Abstract

ABSTRAK Penurunan kinerja mesin diakibatkan adanya kerusakan komponen,  kondisi ini akibat beberapa faktor seperti cara mengemudi, beban kerja, medan jalan dan modifikasi. Kerusakan mesin saat pembakaran berlangsung terjadi akibat perbandingan udara dan bahan bakar yang tidak sesuai atau penambahan additif bahan bakar yang tidak sesuai. Oktan booster adalah additive berbentuk granular untuk memperbaiki proses pembakaran di mesin bensin. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan octane booster pada bahan bakar pertalite terhadap daya dan specific fuel consumption, selain mengetahui daya terbesar campuran bahan bakar dengan oktan booster yang massanya 0,2gram, 0,4gram dan 0,6gram serta 0,8gram. Metode uji kinerja mesin bukaan katup penuh sesuai standar ISO 1585 dengan putaran mesin 1000, 2000, 3000 dan 4000rpm.  Pencampuran oktan booster 0,2gram, 0,4gram dan 0,6gram serta 0,8gram  dan 3 liter pertalite dengan cara ditumpuk dan diaduk. Selanjutnya data dihitung dan dianalisis secara matematika. Hasil ada pengaruh penambahan octane booster. Daya terbesar 38,23 hP saat campuran pertalite tercampur 0,8gram octane booster dan terjadi penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar 15% dibanding standar. Konsumsi bahan bakar terendah pada campuran 0,8gram oktan booster dengan 3 liter pertalite. Kata kunci : bahan bakar, oktan booster, putaran mesin, daya. ABSTRACT Engine performance decreasing is caused by component damage, this condition due to several factors such as driving method, workload, road terrain and modifications. Failure of the engine during combustion occurs since there is an inappropriate air to fuel ratio or the addition of inappropriate fuel additives. Octane booster is an additive in granular form to improve the combustion process in gasoline engines. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of adding an octane booster to pertalite fuel on power and specific fuel consumption, furthermore is to knowing the biggest power when the fuel mix with an octane booster with masses of 0.2gram, 0.4gram and 0.6gram and 0.8gram. Test method for engine performance with full valve opening according to ISO 1585 standard with engine speed of 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000rpm. Mixing octane booster 0.2 grams, 0.4 grams and 0.6 grams as well as 0.8 grams and 3 liters of pertalite by stacking and stirring. hereafter the data is calculated and analyzed mathematically. The test results show that there is an effect of adding an octane booster. The biggest power was 38.23 hP when the pertalite is mixed with 0.8gram octane booster and there was a 15% decrease in fuel consumption compared to the standard. Abstract

Paud Flamboyan RW 01 Merjosari Kota Malang merupakan PAUD yang berada dibawah binaan RW 01 Merjosari Kota Malang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tidak adanya sarana atau alat penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di PAUD yang banyak sekali membutuhkan mengeprint gambar-gambar atau latihan soal untuk pekerjaan anak-anak PAUD serta menggandakan atau fotokopi latihan soal dengan cepat tanpa guru harus keluar dari sekolah pada saat jam kerja untuk sekedar mengfotokopi atau mengeprint lembar tugas untuk anak-anak PAUD. Selain itu permainan edukatif di PAUD Flamboyan untuk anak-anak PAUD masih kurang sehingga perlu diadakan permainan edukatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas anak-anak Paud Flamboyan. Dengan memberikan alat penunjang belajar mengajar bertujuan agar memudahkan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di PAUD FLAMBOYAN dalam hal penggandaan soal-soal untuk anak PAUD dan untuk kepentingan administrasi kantor tanpa harus keluar di jam mengajar dan sudah tersedia di kantor guru PAUD. Dan juga dengan memberikan permainan edukatif seperti balok bangun, puzzle, kotak alfabet dan lain lain dapat meningkatkan kualitas motorik bagi anak-anak PAUD FLAMBOYAN RW 1 Merjosari Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah TIM PPM Polinema memberi pelatihan cara pengoperasian alat penunjang belajar yang telah diberikan bagi para guru dan permainan edukatif bagi anak PAUD. Hasil yang telah diperoleh adalah para guru telah dapat mengoperasikan dan mempergunakan alat penunjang belajar untuk kepentingan PAUD yaitu dapat mengeprint ijazah anak PAUD dan laporan administrasi, menscan foto-foto dan tugas anak PAUD dan memfotokopi tugas-tugas anak PAUD baik warna maupun hitam putih sehingga alat penunjang belajar ini sangat membantu bagi kepentingan PAUD FLAMBOYAN. Selain itu pemberian mainan edukatif yang telah diberikan ke PAUD FLAMBOYAN dapat menambah koleksi permainan dan meningkatkan kualitas motorik bagi anak-anak PAUD. Kata kunci : Alat Penunjang Belajar Mengajar, Paud Flamboyan, Permainan Edukatif.

Abstract

Wilayah RT 01 RW01, Desa Durenan, Trenggalek wilayahnya berbatasan dengan jalan provinsi dengan arus lalu lintas kendaraan sepeda motor, mobil, dan moda angkutan lain yang ramai. Terdapat lokasi pemberhentian bus dan angkutan umum untuk menaikkan dan menurun barang dan penumpang. Kondisi cukup ramainya lalu-lalang orang dan kendaraan tersebut memberikan keuntungan bagi penaikan kondisi perekonomian masyrakat sekitar sekaligus memberikan potensi meningkatnya kerawanan tindak kejahatan, kerawan terjadinya kecelakaan, kebakaran, bahaya-bahaya lainnya. Memberikan peningkatan pemahaman kepada warga untuk mengenali dan memanfaatkan teknologi baru yang dapat meningkatkan peran serta warga untuk dapat berkontribusi positif dalam mingkatkan keamanan, kenyaman lingkungan sekaligus mampu memeberikan data rekaman kronologis suatu kejadian untuk kebutuhan penganalisaan lanjutan menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Dalam kegiatan ini warga dilatih untuk mengetahui dan memahami teknologi IP Camera CCTV yang kemudian dilakukan proses pemasangan, penyetingan, dan pengoperasian, serta perawatannya.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase clarity and beauty for all guests who head to the hall in RW 06 Kelurahan Tasikmadu Malang. The method used is deliberation with residents and building managers to determine the design/technique of the construction model for the posts to be installed in the Hall, making posts from stainless steel in the form of plates (stainless steel) and installing stainless steel letters on the west side of the outer wall of the Hall, assessing the robustness and the beauty of the placement, and submission to the Head of RW 06 where the installation of the writing is in his working area. By installing stainless steel letters in the Hall, it is hoped that identity can be made clear to all guests or all parties who pass in front of it. Thus there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang and community members in obtaining satisfaction of the usefulness of assistance and the beauty of the environment in RW 06 Tasikmadu, Lowokwaru, Malang city.

Abstract

Manual work using drilling machines, manual grinding, and filing in penetrating holes in the profile of the hollow Aluminum frame in the shape of the glass door lock housing is the problem faced. Community service aims to obtain a portable door lock children's home hole prototype for hollow aluminum frame profiles for glass doors. The method applied is design discussions with partners, making a hole punch frame for a portable door lock housing for an Aluminum frame profile according to the dimensions of a 3 Ton jack, making a punch in the exact shape of a particular key housing hole with an electric discharge machine (EDM) Wire Cut, hardening and tempering steel punch, making sharp side profiles for the shape of the key housing using a CNC milling machine, trial of punching the door frame profile, and handing over the portable door lock home punch tool kit to the service partner. With the completion of the manufacture of the portable door lock children's home punch tool kit as a work aid, it can be used to support the production of glass door frames ordered by the wider community with good results, a fast process, and production costs can be reduced. In this way, there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) and community members in the production of products needed by the community more efficiently and able to meet the needs of the general community.

Abstract

The problem lies in the inconsistency of the dimensions of the 90° S-shaped clothes hanger forming device for use in research requiring bending and deflection forces using the Tarno Grocki compression testing machine. This community service project aims to develop a 90° S-shaped clothes hanger forming device whose design can be used in research requiring bending and deflection forces using the Tarno Grocki compression testing machine and cannot be used as a stand-alone device without the aid of a hydraulic jack and frame as a production tool in a home industry. The method applied is modifying the design and device so that it can function using the Tarno Grocki compression testing machine and a stand-alone device with the aid of a hydraulic jack as a production tool in a home industry, including the construction of a support table, a trial run, and the donation to partners or home industries. The results of the community service in modifying the 90o S-Shaped Clothes Hanger Forming Device can be used as a production tool by the household industry, so that there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang and the community in producing clothes hangers for the community's needs more efficiently and can meet the needs of the community in general.

Abstract

Early childhood education of Melati Bangsa has only static arcades that still restrict the creativity of children in play as a limitation encountered. The purpose of community service is to facilitate children early age (less than 5 years) in order to build a game together in an exciting atmosphere in the swing chairs capacity of 6 children who are facing each other. Teachers or parents/guardians have responsibility of overseeing and swinging the swing chairs that can be accompanied by the providing of learning through the accompaniment of an interesting story, so learning can be more effective and achieve goals. Methods of community service include: survey with teachers and principal, the availability of areas for installation of swing chairs, design of swing chairs in accordance with the size of the students also anticipate the possiblility that must be strong if it is used by 4 adults, manufacturing swing chairs, painted steel construction and wood, mounting frame and chairs, foundation construction, and testing the chairs and installation of a chain lock. Results obtained in swing chair that can be used by 6 students and 1 teacher simultaneously while receiving lessons from teacher.

Abstract

The problem lies in the lack of empowerment of residents in making Charcoal Ash Briquette Machine and their trials. This community service activity aims to guide residents of Saptorenggo, Pakis, Malang in making and testing effective Charcoal Ash Briquette Machine. The method applied is a discussion with residents in the design of the Charcoal Ash Briquette Machine with the working principle of pressing with a rolling roller on a mold plate, making the machine using available and affordable technology, assembly, and testing. The results of community service are in the form of a Charcoal Ash Briquette Machine with a capacity of 45 kg / hour with cylindrical briquette products with a diameter of 8 mm or 12 mm through collaboration between residents of Saptorenggo, Pakis, Malang and the State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema), so that synergy is established between Polinema and residents of Saptorenggo, Pakis, Malang in producing briquettes from effective wood charcoal ash.
