Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, it is important for every company to conduct a Consumer Behavior Analysis of Antam Pegadian's Gold Purchase Decision in the Digital Age whose goal is to develop wings in achieving company profitability. This researcher aims to determine consumer behavior towards Antam Pegadian's Gold Purchase Decision in the Digital Age. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data that is processed is the result of interviews and key informants at the pawnshop. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this research is data collection either through observation or interviews, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that all characteristics of consumer behavior affect Antam Pegadian's purchase decision of Gold in the Digital Era.

Abstract

The development of information technology does not only play a role in the economic sector but also in the education sector. Today every teacher at almost all levels of education is required to be literate in technology, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, information technology literacy also supports teachers in solving administrative problems. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Word, Microsoft Word software, has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially elementary school (SD) teachers. This was experienced by the teachers of SD N 104276 Kebun Ubi who were not familiar with the many tools provided in software such as Microsoft Word. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the lack of maximum use of referencing tools in Microsoft Word. This is the background for the service team to provide training on "Increasing Skills in Using Microsoft Office for Teachers of SD N 104276 Sweet Potato Gardens". Through this activity, it is hoped that the skills and understanding of participants will increase regarding the use of office software.
