Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of work-life balance (WLB) and motivation on the effectiveness and satisfaction of the use of the Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System (SRIKANDI) at the West Celebes Province Regional Plantation Service. This study is quantitative and descriptive in nature. Saturated sampling was used to sample the population of this study, which consisted of 72 State Civil Service (ASN) respondents who were all members of the Regional Plantation Service of West Celebes Province. Questionnaires were sent as part of the data gathering process, and path analysis was employed for data analysis. According to the study's findings, there are several factors that affect employee work performance: (1) work load bias (WLB); (2) work motivation; (3) work load bias (WLB) on satisfaction when using the SRIKANDI application; (4) work motivation on satisfaction when using the SRIKANDI application; (5) work efficiency on satisfaction when using the SRIKANDI application; (6) work motivation on job satisfaction through work efficiency as an intervening variable; and (7) work load bias (WLB) on employee job satisfaction through employee work efficiency as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure, debt management and efficiency on firm value with earnings performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses SPSS and the Sobel Test and the data source used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of manufacturing companies for the 2014-2021 period. The type of data used is quantitative data with data collection techniques, namely documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the model 1 test it can be concluded that asset structure has no effect on earnings performance, while debt management has a negative and significant effect on earnings performance and efficiency has a positive and significant effect on earnings performance. And the results for the model 2 test, namely asset structure and efficiency have no effect on firm value while debt management and earnings performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. For model 3 test results, namely asset structure has no effect on firm value when mediated by earnings performance. Meanwhile, debt management and efficiency have an influence on firm value when mediated by earnings performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial distress assessment of the company The food and beverage subsector is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Seventeen companies in the food and beverage subsector were selected based on criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and financial reports published regularly for the last five years from 2017 to 2021. Secondary data comes from the website www.idx.co.id. The results show that the Altman Z-Score model can be implemented in detecting the possibility of financial distress in food and beverage subsector companies.there are three companies for five consecutive years in a state of Distress and several in the last two years experiencing financial distress,caused by variable X5 decreased so that sales or income decreased.

Abstract

The dividend payment policy is one of the important decisions in a company's financial management, especially in terms of returns to shareholders. This study aims to examine the effect of Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (ROA) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) with Firm Size as a moderation variable. The data used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS. The population in this study was obtained with the number of manufacturing companies as many as 165 companies. The results show that DER and ROA have a significant effect on the DPR, but Firm Size does not moderate the relationship. This research contributes to understanding the influence of capital structure and profitability on the company's dividend policy in the manufacturing sector

Abstract

The purpose of study was to explain the effect of entrepreneurship orientation and innovation in improving the performance and competitiveness of creative industries in Maros Regency. The primary data used in this study were collected by using questionnaires. The data is then processed in the form of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the analysis, it is found that the orientation of entrepreneurship which is reflected by the activities of research and development activities, technological leadership, and innovation will be able to improve the performance and competitiveness of creative industry. Performance as measured by the company's ability to increase sales will be able to create competitiveness. The study also found an insignificant effect between innovation with competitiveness and performance with competitiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of bank efficiency in the effect of bank size on bank profitability. The research sample is 25 banks that have a minimum core capital of Rp. 5,000,000,000,000 and publish financial statements in full during 2010-2017. The data analysis technique in this study is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results of the study found that; 1) bank size has a positive and significant effect on bank efficiency; 2) bank size has a positive and not significant effect on bank profitability; 3) bank efficiency has a positive and significant effect on bank profitability. 4) bank efficiency is able to mediate the effect of bank size on bank profitability.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Investment (RoI), while Stock Prices as intervening factors. The analysis focuses specifically on Manufacturing Companies within the Consumer Goods sector that are listed on the IDX. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collected were analyzed with formulas from each financial ratio and then processed using multiple regression analysis and sobel tests. The results of this study indicate that CR is not significant on Stock Price, while DER is related to Stock Price with a negative effect. Finally, TATO has a significant impact on Stock Price, with a positive sign on the relationship. Stock Price, CR and TATO have positive and significant effect on ROI, while DER have negative and significant effect on ROI, CR through stock price has no effect on ROI, while DER and TATO through share price affects ROI in Manufacturing Companies in the Goods Sector Consumption listed on the IDX.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fleksibilitas, fokus, budaya organisasi, pengalaman, dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui agilitas pegawai di Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai bank BRI KANCA KOLAKA, Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 280, dengan mengambil 100 orang pegawai sebagai sampel, Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan teknik probability sampilng; simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Fleksibilitas, Budaya, Pengalaman, dan Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap agilitas pegawai Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Fokus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas pegawai Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Fleksibilitas berpengaruh langsung negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Fokus, Kreativitas, dan Agilitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengalaman berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Fleksibilitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Fokus berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Pengalaman dan kreativitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in terms of profitability ratio analysis for 2019-2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.
