Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan tenaga kerja di perusahaan jasa, khususnya pada PT Swabina Gatra. Dalam konteks regulasi ketenagakerjaan dan dinamika proyek jangka pendek, PKWT digunakan sebagai instrumen fleksibel yang memungkinkan perusahaan menyesuaikan kebutuhan tenaga kerja secara adaptif tanpa mengorbankan kelangsungan operasional. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi praktik rekrutmen, sistem evaluasi kinerja, dan kebijakan addendum kontrak sebagai komponen utama strategi tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi PKWT dapat mendorong efisiensi tenaga kerja dengan mengurangi biaya perekrutan berlebih, mempercepat pengisian posisi kosong, dan meningkatkan ketepatan waktu dalam perpanjangan kontrak kerja. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil maksimal, diperlukan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi seperti yang diatur dalam UU Cipta Kerja dan PP No. 35 Tahun 2021, serta pengawasan dari unit hubungan industrial perusahaan.

Abstract

The digitalization era demands home-based MSMEs in Mulyorejo Subdistrict, Surabaya, enhance visibility through marketing platforms like Google Maps, yet low digital literacy results in only 15% having active profiles. This community service aims to empower 20 MSMEs through Google Maps optimization assistance. Qualitative descriptive methods were applied via door-to-door identification (August 25-October 10, 2025), personal socialization, and individual technical mentoring (October 13-November 21, 2025) covering Google Business Profile creation, location verification, data completion, and product photo uploads. Results show 17 out of 20 MSMEs (85%) successfully activated profiles with 4.2-4.8 star ratings, 25-35% physical visit increase, 70% location search growth, and 15-30% revenue boost in the first month. Personal approach effectively overcomes digital literacy barriers, transforming traditional marketing into independent digital strategies. Google Maps optimization proves essential for strengthening local MSMEs competitiveness, expanding market opportunities, and supporting inclusive economic growth in Mulyorejo Subdistrict.

Abstract

Rembang Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The Rembang sub-district has the Rembang Rise program by creating a WhatsApp group by the sub-district officials as a place for MSMEs in the Rembang area to carry out promotions. Even though many MSMEs have joined this group, until now they are not familiar with digital marketing and only rely on conventional methods to promote their products. The purpose of this community service program is to provide understanding to MSME players about the benefits of digital marketing as promotional advice. With the existence of a digital marketing introduction program for MSME players in the Rembang Village, it is hoped that they can expand their market to sell their products.

Abstract

MSMEs in Mungkung Village include various businesses such as culinary, clothing needs, agribusiness, equipment, and automotive industry repairs. Many of them do not understand technological advances, which hinders development. Some MSMEs do not have a logo or brand and only rely on local consumers. This causes ignorance among local residents and potential customers outside the village, due to the lack of even development of mapping. This activity is directed at developing the Mungkung Village community to be technologically literate. Activities focus on increasing customer engagement, digitizing the marketing potential of MSMEs in Mungkung Village through digital maps and increasing their presence and accessibility. Implementation of activities uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in customer engagement regarding the potential of MSMEs in Mungkung Village through the digital map of MSMEs which can be accessed on the online platform. This program also supports SDGs (sustainable development goals) 8 targets related to decent work and economic growth through strengthening MSMEs.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are increasingly relying on social media as a marketing tool, thanks to the expansion of digital technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze how Startias Cake Cookies, an MSME in the Siwalankerto area, has been using Instagram to increase sales and compete with other local businesses. Using the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) paradigm, the implementation of service can be described as a mentoring process through active qualitative data collection, where the service team not only observes but is also directly involved in monitoring and documenting partners' marketing efforts on Instagram @startiascakecookies. Instagram increases the intensity of product promotions, customer engagement, marketing reach, and consumer buying interest. Instagram, as a digital marketing platform, also helps build a stronger corporate reputation. Therefore, with regular management and consideration of product attributes, Instagram can be a powerful marketing tool for MSMEs.

Abstract

This research discusses the optimization of Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) issuance services as a strategy for empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kalisari Sub-District, Surabaya. Through a qualitative approach involving interviews and observations with 21 MSME actors and sub-district apparatus, it was found that the NIB issuance process still faces challenges such as lengthy bureaucracy, lack of socialization, and limited digital access. Optimization efforts were carried out through procedure simplification, digital training, and one-stop service integration, which successfully increased NIB issuance by up to 70%. The research results indicate that this optimization not only streamlines business legality but also enhances MSMEs' access to markets, financing, and legal protection, thereby supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

This service was carried out with the aim of overcoming the main challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kejawan Putih Tambak, namely the lack of a strong brand identity and knowledge of attractive visual content. The main focus of the community service program was on the role of visual branding in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era, where logos as the main element of identity can help products become more recognizable to consumers and expand market reach. By strengthening business identity through logos, it is hoped that in the future, business actors can establish a strong brand image, enabling MSMEs to compete more effectively. The community service program consisted of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this community service show a significant increase in business actors' understanding of business logos. Before the socialization, business actors still had minimal knowledge about the importance of having a business identity, which resulted in a low level of business logo ownership of only 18% of MSMEs. However, after the socialization, the understanding of business actors increased dramatically, so that now 66% of MSMEs in Kejawan Putih Tambak have business logos. These results confirm that assistance to MSMEs is necessary in driving local economic growth through effective branding strategies, which ultimately contribute to the sustainability of MSMEs amid increasingly fierce market competition. Abstrak: Pengandian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan ini untuk mengatasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kejawan Putih Tambak, yaitu kurangnya identitas merek yang kuat serta pengetahuan mengenai konten visual yang menarik. Fokus utama pengabdian terletak pada peran visual branding dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital, dimana logo sebagai elemen identitas utama dapat membantu produk lebih dikenali konsumen dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Melalui penguatan identitas usaha melalui logo diharapkan kedepanya pelaku usaha dapat membentuk citra merek yang kuat, sehingga UMKM dapat bersaing lebih efektif. Metode pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai logo usaha. Sebelum sosialisasi, pelaku usaha masih minim akan pengetahuan akan pentingnya memiliki identitas usaha yang berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat kepemilikan logo usaha yang hanya sebesar 18% UMKM, namun setelah diadakan sosialisasi, pemahaman pelaku usaha meningkat drastis, sehingga kini 66% UMKM di Kejawan Putih Tambak telah memiliki logo usaha.

Abstract

The company was founded with the aim of getting maximum and sustainable profits. Profitability can be used to assess how well a company can survive in its business. So, the purpose of this research was to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, and activities in increasing profitability. The sample selection technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Samples obtained were 17 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015–2018 period. The data used in this research were secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research that had been investigated, it can be concluded that leverage calculated using Debt to Assets Ratio was not able to contribute to profitability. Liquidity calculated using Current Ratio and Activities calculated using Total Assets Turnover Ratio can contribute to profitability.

Abstract

Seperti perusahaan kebanyakan, dalam kegiatan operasional bank mempunyai misi dalam memperoleh laba secara maksimal. Maka bank wajib menjaga rasio keuangan yang setara dengan kebijakan Bank Indonesia serta memperhatikan kapabilitasnya supaya selalu dipercaya oleh nasabah dan investor. Tujuan dari observasi ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, BOPO, NPL, NIM, dan LDR pada ROA perusahaan perbankan go public yang tercatat di BEI pada rentan waktu 2014-2018.Populasi dalam observasi ini terdiri dari 37 perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang dipakai dalam observasi yakni purposive sampling, maka didapat 27 perusahaan perbankan untuk sampelnya. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada observasi ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah didapat bisa simpulkan yakni Beban Operasional dan Pendapatan Oprasional, Net Interest Margin, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio memiliki kontribusi pada Return On Assets. Dan untuk Capital Adequecy ratio serta Non Performing Loan tidak memiliki kontribusi pada Return On Assets. Kata kunci: CAR, BOPO, NPL, NIM, LDR, dan ROA.

Abstract

Indonesia is very rich in various resources, one of which is natural resources, one of which can be utilized in increasing non-tax state revenue. In addition, it can also be used as a support for economic activity both micro and macro, therefore company profits are used to support the company's operational activities in order to achieve the goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Assets Ratio), Activities (Total Assets Turnover) on Profit Growth. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on criteria, from these criteria there were 25 samples of mining companies, with a 2016–2018 research period, and the data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the observations can be concluded that the Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio variables have significant results with a negative relationship direction to mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016–2018, besides that the Total Assets Turnover variable shows insignificant and negative results for mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016–2018. Indonesia sangat kaya akan berbagai sumber daya, salah satunya adalah sumber daya alam yang salah satunya dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak. Selain itu juga dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang kegiatan perekonomian baik mikro maupun makro, oleh karena itu laba perusahaan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional perusahaan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Assets Ratio), Aktivitas (Total Assets Turnover) terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria, dari kriteria tersebut terdapat 25 sampel perusahaan pertambangan, dengan periode penelitian 2016–2018, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil observasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio dan Debt to Assets Ratio memiliki hasil yang signifikan dengan arah hubungan negatif terhadap perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016–2018, selain itu variabel Total Assets Turnover menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan dan negatif untuk perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016–2018.
