Abstract

Drainage is defined as surface water drainage, either by gravity or by pump which aims to prevent inundation, maintain and lower the water level im order to avoid the amount of water. Ahmad Yani Airport has a poor drainage systems. Furthermore, land subsidence in Semarang area potential for experiencing flooding when the rainy season with a fairly high rainfall. Based on the results of processing the data showed that it is needed the land surface drainage channel with a cross-sectional shape of a trapezium. When the width of the base of the cross section is 3 meters , then the required channel depth is 3.9 meters with a hydraulic radius is 0.82-meter, and hydraulic depth is 3.05 meters. Drainase didefinisikan sebagai pembuangan air permukaan, baik secara gravitasi maupun dengan pompa yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya genangan, menjaga dan menurunkan permukaan air sehingga genangan air dapat dihindarkan. Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani dengan kondisi sistem drainase yang kurang baik dan penurunan permukaan tanah di wilayah Semarang, maka bila musim penghujan tiba dengan curah hujan yang cukup tinggi selalu berpotensi untuk mengalami banjir. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data juga didapatkan hasil bahwa untuk menyesuaikan antara curah hujan di wilayah Semarang dengan luas area Bandar udara Achmad Yani diperlukan saluran drainase muka tanah berupa saluran dengan bentuk penampang trapezium. Bila lebar dasar dari penampang trapezim tersebut adalah 3 meter, maka diperlukan saluran sedalam 3,9 meter dengan Jari-jari hydraulic 0,82 meter, dan kedalaman hydraulic 3,05 meter.

Abstract

Karawang, located in Jakarta Capital Region area, has a good prospect in building a new airport. Beside the availability of land, Karawang regency is also a well-developed industrial area. In accordance, it is possible to build a multi-functional airport such as aerospace park in this area. Aerospace park is a compact industrial area provided as a centre for aircraft maintenace and has been owned by several neighbouring countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. One of the parts of environmental technic appropriateness is the soil condition in the new airport area. From several areas in Karawang regency, Cimalaya is good enough for building airport airside facility because it is located near shore. From the calculation, the new airport in Karawang will be able to provide landing for a Boeing 747-200 if it is planned to have the Pavement Classification Number of (PCN) 80 F/C/X/T. Thus, aircrafts that can perform landing in the airport must have the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) of 394.744 kg. Karawang yang terdapat di area Jakarta Capital Reagon memiliki prospek yang cukup baik untuk pembangunan bandar udara baru. Selain ketersediaan lahan yang masih cukup luas, kabupaten Karawang juga merupakan area industri yang cukup maju. Oleh sebab itu, pada area ini sangat memungkinkan dibangun bandar udara yang multi fungsi seperti aerospace park yang merupakan kawasan industri terpadu sebagai pusat kegiatan perawatan pesawat terbang dan telah dimiliki oleh beberapa negara tetangga seperti Malaysia dan Singapura. Salah satu dari bagian dari kelayakan teknis lingkungan adalah kondisi tanah lokasi pembangunan bandar udara. Dari beberapa area di wilayah kabupaten Karawang, area Cimalaya cukup baik untuk pembangunan fasilitas airside bandar udara, karena berada di sekitar pantai. Dari hasil perhitungan, bila direncanakan bandar udara baru di Karawang dapat didarati pesawat dengan tipe Boeing 747 seri 200, maka dapat direncanakan landas pacu memiliki pavement classification number (PCN) 80 F/C/X/T. Abstract

Construction of a new airport in Karawang until now has not been located. However, to simplify the process of land acquisition, the airport might be located in the coastal area so it does not interfere agricultural land and forestry. This study intends to support the construction of a new airport in Karawang which aims at adjusting procedure of California Bearing Ratio (CBR) in the cilamaya area to pavement thickness on the airport planning development. The study concluded that the minimum thickness of pavement layers in Karawang new airport is 118 cm. The construction carried out in accordance with the value of CBR in the cilamaya area and consider the value of ESWL (Equivalent Single Wheel Load) Boeing 737-900 ER. Rencana pembangunan bandar udara baru Karawang yang banyak mendapatkan dukungan pengguna jasa penerbangan, hingga saat ini belum ditentukan lokasinya. Tetapi, untuk mempermudah proses pembebasan lahan, dimungkinkan pembangunan bandar udara ini akan dilaksanakan di area pantai agar tidak mengganggu lahan pertanian dan Perhutani. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mendukung pembangunan bandar udara baru di Karawang, yang bertujuan menyesuaikan prosedur CBR (California Bearing Ratio) di area Cilamaya terhadap perkerasan pada perencanaan pembangunan bandar udara baru di Karawang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tebal lapisan perkerasan minimum bandar udara baru di Karawang adalah 118 cm, pembangunan dilaksanakan di area Cilamaya sesuai dengan nilai CBR (California Bearing Ratio), dan memperhatikan nilai ESWL (Equivalent Single Wheel Load) pesawat Boeing 737-900 ER adalah 118 cm.

Abstract

  On May 4, 2012 at 15:38 pm for the first time at Soekarno Hatta A-380 aircraft registration 9V SKC did divert landing. The plane landed and directed to a remote area near the hangar owned by the airline Batavia Air for parking facilities stand at the airport has not been able to receive this aircraft. Associated with the proficiency level above, necessary to divert a study of the influence of A-380 aircraft landing on the aircraft total load permits (pta) of the PCN (Pavement Classification Number) at Soekarno Hatta airport.From the analysis shows that total aircraft load permits (PTA) which can be landed on the runway Soekarno Hatta International Airport is 1,468,866 lbs or 666 757 kg. Meanwhile, the Super Jumbo aircraft A-380 which has done divert landing at this airport by aircraft-info.net has a technical specification with an empty weight gross weight 275.000kg / 606.000lb), and the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) 548.000kg (1,208,000 lb). Pada tanggal 4 Mei 2012 pukul 15.38 WIB untuk pertama kalinya di Bandar Udara Soekarno Hatta pesawat A-380 registrasi 9V SKC melakukan divert landing. Pesawat tersebut mendarat dan diarahkan ke remote area, dekat hanggar milik maskapai Batavia Air karena fasilitas parking stand pada bandar udara ini belum mampu menerima pesawat ini. Terkait dengan hal tesebut diatas, perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap pengaruh divert landing pesawat A-380 terhadap beban ijin total pesawat (pta) dari nilai PCN (Pavement Classification Number) di Bandar udara Soekarno Hatta.Dari hasil analisis terlihat bahwa beban ijin total pesawat (Pta) yang dapat mendarat di runway Bandar udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta adalah 1.468.866 lbs atau 666.757 kg. Sementara itu, pesawat Super Jumbo A-380 yang telah melakukan divert landing di bandar udara ini menurut aircraft-info.net mempunyai spesifikasi teknis dengan gross weight beban kosong 275.000kg / 606.000lb).

Abstract

Density rate of arrival and departure of aircraft would cause noise pollution and air area of the airport. Meanwhile, the international demands the maintenance of environmental conditions in the world.For people who live near the airport will certainly feel uncomfortable and unhealthy. ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) as the agency responsible for civil aviation is clearly not turning a blind eye on this. Thus enforcing the regulations limiting noise / noise limit. Until now, the area of airport noise is determined based on forecasts of aircraft, frequency and period of time aircraft operations.From the analysis shows that the Polonia Airport in Yogyakarta has a noise level (Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level/WECPNL) 136,1175.

Abstract

Facilities to support activities at airports such as toilets, mosque until the canteen / resburant would require water as a basic requirement. The more solid the number of apassenger at the arrival and departure terminals, then more and more also needs clean water at the airport. In addition for clean water was provided for passenger, clean water is also needed by the airport staff and other workers who support the activities of these air in airport. By utilizing the formula for calculating water as stated on the air dibandar SKEP 347/XII/99, it is known that the clean water needs in Soekarno Hatta Airport is 641 200 liters daily.

Abstract

Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar can be categorized as a gate economic activity nationally and internationally. This is because the Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar, Bali Island which lies an icon of tourism in Indonesia. Most foreign tourists in Indonesia chose Bali as their holiday destination. Traffic density of international flights at Ngurah Rai Airport, of course, needs to be balanced quality of the facilities the land (land side). These needs to be a top prioriy for quality of services and facilities available in the departure terminal and the international arrivals at Ngurah Rai Airport became a general picture of the culture in Bali and tourism traffic in Indonesia, Therefore, the quality of services and facilities at the airport is to note whether it is in Ecordance with The density of the number of passengers coming maupum left. From the results of the analysis showed that some land side facilities for passengers on international flights need to be a development priority by referring to SKEP/77/VI/2005 About Technical Requirements Engineering Facilities Operation Airport.

Abstract

Construction of an airport including Medan International Airport Kualnnamu need to pay attention to the requirements of the runway pavement. A PCN (Pavement Clansificatton Number) published the AIP (Aerodrome Information Publication). Published PCN value is certainly a reference for the Pilot to land in accordance witli permit total load (PTA) aircraft. Related to the above, it is necessary Permit Review Expense Total Aircraft (PTA) aircraft. Related to the above, it is necessary Permit Review Expense Total Aircraft (PTA) From the value of PCN (Pavement Classification Number) In Kualanamu Medan International Airport.From the survey results revealed that the runway Kualanamu Medan International Airport with a load of total permits aircraft (PTA) 1,217,406 lbs or 608,703 kilograms can accommodate Super Jumbo aircraft A-380 which has a Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) IS smaller than the total value of the load pemits aircraft (PTA) is 548.000kg (1,208,000 1b). Pembangunan bandara termasuk Bandara Internasional Kualanamu Medan perlu memperhatikan persyaratan perkerasan landasan pacu. Sebuah PCN (Pavement Nomor Klasifikasi) diterbitkan dalam AIP (Aerodrome Information Publication). Nilai PCN diterbitkan sebagai acuan bagi pilot untuk mendarat sesuai dengan beban ijin total pesawat(PTA).Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa landasan pacu Bandara Internasional Kualanamu Medan dengan beban pesawat izin total (PTA) 1.217.406 lbs atau 608.703 kg dapat menampung pesawat Jumbo Super A-380 yang memiliki maksimum yang Take Off Weight (MTOW) lebih kecil dari total nilai pesawat beban ijin(PTA) adalah 548.OOOkg (1.208.OOO lbs).

Abstract

The improvement of the quality and quantity of airplanes owned by some airlines as well as the increasing number of passengers’ movement have demanded every airport to improve its facilities. Fatmawati Soekarno airport has improved the quality of its runway with the value of Pavement Classification Number (PCN) 45 F/X/C/T. With the increasing Pavement Classification Number (PCN) , it is expected that airports can facilitate Boeing 737-900ER aircraft.The problems in this study is the what figure of Permitted Total Load (Pta) of aircrafts is if the Pavement Classification Number (PCN) value is increased. From the above calculation, it shows that the Permitted Total Load (Pta) that can perform landing in the airport’s runway is 75.655 kg. Meanwhile, the Pavement Classification Number (PCN) value is PCN 45/F/C/X/T and the CAN value of a Boeing 737-900ER aircraft is 51 (max) and 24 (min) for CBR low with the Maximum Take Off Weight of 85.130 kg. Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pesawat yang dimiliki oleh beberapa maskapai penerbangan, serta pertumbuhan jumlah pergerakan penumpang, menuntut setiap bandar udara untuk meningkatkan fasilitasnya. Bandar udara Fatmawati Soekarno telah meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas landas pacu dengan nilai Pavement classification Number (PCN) 45 F/X/C/T. Dengan peningkatan nilai Pavement Classification Number (PCN) tersebut, diharapkan bandar udara ini mampu melayani pesawat tipe 737-900ER.Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah berapa nilai beban ijin total (Pta) pesawat bila nilai Pavement Classification Number ditingkatkan. Dari hasil perhitungan diatas terlihat bahwa beban ijin total pesawat (Pta) yang dapat mendarat di runway Bandar udara Fatmawati Soekarno adalah 75.655 kg. Sementara itu, Nilai Pavement Clasification Number (PCN) adalah PCN 45/F/C/X/T, dan nilai ACN dari Pesawat Boeing 737 - 900 ER adalah 51 (max) dan 24 (min) untuk CBR Low, dengan Maksimum Take Off Weight (MTOW) sebesar 85.130 kg.
