Abstract

AbstrakPokok permasalahan penelitian ini adalah Pandangan Masyarakat Kecamatan Tondong Tallasa Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan Terhadap Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 Mengenai Larangan Perkawinan Akibat Hubungan Persusuan. Adapun sub masalah yakni:1) Sejauhmana pemahaman masyarakat Kecamatan Tondong Tallasa Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan terhadap Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 Mengenai Larangan Perkawinan Akibat Hubungan Persusuan? 2) Bagaimana dampak pandangan masyarakat Kecamatan Tondong Tallasa Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan terhadap Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 Mengenai Larangan Perkawinan Akibat Hubungan Persusuan?. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat Tondong Tallasa sangat kurang, baik pengetahuan agama maupun pendidikan sehingga mereka tidak mengetahui adanya larangan perkawinan bagi mereka yang memiliki  hubungan persusuan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu banyaknya masyarakat yang melakukan perkawinan hubungan persusuan, putusnya hubungan perkawinan, adanya kesamaan genetik, anaknya berisiko tinggi mengalami cacat lahir, sistem imun lemah dan berisiko kematian.Kata Kunci: Pandangan Masyarakat, Perkawinan Hubungan Persusuan, Masyarakat Tondong Tallasa.AbstractThe main problem of this research is the Community Views of Tondong Tallasa Subdistrict, Pangkajene Regency and the Islands of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning the Prohibition of Marriage Due to Dairy Relations. The sub-problems are: 1) How far the community understands Tondong Tallasa Subdistrict, Pangkajene Regency and the Islands of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning the Prohibition of Marriage Due to Dairy Relations? 2) What is the impact of the views of the people of Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkajene Regency and the Islands on Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning the Prohibition of Marriage Due to Dairy Relations? The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the Tondong Tallasa community is very lacking, both in religious knowledge and education, so they do not know about the prohibition of marriage for those who have breastfeeding relationships. The resulting impact is the large number of people who engage in breastfeeding marriages, break up of marriages, genetic similarities, their children are at high risk of birth defects, weak immune systems and risk of death.Keywords: Community Views, Dairy Relationship, Tondong Tallasa Community.

Abstract

The youth, especially student, is oftentimes categorized as a group consumer which tend to open to new product which peeped out [by] [in] marketing. This group [is] believed always follow life style trend nowadays. They even volunteer [release] money to buy new brand ponsel. This matter [is] [done/conducted] not merely for requirement but for the easiness of / desire of person. So that they will not loyal to a[n brand. This phenomenon [is] usually referred [as] [by] migratory behavior [of] brand. Target of research that is to the influence of product attributes and variation seeking behaviour toward students’ behavior of switching the brand of mobile phone in islamic economy and business faculty. This Research type [is] quantitative. Sampling in this research use method of stratified random sampling. Technique data collecting use disseminated kuesioner to Faculty Of Economics student and assumed Business Islam as according to [done/conducted] research counted 170 sampling.The data were analyzed using validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis test using SPSS version 21.0 Result of research indicates that product attribute and of variety seeking behavior have an effect on to behavior of migratory student [of] brand either through simultan and also by parsial. As for dominant variable influence behavior of migratory student [of] brand that is variable of variety seeking behavior.
