Abstract

Every educational organization, HR has a very important role because HR is the determinant of the success or failure of the organization in achieving organizational goals. In order for organizational goals to be achieved, it is necessary to have job analysis, employee recruitment and employee selection so that the organization can get employees who perform optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, employee recruitment and selection on employee performance. This research was conducted at the State Polytechnic of Malang with a population of 565 non-civil servant permanent employees and a sample of 135 people taken randomly. The analysis technique used is SEM by using the AMOS 16 application. The results of the study concluded that job analysis, recruitment and selection of employees affect performance.

Abstract

Latar belakang permasalahan rintisan usaha baru, adalah belum dikenal dan masih minim pengalaman. Selain itu pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen usaha juga sangat minim, wira usaha muda dengan bekal yang ada, membuka usaha jasa fotografi dan usaha jasa videografi. Hal berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan mitra mereka ternyata belum memiliki rencana bisnis yang terstruktur. Selain itu wirausaha muda juga belum menyusun rencana pemasaran yang jelas. Pemahaman tentang product knowledge juga masih terbatas. Rencana bisnis adalah suatu dokumen yangdibuat seseorang yang ingin membuka bisnis atau seseorang yang sudah menjalankan bisnis. Rencana bisnis memberikan gambaran yang lengkap mengenai bisnis dan rencana-rencananya untuk kurun waktu tertentu (misalnya dari satu sampai lima tahun). Perencanaan pemasasaran (marketing planning) adalah suatu bagan dari suatu desain untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan nilai bagi konsumen dalam kondisi tetap menguntungkan perusahaan atau dalam konsep pemasaran saat ini, suatu hubungan yang saling menguntungkan.Melihat latar belakang pelaku yang minim dengan bekal pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengelola usaha, maka solusi pertama yang ditawarkan adalah membekali manajemen usaha. Secara komprehensif dilakukan dengan membekali pengetahuan dan praktek merencanakan usaha. Solusi ini diberikan untuk merumuskan kembali dengan lebih baik tentang usaha yang dijalankan. Kemudian mengidentifikasi masing-masing aspek bisnis yang dimilikinya. Dengan demikian mereka akan lebih memahami usaha yang akan dijalankannya. Solusi berikutnya adalah dibekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan menyusun rencana pemasaran. Dengan rencana pemasaran mereka akan dapat menerapkan sumber daya pemasaran untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Dengan diwujudkannya tujuan pemasaransudah barang tentu akan mewujudkan tujuan usahanya.

Abstract

Types of waste issued by industries and communities are organic and non-organic. Non-organic waste can not decompose naturally but it needs human effort to process it by recycling, one of which is plastic waste. The method is the identification and formulation of problems in landfills / TPS and scavengers, then determined the purpose of the study. By literature study and field study can be concluded that the concept of a suitable problem solving is the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Implementation of QFD in this study to determine the scavengers desire in improving the economic level, by distributing questionnaires to scavengers in Malang. The conclusion of this research is that scavengers want to increase their economic level by adding value to plastic waste. The value added criterion in this research is the increase of plastic waste price from ± Rp 6.000,00 / kg to ± Rp 12.000,00 / kg in the form of chopped. Design of product development of plastic waste cutter machine desired by the user / scavengers at an affordable price of 84.33% and in terms of capacity 72.33%, is a machine with a price of Rp 5,500,000.00 and a capacity of 10 kg / hour. Abstract

In that situation however, small companies will still exist in conducting its business activities, it is because of the high flexibility. The purpose of this paper is to find the problems by small firms / bread and provide appropriate solutions in order to achieve improvement of the knowledge and capabilities in the field of business operations in particular areas of the management of marketing and production and at the same time creating employment opportunities in the governance of economic activities of the community in the form of an increase in people's income . The methods used are: observation, then interviews, and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to more effectively market their goods. The existence steamer machine, it can shorten the process that eliminate the possibility of a wry sense of bread.Display case with a combination of stanlees and glass, it can accommodate more goods and can be styled to be attractive. Printed plastic wrapper make product, more attractive and can be unique from brands. With the uniform and the additional knowledge of marketing management, especially quality of service, employers can attract buyers better.

Abstract

PKM target  are students of SMK National Media Center, Malang  which is between 15 until 18 years, where  that age is still in the stage of finding identity, have an idolized figure and effort to follow what became a trend.With these psychological conditions, there are those who still need helpand guidance, so this activity is given material on how to communicate and good personalityfor post-work preparation.Activities undertaken by delivering the material about how to be a good communicator and good personality  by  lectures and discussions method, and frequently asked questions. Finally, a questionnaire is given to make a conclusion of the activity. Make sure that  students understand of the material presented.

Abstract

A successful organization is an organization that can effectively manage its administration, both internally and externally. This is understandable, because the administration is the process of managing information among members of the organization and with other parties related to the interests of the organization. The better the administration takes place the better the organization's operations are concerned. For that, it takes the ability of the administration to manage resources within the organization for the achievement of these goals. Related to that, it is necessary training office administration. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to the managers of the Ahlussunnah Waljamaah Foundation Malang about effective office administration, both verbal communication and non verbal communication (correspondence) so that they know and are able to manage the administration properly The training method used is with lectures, and administrative practices. While the analytical techniques used are from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects during the training and after the training.

Abstract

Community service aims to reduce the amount of kitchen waste because it will be processed as food. Items that are useless and underestimated and disposed of are processed into menus that are suitable for consumption, healthy, and delicious. Besides that, it can also be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship. The implementation method is in the form of cooking training. The food produced is siomay which is made from the basic ingredients of the head of shrimp and broccoli stems, martabak which is given a mixture of vegetable stems and onion skin, and knows meatballs made from the head of shrimp and broccoli stems. The object in this PKM activity was a member of PKK RT 13 RW 08 Bareng, Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City. The output that will be produced in this PKM activity is in the form of food products. This PKM activity is held on Jl. Bareng Raya street 2n / 538 Bareng, Klojen Sub District, Malang City

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and training on developing soft skills for children with special needs, improving soft skills, and how to find their potential in children with special needs, helping provide an understanding that the development of soft skills.This activity is a community service activity (PKM) with the form of activities carried out with the following material: Educational Materials, Contest, and Discussion of Problems.The results of this activity are to improve the discourse of the participants of the Malang Disability Child Development Foundation (YPAC), Improve the members knowledge of selected basic skills with some special considerations, namely discovering the potential of the soft skills mastered, and Improving the relationship between Malang State Polytechnic and the community , especially in the Malang Disability Development Foundation (YPAC).

Abstract

The goals achieved are to To open trainees' insights that opportunities around are potential to be utilized so that they can produce economic value.This Community Service activity was held on Sunday 3 May 2019 in PKK RT 13 RW 8 Bareng, Klojen District Malang City. This activity is divided into several stages, namely the preparation stage, including the preparation of places and events, the stage of material delivery, the discussion stage, and the closing stage. The success in community service can be seen from the enthusiasm of the trainees who are actively discussing and asking questions. The activity was attended by almost all PKK management and members. Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.
