Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis daya tampung IPAL komunal dengan penambahan jumlah sumbungan rumah dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II Kota Lubuklinggau. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan perhitungan didapat bahwa volume atau daya tampung limbah pada bak IPAL konvensional yang ada di RT 01 kelurahan Wirakarya hanya dapat menampung limbah sebesar 72,7m3 sedangkan pemakaian air limbah terhitung sebesar 65.25 m3 per harinya (Tertampung dengan Kapasitas IPAL). Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan perhitungan didapat bahwa volume atau daya tampung limbah pada bak IPAL pabrikasi yang ada di RT 03 kelurahan Wirakarya hanya dapat menampung limbah sebesar 32,40 m3 sedangkan pemakaian air limbah terhitung sebesar 48.25 m3 per harinya (Melebihi Kapasitas IPAL). RT 08 kelurahan Wirakarya hanya dapat menampung limbah sebesar 72,70 m3 sedangkan pemakaian air limbah terhitung sebesar 46.50 m3 per harinya (Tertampung dengan Kapasitas IPAL). RT 02 kelurahan Mesat Seni hanya dapat menampung limbah sebesar 32,40 m3 sedangkan pemakaian air limbah terhitung sebesar 62.70 m3 per harinya ( Melebihi Kapasitas IPAL). RT 02 kelurahan Mesat Seni hanya dapat menampung limbah sebesar 72,7 m3 sedangkan pemakaian air limbah terhitung sebesar 63.00 m3 per harinya (Tertampung dengan Kapasitas IPAL).

Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini Kehalusan flyash Batubara di dapatkan dengan memisahkan flyash Batubara berdasarkan berat partikel flyash. Pemisahan dilakukan menggunakan alat yang ditemukan Firdaus dan Yunus Ishak,(2015). Kehalusan partikel dibedakan dengan zonasi yang mana zonasi 0 merupakan flyash yang langsung diambil dari limbah PLTU dan flyash zona 3 merupakan flyash yang diambil dari hasil penerbangan flyash zonasi 0 dengan menggunakan alat pemisah zonasi flyash (Firdaus dan Yunus Ishak,2015). Pengujian di laboratorium Fakultas Teknik Sipil Universitas Bina Darma Palembang dengan membuat 18 benda uji silinder diameter 100 mm x 200 mm, dengan fly ash dan aktivator Pottasium. Pembuatan benda uji dilakukan kondisi material aggregat dalam kondisi Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) dan kering oven pada suhu 60°C dengan waktu 1 jam, dengan perawatan benda silinder dengan suhu ruangan sampai waktu benda uji akan di uji. Produk penelitian yang dilakukan adalah grafik hubungan perilaku kehalusan flyash dengan kondisi SSD dan kering oven pada material beton gopolymer dalam menerima kuat tekan dengan aktivator Pottasium. Dari grafik tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa, dengan kehalusan dari fly ash dan aktivator pottasium, lebih kuat dalam menerima beban tekan dengan nilai kuat tekan fc 30 Mpa

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of rice husk ash (ASP) and fly ash (FA) as partial cement substitutions on the mechanical properties of high-strength concrete. The concrete mix was designed with a target compressive strength of 60 MPa using the SNI 03-6468-2000 method. Substitution variations of ASP and FA were applied at 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% of the cement weight. The experimental testing included measurements of unit weight, compressive strength at 7, 28, and 56 days, and modulus of elasticity at 28 days. The results indicate that FA significantly improves concrete unit weight and compressive strength, with optimal performance observed at the 10% substitution level; beyond this percentage, strength tends to stabilize or decrease. Meanwhile, ASP generally reduces concrete unit weight due to its lower specific gravity but still contributes to strength enhancement at certain substitution levels through its pozzolanic reaction, which strengthens the concrete microstructure over time. Both FA and ASP demonstrate substantial potential in improving the performance characteristics of high-strength concrete, particularly in terms of compressive strength and durability. Additionally, their utilization supports sustainable construction practices by reducing cement consumption and mitigating the environmental impact associated with industrial and agricultural waste disposal, making them viable eco-friendly supplementary cementing materials.

Abstract

Periodic maintenance of irrigation channels represents a fundamental aspect in maintaining agricultural system sustainability, particularly in swamp irrigation areas that possess unique characteristics and specific challenges. This study examines the implementation of periodic maintenance on secondary channels of Sugihan Kanan Swamp Irrigation Area in Suka Mulya Village, executed through the Public Works and Public Housing Department. The implementation methodology encompasses equipment and workforce mobilization, channel measurement using GPS technology and precision measuring instruments, and application of occupational safety and health management systems (SMK3). Comprehensive field survey stages include preparation, site inspection, and visual documentation to obtain accurate data on existing channel conditions. Main construction work comprising soil excavation and embankment refinement was executed using excavators with gradual techniques to achieve optimal channel profiles. Detailed drawing planning using AutoCAD software with 1:1000 scale ensures accurate visualization and facilitates field implementation. Implementation results demonstrate that systematic and structured approaches in irrigation channel maintenance can enhance water distribution effectiveness, prevent infrastructure damage, and support agricultural productivity. Effective coordination between technical teams and local communities serves as the key to sustainable maintenance project success. Keywords: periodic maintenance, irrigation channels, swamp irrigation area, occupational safety management system, agricultural productivity

Abstract

The evaluation of office building planning documents is a crucial step in ensuring the quality of construction project implementation. This study aims to evaluate the completeness and compliance of the planning documents for the Office Building of the Construction Services Procurement Unit (BP2JK) of South Sumatra Region, referring to the applicable technical standards and regulations. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through document study and direct observation of planning components. The evaluation results indicate that most documents meet administrative and technical requirements, although some elements require improvements to ensure technical clarity and smooth project implementation. These findings highlight the importance of systematic planning document preparation as the foundation for the success of public construction projects. The study also recommends enhancing quality control mechanisms in the planning process and utilizing information technology to support document accuracy and transparency.  Keywords: document evaluation, building planning, public construction, BP2JK, quality control

Abstract

The success of agriculture in tidal swamp areas significantly depends on the sustainability of irrigation infrastructure. SR Agung Village in Karang Agung Hilir, Banyuasin Regency, is a transmigration area suffering from the degradation of secondary irrigation channels due to sedimentation, embankment damage, and uncontrolled vegetation growth. This study aims to comprehensively describe the existing conditions of the secondary channel and evaluate the effectiveness of the rehabilitation efforts undertaken. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through field observations, interviews with project stakeholders, documentation review, and active participation. The results revealed damage including embankment cracks up to 30 cm deep, sediment buildup reducing channel capacity by 60%, and aquatic vegetation covering 70–80% of the water surface. Rehabilitation strategies involved embankment reinforcement using geotextiles and crack injection, sediment dredging, and integrated vegetation control. Technical design followed the Detail Engineering Design (DED) approach, incorporating topographic, hydraulic, and geotechnical data. Rehabilitation outcomes showed a 40% increase in flow capacity and a 25% reduction in water loss. In conclusion, the rehabilitation significantly improved irrigation efficiency, agricultural productivity, and local food security. It is recommended to implement routine maintenance programs using digital technology and encourage community involvement through Water User Associations to ensure long-term infrastructure sustainability. Keywords: Secondary Irrigation, Irrigation Rehabilitation, Swamp Channel, SR Agung Village, Water Efficiency

Abstract

Sektor transportasi di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan kompleks, termasuk ketergantungan yang tinggi pada layanan ojek dan kemacetan lalu lintas yang merugikan ekonomi serta kesehatan masyarakat. Meskipun telah dilakukan berbagai inisiatif, peningkatan jumlah kendaraan pribadi mengindikasikan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk merumuskan strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mempromosikan penggunaan transportasi umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil demografis pengguna Bus Trans Musi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci dan indikator yang mempengaruhi penggunaan layanan ini, serta mengevaluasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Model konseptual yang diusulkan dalam studi ini mengintegrasikan Teori Perilaku Terencana (TPB), Teori Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan variabel Kebijakan Manajemen Transportasi. Dengan melibatkan 155 responden yang merupakan pengguna Bus Trans Musi di Palembang, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penumpang adalah perempuan (80%) berusia antara 10-25 tahun (70%). Sebagian besar penumpang adalah pekerja (45,3%) dan pelajar (38,7%), serta memiliki kendaraan pribadi (91,3%). Model konseptual yang dikembangkan mencakup 7 variabel dan 22 item pengukuran yang memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Dari 16 hipotesis yang menghubungkan variabel laten, 11 hipotesis diterima dengan signifikansi positif, sementara 5 hipotesis ditolak karena kurangnya signifikansi positif. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan transportasi yang lebih efektif di masa depan

Abstract

This study investigates dominant risks affecting time and cost performance in the Prabumulih–Muara Enim Toll Road Project (Zone 5) within the Trans Sumatra Toll Road corridor. The research adopts an empirical quantitative approach using a two-stage questionnaire and semi-structured interviews involving 24 key project stakeholders selected through purposive sampling. Risk variables were initially compiled from literature, project documents, and preliminary site observations, then validated through a Guttman-scale screening process to ensure contextual relevance. The validated risks were subsequently assessed using the Severity Index (SI) to quantify perceived probability and impact levels, and further mapped into a Probability–Impact Matrix to classify risk criticality and prioritize mitigation. The findings demonstrate that dominant risks emerge not only from technical construction factors but also from managerial coordination, procurement delays, logistical constraints, and safety and quality compliance, which collectively intensify schedule slippage and cost escalation. Methodologically, the integrated SI–PIM framework strengthens risk prioritization by combining structured screening, quantitative severity measurement, and decision-oriented mapping, offering a replicable model for toll road risk governance in large-scale infrastructure projects.
