Abstract

The wooden craft industry in the Poncokusumo area, Bromo, has a wealth of historical and cultural value for Indonesian people. Apart from that, this industry also has potential as a micro business actor that can contribute to the local economy. It is crucial to understand how the behavior of groups of wood craftsmen influences cooperation, innovation, and the resulting social and economic impacts. This research aims to analyze the socio-business behavior of wood artisans at the Mustika Kayu omni channel shop in Pandansari Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. The study was carried out in July 2023, involving 30 wood artisans. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The research results show that pride in the group, mutual trust between group members, and more behavior towards the group positively influence the creation of a productive, harmonious, and collaborative work environment. This research guides wood artisans and other stakeholders in developing sustainable business practices that positively impact the local economy and community. This research has the potential to provide benefits for the development of the woodworking industry within a socio-business framework and contribute to more inclusive economic and social development in Poncokusumo and its surroundings.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Pengrajin kerupuk ini berpotensi untuk memanfaatkan potensi yang ada diwilayahnya. Hal ini dikarenakan sumber daya alam yang menjadi bahan baku tersedia. Tetapi selama ini proses produksi hanya dilakukan secara manual, terutama proses pengadukan adonan kerupuk singkong, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Sedangkan pasar untuk penjualan kerupuk singkong masih luas. Untuk itu akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam peningkatan kapasitas produksi dengan teknologi mixing double attack. Dampaknya akan scale up keterampilan mitra dalam produksi, kualitas produk akan meningkat, dan jumlah produksi meningkat. Selain itu juga mendukung RIRN dalam Bidang Pangan. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan dengan penerapan iptek kepada masyarakat proses produksi kerupuk singkong dengan mesin pengaduk adonan kerupuk singkong dengan teknologi mixing double attack dan manajemen pengelola pengrajin kerupuk singkong di Dusun Kedungsuruh Desa Dawuhan Kabupaten Blitar. Di akhir program dievaluasi dan pendampingan serta monitoring dalam menjalankan usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah ketrampilan produksi kerupuk singkong dan produksi kerupuk singkong meningkat sebesar 30% setelah pendampingan pengabdian maka kualitas hasil produksi kerupuk singkong juga meningkat. Kata kunci: alat produksi; manajemen usaha; pengrajin krupuk; produksi ABSTRACTThis Community Service aims to increase production capacity to meet market demand. These cracker craftsmen have the potential to take advantage of the potential that exists in their region. This is because the natural resources that are raw materials are available. However, the production process has only been done manually, especially when mixing the cassava cracker dough, so it takes a long time. Meanwhile, the market for selling cassava crackers is still wide. For this reason, assistance will be carried out in increasing production capacity by mixing double attack technology. The impact will increase partners' skills in production, product quality, and production volume will increase. Besides that, it also supports RIRN in the Food Sector. The solution that can be applied is the application of science and technology to the community in the cassava cracker production process with a cassava cracker dough mixer machine with mixing double attack technology and management of cassava cracker craftsmen in Kedungsuruh Hamlet, Dawuhan Village, Blitar Regency, at the end of the program evaluation, assistance, and monitoring in running the business. This activity resulted in cassava cracker production skills, and cassava cracker production increased by 30% after the companion service, and the quality of cassava cracker production also increased. Keywords: cracker craftsmen; production tools; production; management

Abstract

Setiap usaha yang akan dijalankan membutuhkan metode kepemimpinan yang sesuai agar dapat menciptakan suasana serta mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan diawal. Metode kepemimpinan Transformasional dirasa sesuai dengan tujuan yang dimiliki oleh Usaha Keripik Ubi “UCOK” ini, karena metode ini dapat memberikan perubahan peningkatan organisasi yang terarah dengan tetap memberdayakan anggotanya dalam melaksanakan fungsi kepemimpinan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melalui kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan Studi Literatur. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang dinilai efektif dalam suatu bisnis maupun usaha. Hal ini dikarenakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk dapat bekerja lebih baik lagi dengan meningkatkan keyakinan dari para karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan salah satu pola kepemimpinan yang cocok dan efektif diterapkan dalam usaha kripik Ubi “UCOK”. Hal ini dikarenakan, pola kepemimpinan transformasional dapat membawa perubahan positif serta memberikan inovasi pada sebuah usaha tersebut. Hal ini telah sesuai dengan tujuan dari Keripik Ubi “UCOK” yakni dapat terus memberikan suatu hal terbaik untuk pelanggan dan karyawan yang ada didalamnya, serta terus mengupayakan adanya inovasi produk maupun sistematika penjualan pada usaha ini. Dengan adanya pola kepemimpinan ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada para karyawan untuk dapat bekerja lebih baik lagi dengan meningkatkan nilai-nilai dan juga keyakinan yang mereka miliki. Seorang pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan ini juga dapat mempengaruhi karyawannya untuk dapat bekerja melebihi apa yang diharapkan dari mereka, serta dapat membangun kepercayaan dan rasa hormat di antara mereka. Pola kepemimpinan ini juga diyakini sangat efektif dalam hal memotivasi karyawan untuk dapat berperilaku sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Selain itu, kepemimpinan transformasional juga sangat cocok untuk usaha yang memiliki struktur yang fleksibel dan juga terbuka terhadap sebuah perubahan.

Abstract

Communication between work groups is persuasive communication, face-to-face, to arouse passion and activity at work. The purpose of this paper is to describe how the urgency of communication in fostering the motivation of a work group or work group in developing a product. Type and research approach This type of research is a literature and field analysis study using qualitative methods. Qualitative research used by researchers is descriptive data, namely in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Researchers use a qualitative approach because researchers are interested in a phenomenon in the field by collecting data through interview and observation techniques. The results of this study are, communication has several variables that can motivate the work of the work group, namely the relationship between superiors and subordinates, relationships among coworkers, company rules and policies, working conditions, and compensation. The communication that most quickly fosters motivation is the relationship between superiors and subordinates. The reason is that the supervisor is the one who must be able to motivate the work of the work group working in his company and maintain good working and communication relationships with the work group, if this does not happen, there is a high probability of massive changes in the work group structure. Abstract

In this dynamic and competitive modern business era, employee work motivation is an important element in maintaining and improving company performance. Modern companies are full of global competition and complex dynamics, it is very important to understand how a strong organizational culture can be the basis for retaining and motivating employees. This research aims to analyze organizational culture in fostering employee work motivation in the context of a modern company with a case study conducted in the marketing and sales section of the Dried Banana Sapiring Sale Business. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The research results show that a strong organizational culture can increase employee work motivation. A strong organizational culture is characterized by values ​​shared by all employees, such as integrity, cooperation and innovation. Apart from that, a strong organizational culture is also characterized by the existence of clear policies and procedures, as well as rewards and recognition for good employee performance. In this research, it was found that the era of globalization had a significant impact on employee work motivation. Therefore, companies need to develop a strong organizational culture to increase employee work motivation in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Every company needs organizational behavior, where organizational behavior is needed if you want to establish good communication between individuals and groups and be able understand individual behavior in an organization. In the digital era like today, where the level business high. Every company must pay attention to one very important and vital aspect in company management, namely in the filed of marketing. By using marketing concepts and strategies in running a business, targeted or effective marketing management will be more optimal. So, it can be hoped that the company can maximize the achievement of profit and non-profit, to the maximum and can face existing competition and at the same time achieve success in its business for the company concerned.

Abstract

Current technological developments require human resources to be able to follow the use of technology. One of the technological developments that is quite widely used is information systems. An information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. Miftahul Jannah Women's Cooperative currently still uses a manual savings and loan system, so the possibility of data errors is still quite large and services to members take a relatively long time. This information system for women aims, among other things, to help facilitate cooperative officers and administrators in completing their duties to serve members easily and quickly, to improve services to members. The development of this cooperative information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the Lecture Method and the Training Method. The RAD method is used for the process of forming an information system, the RAD method is a system development that prioritizes the speed of development through the involvement of the user or users in the use of a series of systems so that the possibility of system errors can be minimized, the Lecture and Training Method is used to provide explanations to the cooperative management about how to operate system, thus human resources can be trained to be able to use the use of technology.

Abstract

Mitra Pengabdian Masyarakat is a waste bank that manages various waste generated by households. One of the dominant types of waste is plastic waste of beverage and food packaging, which are types 1 and 5. This waste has high economic value if processed into displays, as raw material for recycled products. Around the village there are a number of sources of plastic waste. Thus, this waste bank has the potential to become a micro industry for displaying plastic waste, food and beverage packaging. The purpose of this PkM is to initiate waste banks into plastic production units for the plastic recycling industry.The method carried out is to improve the ability of waste tire managers to become production system managers. For this reason, training on production system management was given to waste bank managers. Then training on the operation and maintenance of plastic chopper machines is given. After that, assistance is carried out so that they can run the production system. As a result, they already understand the management of the plastic display production system for food and beverage packaging waste. In addition, it can also produce products according to consumer needs. This production unit can only run next year, because it requires an injection of capital to be obtained from the 2024 village budget allocation.

Abstract

Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation in Tulungagung District, as a representative of micro-enterprises at the local level, faces various challenges in managing financial administration. Lack of knowledge of financial administration information systems is a major obstacle to improving the efficiency and transparency of co-operative financial management. Therefore, there is a need to train the financial administration information system to empower cooperatives and improve competitiveness. Training the financial management information system is a strategic solution to overcome the obstacles faced by the Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation. Through a participatory approach, participants are involved in an understanding of the basic concepts of financial information technology, the use of financial software, and practical applications in a cooperative context. This approach is designed to accommodate a diverse level of digital literacy among participants. The training is designed with structured phases, including theory exposure, practical demonstration, and simulation training sessions. After the training, there was a significant improvement in the participants' ability to manage the co-operative financial administration. They are able to use financial software smoothly, compile accurate financial reports, and make better financial decisions. Positive impacts are also seen in increased transparency, accountability, and confidence among co-operative members. This training not only benefits the operational level of cooperatives but also empowers the economy of micro-enterprises in the region. With increased financial management capabilities, cooperatives can be more effective in managing resources, increasing production, and expanding market share. This empowerment contributes to local economic growth and improved welfare of co-operative members.

Abstract

Archives are essential assets for organizations, yet their management is often suboptimal. One common problem is the suboptimal arrangement of archive boxes on shelves during inactive archive management and the ineffective and inefficient retrieval of archive boxes during the retrieval process. This can lead to difficulties in finding the required archives, wasting time, and hindering organizational performance. This study aims to improve the efficiency of arranging archive boxes on shelves and the effectiveness of archive retrieval through optimal planning of storage shelf layouts and archive box storage locations. A qualitative descriptive method is used to collect data through field observations at the Record Center of the Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan and serves as a benchmark for success in designing effective storage shelf layouts. The results of the study show that planning the layout of the shelves makes it easier to arrange inactive archive boxes that have been processed and the design of the storage location of the boxes by determining the identity of the shelves to facilitate retrieval. The recommendation of this study is to implement effective shelf layouts and archive box storage locations to improve archive management and organizational performance.Arsip merupakan aset penting bagi organisasi, namun seringkali pengelolaannya masih belum optimal. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah penataan boks arsip ke rak yang masih belum optimal pada pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip inaktif dan temu kembali boks arsip yang belum efektif dan efisien pada prosesnya. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menemukan arsip yang dibutuhkan, membuang waktu, dan menghambat kinerja organisasi. enelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penataan boks arsip ke rak dan efektivitas temu kembali arsip melalui perencanaan tata letak rak penyimpanan dan lokasi simpan boks arsip yang optimal.  Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi di lapangan di Record Center Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan dan menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan dalam menyusun tata letak rak penyimpanan yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan perencanaan tata letak rak memudahkan dalam menata boks arsip inaktif yang telah selesai diolah dan rancangan lokasi simpan boks dengan menentukan identitas rak untuk memudahkan temu kembali. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan tata letak rak dan lokasi simpan boks arsip yang efektif guna meningkatkan pengelolaan arsip dan kinerja organisasi.
