author packs his work so that he can create his own stile from the author's side. The method used in this research is content analysis method. The source of data in this research is Tunjuk Ajar Melayu Karya Tenas Effendy in 2013 which has been recorded. The data collection technique is done by applying the hermeneutic technique. After the author of the analysis, Tunjuk Ajar Melayu by Tenas Effendy has a unique and distinctive authorship stile seen from the stylistic aspect, namely the stile as a pack of thoughts, the stile as a deviation from linguistic norms and the stile as a collection of personal characteristics.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The pattern of image application used by poets in a literary work, especially the text of the ship's verse, can affect the quality of the text of the ship's verse. The messages to be conveyed through literary works must be creative so that they appear attractive to read and listen to, so special characteristics and patterns are needed, especially in the field of image itself, to make his work beautiful and attractive. There are many ways to enjoy, understand and appreciate the work of the author, one of which is to study the Utilization of Imagery in Anang Kasim's Version of the Syair Surat Kapal of the Indragiri Malay Community. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze and interpret the Utilization of Images in Anang Kasim's Version of the Syair Surat Kapal of the Indragiri Malay Community. This needs to be examined because the existence of a literary work can be seen from how the author packages his work so that he can create its own patterns and styles from the author's side. This research is descriptive with content analysis method. The data of this research are sourced from the book Syair Surat Kapal Masyarakat Melayu Indragiri Karya Dedi Iswanto 2007. The data studied were documented by reading, taking notes, then summarized and grouped based on the pattern of applying images in Anang Kasim's version of Anang Kasim's version of Syair Surat Kapal Surat Melayu Indragiri Community. Based on the author's observations, the text of Anang Kasim's version of the Syair Surat Kapal Melayu Indragiri version has a unique and distinctive pattern of application of imagery utilization seen from the stylistic aspect, namely quality imagery so that readers are able to enjoy and interpret the express and implied meanings of the verse. Abstract

Moral actions are first based on the human heart itself. If the heart is not satisfied with what it has, it will be done with actions, both right and wrong actions. The research on "Analysis of Moral Values ​​in the Novel Bidadari Whispering by Asma Nadia" uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research is a type of library research with data in the form of words, sentences, and paragraphs that contain moral values ​​related to responsibility, conscience, and obligation in the novel Bidadari Berklik by Asma Nadia. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of literary psychology, conclusions can be drawn: first, the moral value of the aspect of responsibility experienced by Ayuning's character, he has the responsibility to take care of his mother. Pak Edi's character, he has a responsibility for the safety of other people's lives, the mother character, he feels responsible for the child he found on the side of the river; second, the moral value from the aspect of conscience experienced by Ayuning's character, Ayuning's conscience is unable to suppress guilt, his tears welled up. Mother character Mother's little heart feels sad in waiting and hope. Ayuni's character, The feeling of pleasure is extraordinary when imagining that you will get a big salary if you work in the capital city. Pak Edi's character, there was a turmoil between Pak Edi's heart and mind; and third, the moral value of the aspect of obligations experienced by the Ayuning character, trying to carry out the obligation to wear the hijab for Muslim women.

Abstract

Bahasa jurnalistik didefinisikan sebagai bahasa yang digunakan oleh para redaktur, wartawan, atau pengelola media massa dalam proses menyusun, menyajikan, memuat, menyiarkan, dan menayangkan berita serta laporan peristiwa atau pernyataan yang benar, aktual, penting dan menarik dengan tujuan agar isinya mudah dipahami dan maknanya cepat ditangkap. Ciri utama bahasa jurnalistik antara lain : (1) sederhana, (2) singkat, (3) padat, (4) lugas, (5) jelas, (6) jernih, (7) menarik, (8) demokratis, (9) populis, (10) logis, (11) gramatikal, (12) menghindari kata tutur, (13) menghindari kata dan istilah asing, (14) pilihan kata (diksi) yang tepat, (15) mengutamakan kalimat aktif, (16) menghindari kata atau istilah teknis, dan (17) tunduk kepada kaidah etika. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah penggunaan bahasa jurnalistik pada berita utama dalam surat kabar Tribun Pekanbaru Edisi Juni 2021? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi tentang penggunaan bahasa jurnalistik pada berita utama dalam surat kabar Tribun Pekanbaru. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Sumadiria (2016). Penelitian dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan teknik hermenutik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa jurnalistik pada berita utama dalam surat kabar Tribun Pekanbaru edisi 2 s.d 29 Juni 2021 sudah menggunakan karakteristik penggunaan bahasa jurnalistik, namun masih ditemukan kesalahan dalam penerapan karakteristik jurnalistik. Berikut simpulan keseluruhan data yang penulis peroleh : (1) aspek sederhana sebanyak 7 data, (2) aspek singkat sebanyak 10 data, (3) aspek padat sebanyak 1 data, (4) aspek lugas sebanyak 8 data, (5) aspek jelas sebanyak 15 data, (6) aspek populis sebanyak 3 data, (7) aspek gramatikal sebanyak 6 data, (8) aspek penggunaan kata dan istilah asing sebanyak 19 data, (9) aspek pilihan kata (diksi) sebanyak 22 data, (10) aspek mengutamakan kalimat aktif sebanyak 8 data, dan (11) aspek penggunaan kata atau istilah teknis sebanyak 21 data.

Abstract

This study examines the sentence structure of Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The problem raised in this study is, how is the structure of the single sentence contained in the Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The theory that the author uses in this study is the theory of Alwi, et al. (2003). The method that the author uses in this research is descriptive method. The results obtained in the single sentence structure of Riau Malay dialect of Kampar Island, Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency, namely the sentences obtained were one hundred and fifteen single sentences consisting of twenty-four verbal predicated sentences of the type of transverse sentence, for example: we want to mancai palm jo, mancai means to search using the prefix me-, the sentence with the adjective predicate consists of forty-eight sentences, for example: inyo nak nio yaŋ goda means he wants something big, the word big indicates that the predicate is an adjective, the sentence with a nominal predicate consists of twenty example sentences: jomu clothes den ha means I want to dry clothes, the word clothes shows that the predicate is a noun, a sentence with a numeral predicate consists of twenty-three sentences, for example: den ko tuao badiadiok means I have seven siblings, the word ungu indicates that the predicate is a number.

Abstract

Section The problem in this research is how to analyze diction in bidding advertisements based on the accuracy of word choice. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, interpret an conclude diction according to the accuracy of word choice, and the suitability of word choice in the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper offer advertisiment published during june 2021. The theory used is Widjono (2012), Gorys Keraf (1984),Lamuddin Finoza (1993), The source of this research data is the advertisiment of the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper offer. This study uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is a library (Librar Research). The method. Data collection techniques. The data analysis technique in this study made a data table, the classified data was then analyzed, interpreted, concluded, the results of research on diction analysis in the advertisiment of the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper offer. The results of the study based on the data analysis that the researchers did on the advertisiment of the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper offer, the researchers found 16 words that were not appropriate in the choice of words. Based on the suitability of the word choice, the researcher found 21 words that were not appropriate

Abstract

Feminism is a form of resistance to patriarchal ideology in which women are inferior to men. Feminism aims to raise awareness and fight against the exploitation of women in society. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information to describe, analyze, and interpret data on social aspects of feminism based on the process of socialization, social tasks, and social class in Aqiladyna's novel Sekar. The main theory used by the author is the theory of Sikana (2005). The approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The method used is descriptive method. The data collection technique used is hermeneutic technique. The data analysis technique used by the author is content analysis technique. The results of the feminist analysis research in Aqiladyna's novel Sekar contained 16 data consisting of (5) data on the socialization process, (5) data on social tasks, and (6) data on social class. The social aspect in the novel Sekar by Aqiladyna describes the social injustice experienced by women, especially in the Sekar character which can be seen from the process of socialization, social tasks, and social class.

Abstract

The problem raised in this community service is the use of rhymes in Efforts to Build the Character of Class V Students at the Special Assisted State Elementary School of Dumai Timur. The decline in character / morals that occurs among students / students so that teachers are expected to be able to improve the character of these students through learning rhymes. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization about the use of rhymes in an effort to build the character of the fifth graders of the Special Guidance Elementary School in East Dumai. It is hoped that after this socialization the character / morals of students will increase in a better direction because literature, especially rhymes, has a very important role in character building efforts, because basically literary works contain many life values ​​that are full of educational values. character in it. The results achieved in this community service activity are an increase in the character/morality of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Special Guidance for East Dumai which can be seen from the following indicators, namely the increase in positive characters that occur in students, reduced immoral relationships/brawls that occur among students/ students, creating a comfortable learning atmosphere at school.

Abstract

Semiotics is a science that systematically studies signs which are grouped into three types, namely icons, indexes and symbols. This study aims to identify and analyze the icons, indices and symbols, markers and the relationship of the signifiers contained in the novel Bidadari Berklik by Asma Nadia. The research problems are (1) how is the semiotics of the iconic aspects in the novel Bidadari Berbisaan by Asma Nadia? (2) how is the semiotics of the index aspect in the novel Bidadari Whispering by Asma Nadi? (3) how is the semiotics of the symbol aspect in the novel Bidadari Berklik by Asma Nadia?. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. The type of language and literature research is the type of library study. The research method used is content analysis method. The technique of collecting research data uses hermeneutic techniques, namely reading techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory of semiotics, icons, indexes, and symbols proposed by Emzir and Rohman (2015), Danesi (2010), Pradopo (2012), Santoso (2013). The data collection technique in this research uses hermeniutic technique. Data analysis techniques with content analysis, classifying, analyzing and concluding data. The results of this research are 26 icons, 66 indexes, and 39 data symbols. For example, icons, indexes and symbols in Asma Nadia's novel Bidadari Whispering "The woman is looking closely at a photo in her hand" The quote contains the icon marked with the word photo, while the sign "and meditating on the persuasion of dreams is harder to lull young ages, like Ayuni" Quotations that contain an index are marked with persuasion then the quote Gusti gives me a hint is a quote that contains a symbol with the word gusti.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning motivation on learning outcomes at school. A person will not get good learning outcomes without motivation. This motivation can come from within and from outside. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian. This type of research includes descriptive research using quantitative approaches and correlation methods. The population and sample of the study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Siak Hulu, totaling 4 classes, namely XI IPA1 as many as 20 students, XI IPA2 as many as 20 students, XI IPS1 as many as 24 students and XI IPS2 as many as 25. The sampling technique in this study used a technique Nonprobability is a saturated sample. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on learning motivation in Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Siak Hulu, this was evidenced by t count (3,462) > from t table (1,979) with a significant level of 0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of motivation on learning outcomes
