Abstract

This Community Service activity was held on Sunday 3 May 2019 in PKK RT 13 RW 8 Bareng, Klojen District Malang City. This activity is divided into several stages, namely the preparation stage, including the preparation of places and events, the stage of material delivery, the discussion stage, and the closing stage. The goals achieved are to To open trainees' insights that opportunities around are potential to be utilized so that they can produce economic value. The success in community service can be seen from the enthusiasm of the trainees who are actively discussing and asking questions. The activity was attended by almost all PKK management and members. Participants want on going activities.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the age between 0-6 years is agreed, which is explained in article 28 of the Law on the National Education System no. 20 of 2003 paragraph 1 explained that "early childhood is a child who falls in the age range of 0-6 years". Thus it can be stated that early childhood is a child in the range of 0-6 years who have growth and development according to their characteristics. In Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, there are 6 (six) Pos PAUD. Pos PAUD Putih Melati is one of the Pos PAUD located in RW 1, Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District. This Pos PAUD was created with the aim of meeting the needs of the surrounding community, especially with regard to early childhood education. So far, Pos PAUD have been managed more based on principles from, by and for the community. The method used in this PkM is the transfer of knowledge and discussion of problems. The implementation of activities in the form of management training and financial administration of Pos PAUD, procurement of Educational Game Equipment (APE), procurement of APE storage lockers, and procurement of Pos PAUD financial administration books. Financial Management and Administration Training for the managers of Pos PAUD Putih Melati was the result of the initial discussion. Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang pengembangan soft skill bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, Meningkatkan soft skill, dan cara menemukan potensi diri pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, Membantu memberikan pemahaman bahwa pengembangan soft skill. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) dengan bentuk kegiatan dilakukan dengan materi sebagai berikut: Materi edukasi, Perlombaan, dan Pembahasan Masalah. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi UMKM Huuma Craft yakni UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pengemasan yang saat ini belum memiliki pencatatan administrasi usaha yang tepat, sehingga mengakibatkan tidak tertatanya pencatatan beserta dokumen bukti-buktinya, tidak dipisahkannya antara uang pribadi dengan modal usaha dan hasil usaha, bahkan seringkali tidak dapat diketahui laba rugi dari hasil penjualan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pendampingan kepada UMKM Huuma Craft dalam hal pengelolaan kegiatan administrasi usaha secara tersistem menggunakan aplikasi ARTAKA untuk mempermjudah pengelolaan kegiatan administrasi sehingga semua kegiatan administrasi dapat terekam dengan baik. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah dengan mengadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan pemanfaatan pencatatan administrasi keuangan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat diaplikasikannya sistem pengadministrasian yang baik guna mewujudkan usaha yang tertib administrasi.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi salah satu penopang dalam keberhasilan organisasi. Untuk menghasilkan SDM yang berdaya saing, salah satu syarat mutlak adalah terbentuknya inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work engagement dan proactive personality terhadap innovative work behavior dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Vokasi di Jawa Timur. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 316 orang yang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisa data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. Proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovatif dosen vokasi perlu meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dan Proactive personality terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki beberapa fungsi, salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu aspek yang perlu dikembangkan adalah kompetensi. Kompetensi dalam hal ini berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang memadai, yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, seperti kinerja yang tepat dari suatu pekerjaan. Salah satu perilaku karyawan yang belum dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan adalah perilaku inovasi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan Model Pembentukan Perilaku Inovatif Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri vokasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei literature. Studi pengembangan model pembentukan perilaku inovatif dosen vokasi ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi pustaka, pengembangan model, desain model, terakhir implementasi pengembangan instrumen. Model ini menggambarkan konstruk dan proposisi yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membangun model konseptual. Penelitian ini akan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bagaimana pola perilaku inovasi terbentuk, khususnya di kalangan dosen di perguruan tinggi negeri vokasi di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The development of digital technology currently directs people to transact using mobile payments. An efficient payment process or one of them is known as Mobile Payment has its own market compared to the three other services offered by Fintech. This strongly supports the development of the digital economy in Indonesia. This study tries to formulate a conceptual framework and research model developed with the theory of innovation resistance. Methods and models of conceptual formulation are carried out in several stages; literature study, model adoption, and instrument development. Based on theoretical and empirical studies on Innovation Resistance, this study describes the constructs and propositions used as the basis for building a conceptual model. The results of the instrument development can be used for further research.

Abstract

Current technological developments require human resources to be able to follow the use of technology. One of the technological developments that is quite widely used is information systems. An information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. Miftahul Jannah Women's Cooperative currently still uses a manual savings and loan system, so the possibility of data errors is still quite large and services to members take a relatively long time. This information system for women aims, among other things, to help facilitate cooperative officers and administrators in completing their duties to serve members easily and quickly, to improve services to members. The development of this cooperative information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the Lecture Method and the Training Method. The RAD method is used for the process of forming an information system, the RAD method is a system development that prioritizes the speed of development through the involvement of the user or users in the use of a series of systems so that the possibility of system errors can be minimized, the Lecture and Training Method is used to provide explanations to the cooperative management about how to operate system, thus human resources can be trained to be able to use the use of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of opening the gallery is to add distribution channels for MSME products, in order to increase sales. Most of these MSMEs produce products with local raw materials so they play a role in increasing the added value of the area. Currently, gallery operations are handled by the UMKM Association while still implementing traditional store management. After running for more than a year, they are still unable to carry out their functions effectively. This Community Service Activity aims to organize the Gallery's Organizational, System, and Working Procedures. The m Evi Suwarni method of implementing the activities is done by transferring knowledge, simulation, and implementing the gallery's organization, system, and work procedures. Evaluation of participants' understanding was done by distributing questionnaires. The output of this service is an increase in the knowledge and skills of partners, especially in terms of gallery management and the completeness of gallery operational standards. Another outcome is an increase in the competitiveness of partner human resources, who have knowledge and skills in managing galleries, both in terms of organization and work procedures. Store services also become another competitive advantage in the production process, especially consignment sales services.Keywords: system, procedures, organisation, gallery

Abstract

Abstract. Lecturers are one of the resources that play a very important role in achieving higher education goals. Performance from lecturers is essential for organizational development and for the success of higher education. A vocational public university in the province of East Java is the subject of this study, which intends to investigate the effects of innovative behavior and workplace involvement on the effectiveness of teaching staff. The sample in this study was 316 people taken by proportional random sampling method. SEM-PLS data analysis is the quantitative methodology used in this investigation. According to the study's findings, work engagement significantly influences innovative work behavior. Additionally, innovative work behavior conduct has a big impact on how well employees succeed. Finally, employee performance is significantly impacted by work engagement. Keywords:  Innovative work behavior; Work engagement; Employee Performance. Abstrak. Dosen merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang memegang peranan sangat berarti dalam mencapai tujuan perguruan tinggi. Dalam pengembangan organisasi, kinerja dosen sangat diperlukan buat keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi. Studi ini bertujuan buat mengkaji peran perilaku inovatif serta keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja staf dosen di suatu perguruan tinggi negeri vokasi di provinsi Jawa Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 316 orang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis informasi SEM- PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa work engagement mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif kerja. Selain itu, perilaku kerja inovatif memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
