Abstract

Dalam dunia konstruksi, balok beton bertulang adalah barang yang sering kita jumpai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan consol fiber steel pada campuran beton yang digunakan pada balok beton bertulang. Serat baja ini mempunyai beberapa tipe, namun untuk penelitian ini kita menggunakan serat baja dengan tipe hooked. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 2 jenis percobaan, yaitu pengujian kuat tekan dan momen nominal beton yang menggunakan campuran serat consol fiber steel ini. Kuat tekan dan momen nominal beton dilakukan pengujian pada 7, 14, dan 28 hari. Dari hasil kuat tekan dan momen nominal yang didapatkan, kita membandingkannya dengan harga untuk mencari efisiensi dari penggunaan serat baja tersebut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa untuk kuat tekan, beton dengan jumlah kadar serat 0,75% merupakan campuran yang paling efisien dengan hasil 18,90 MPa. Sedangkan untuk momen nominal, beton dengan jumlah kadar serat 0,5% merupakan campuran yang paling efisien dengan hasil 1,47 kNm. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penambahan consol fiber steel pada campuran beton dapat meningkatkan kekuatan beton dilihat dari kuat tekan maupun momen nominalnya.

Abstract

Nowadays, quality of service become issues that keep occur in some publik services. We can see as there are complaints from people in mass media that they dont get an optimal service, it lead to emerge of bad image for the aparatus. Goal of this reasearch is to know and analyze whether the qualty of service in imigration first class semarang already surpass the expectation. Research use three components morgan and murgatroyd’s theory that is, “the triangel of balance in service quality” which are interpersonal component, procedure environment or process component, and technical or profesional component to make a better service. In practice, we can categorize is with dimensions in quality of services, tangibel, reliability, responsiviness, assurance, empathy. Reasearch use qualitative method. Reasearch try to understand public services management and effect from analyzing quality of service in process of making passport at imigration in semarang. The result indicates that the employees showed good attitude and friendly to customer, friendly attitude and smiles from the employees made the process is not awkward and better in service. The result shows that the customer felt comforable for the waiting room. However, the parking lot at the imigration class I in semarang is not big enough to contain all the customer. Based on the research about quality of service in process of making passport at immigration class I in semarang. Researcher concludes that there’s some room to improve in the passport service done by imigration first class in semarang.

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is whether there is any influence of audio visual learning media on the result of learning fliying shoot handball game on the students of class X A in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of audio visual learning media on the results of learning fliying shoot handball game on the students of class X A in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya. The method used in this research is experimental method with pre-experimental design. population in this study all students of class XA in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya which amounted to 31 students. In this research to do sample saturation technique or take entire population that is student of class XA in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya which amounts to 31 student. Data analysis was done by using t-test analysis. Analysis of influence test through t-test application got t-test> tabel or 17.366> 2.042 meaning that hypothesis accepted there is influence of audio visual learning media to result of learning fliying shoot handball game at student of class X A in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya. Percentage improvement of learning result of basic technique of fliying shoot handball game on X A class students in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya is 39.19%.Keywords: Audio Visual Media, Flying Shoot Handball

Abstract

Akademi Komunitas Olat Maras yang didirikan pada tahun 2016 sampai sekarang hanya memiliki satu Program Studi yaitu Diploma Satu Teknik Alat Berat dimana pada program studi ini perlu dilakukan penelitian kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik dalam rangka evaluasi diri supaya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengambil tindakan perbaikan yang sesuai agar pelayanan akademik dapat lebih memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan mahasiswanya untuk dapat bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pada penilaian Dimensi Servqual (Sevice Quality), Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar kepada 95 responden yang didapat menggunakan kriteria metode Simple Random Sampling dengan Teknik Slovin. Serta dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada 30 responden berbeda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software Microsoft Excel 2010. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data hasil uji analisis hanya dimensi Empathy (Pemahaman terhadap kepentingan mahasiswa) yang berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh terendah terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah dimensi Tangibles (bukti fisik) dengan indikatornya mencakup fasilitas sarana dan prasarana. Berdasrkan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa perlu dilakukan prioritas perbaikan pada dimensi Tangibles (bukti fisik) yaitu pada kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan yang ada di Akademi komunitas Olat maras, serta memperbanyak koleksi buku referensi pembelajaran dan perkuliahan untuk program studi. Analysis of Heavy Equipment Engineering Study Programme Student Satisfaction with Academic Services at Olat Maras Community Academy Abstract The Olat Maras Community Academy which was founded in 2016 until now only has one study programme, namely the Diploma One Heavy Equipment Engineering where in this study programme it is necessary to research student satisfaction with academic services in the context of self-evaluation so that it can be used as a basis for taking appropriate corrective actions so that academic services can better meet the expectations and needs of its students to be able to compete with other universities. This study uses a quantitative method with an approach to the assessment of the Servqual Dimension (Sevice Quality), the data used is primary data using questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents obtained using the criteria of the Simple Random Sampling method with the Slovin technique. And validity and reliability tests were carried out on 30 different respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression tests with the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 software. Based on the results of data processing, the results of the analysis test only the Empathy dimension (Understanding of student interests) has a significant effect on increasing overall satisfaction. Meanwhile, the dimension that has the lowest influence on student satisfaction is the Tangibles dimension (physical evidence) with indicators including facilities and infrastructure. Based on the results obtained that is necessary to prioritise improvements in the Tangibles dimension (physical evidence), namely in the completeness of library facilities and infrastructure at the Olat Maras Community Academy, as well as increasing the collection of learning and lecture reference books for study programmes.

Abstract

This research delves into the efficacy of police communication strategies in combating drug abuse among teenagers in Simpang Kanan Subdistrict, situated within the Rokan Hilir Regency of Indonesia. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study navigates the intricate interplay of cultural dynamics, community engagement, and the effectiveness of varied communication channels employed by law enforcement agencies. Quantitative analysis unveils statistical trends in drug abuse prevalence among teenagers, shedding light on the impact of specific communication strategies. Concurrently, qualitative exploration delves into perceptions, experiences, and stakeholder feedback, offering depth to the understanding of the multifaceted issue. Findings underscore the strengths of community engagement initiatives and diverse communication channels, showcasing heightened awareness and positive behavioral shifts among teenagers. Yet, limitations such as data constraints, sampling intricacies, and resource limitations temper the comprehensiveness of the analysis. The implications drawn from this research advocate for tailored, culturally sensitive approaches, community-driven interventions, and continuous evaluation mechanisms in future policy changes. These insights transcend regional boundaries, offering a framework adaptable to analogous contexts worldwide. This research serves as a beacon, illuminating pathways toward combating teenage drug abuse.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini membahas perancangan sistem kendali otomatis pengisian tandon air berbasis Arduino uno. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pengendalian tandon air agar dapat berfungsi secara otomatis. Tahapan penelitian yaitu perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perancangan perangkat keras dilakukan dengan merakit board Arduino Uno, sensor ultrasonik, relay dan tandon air. Perancangan perangkat lunak dilakukan dengan mendesain program menggunakan software Arduino Uno. Sistem kontrol pengisian tangki air otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dirancang untuk membantu mengotomatisasi proses pengisian tandon air. Mikrokontroller Arduino Uno dengan spesifikasi ATmega328P digunakan sebagai otak dari sistem yang memudahkan mengontrol proses pengisian dan memantau ketinggian air di dalam tangki. Sistem kontrol pengisian air otomatis telah berhasil dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Arduino IDE dengan bahasa pemograman C++, untuk ukuran tandon 100 liter, dimana sensor akan mengontrol ketinggian air sebagai berikut: jika t=80 cm pompa akan off, dan jika t=20 cm maka pompa akan on dan mengisi tangki. Hasil desain menunjukkan bahwa alat berfungsi secara otomatis mengontrol pengisian tangki tandon air dan merespons kebutuhan penggunaan air. Berdasarkan pengujianpengukuran tegangan pada Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno diperoleh tegangan sebesar 11.67volt, sensor ultrasonik diperoleh 3.08 volt, dan modul relay sebesar 4,79 volt. Kata kunci: Air Penelitian, Arduino Uno, Sensor Relay, Sensor Ultrasonik Abstract This study discusses the design of an automatic control system for filling water reservoirs based on Arduino Uno. The aim of this research is to design a water reservoir control system so that it can function automatically. The research stage is hardware and software design. Hardware design was carried out by assembling the Arduino Uno board, ultrasonic sensor, relay and water tank. Software design is carried out by designing a program using Arduino Uno software. The Arduino Uno-based automatic water tank filling control system is designed to help automate the water tank filling process. The Arduino Uno microcontroller with ATmega328P specifications is used as the brain of the system that makes it easy to control the filling process and monitor the water level in the tank. The automatic water filling control system has been successfully created using the Arduino IDE application with the C++ programming language, for a reservoir size of 100 liters, where the sensor will control the water level as follows: if t=80 cm the pump will be off, and if t=20 cm then the pump will be on and fill the tank. The design results show that the device functions to automatically control the filling of the water reservoir tank and respond to water usage needs. Based on testing the voltage measurement on the Arduino Uno Microcontroller obtained a voltage of 11.67 volts, the ultrasonic sensor obtained 3.08 volts, and the relay module of 4.79 volts. Abstract

Abstrak Bagi petani memiliki lahan pertanian yang luas bisa menjadi sumber kehidupan yang mensejahterahkan dan menciptakan kemakmuran dengan hasil yang melimpah. Tetapi banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh para petani untuk memperoleh hasil yang baik, seperti cuaca yang tidak menentu, hama penyakit dan gangguan dari binatang yang merusak tanaman padi dan memakan buahnya, seperti tikus dan burung. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan membuat sistem pengusir tikus dan burung secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan energi alternatif tenaga matahari. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Sistem pengusir hama tikus dan burung pada areal persawahan dengan energi alternatif tenaga matahari.berhasil dibuat. PLTS yang dirakit menghasikan daya 479,58 Watt/hari. Alat pengusir burung secara efektif dapat bekerja mempengaruhi burung pada jarak 5 – 45 Meter, pengujian dilakukan dari pukul 9.00 – 18.00 wita, sedangkan alat pengusir tikus secara efektif dapat bekerja mempengaruhi tikus sampai jarak 20 Meter pada frekuensi 25.000 Hz dan jarak 15 Meter pada frekuensi 20.000 Hz. Pengujian dilakukan dari pukul 20.00 - 04.00 wita. Abstract For farmers, having large agricultural land can be a source of life that brings prosperity and creates abundant results. However, farmers face many obstacles in obtaining good results, such as unpredictable weather, pests and diseases, and interference from animals that damage rice plants and eat the fruit, such as mice and birds. One solution that can be used is to create an automatic rat and bird-repellent system by using alternative solar energy. The method used is the experimental method. A system for repelling rodents and birds in rice fields using alternative solar energy has been successfully created. The assembled PLTS produces 479.58 Watts of power/day. The bird-repellent device can effectively work to affect birds at a distance of 5 – 45 meters, testing was carried out from 9.00 – 18.00 WITA, while the rat-repellent device can effectively work to affect mice up to a distance of 20 meters at a frequency of 25,000 Hz and a distance of 15 meters at a frequency of 20,000 Hz. Abstract

Transfer pricing is the practice used by multinational companies to determine prices in transactions between subsidiaries, divisions, or related entities in different countries. The primary purpose of transfer pricing is to determine fair and reasonable prices for goods, services, or intellectual property rights traded between different entities that are within one company but operate in different countries or tax jurisdictions. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of tax burden, profitability, bonus mechanism and exchange rate on transfer pricing in raw goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used in the study was to use the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 26. The sampling method is purposive sampling where there are 160 observational data. The results showed that tax burden, profitability, bonus mechanism and exchange rate have a positive effect on transfer pricing

Abstract

Berdasarkan Keputusan Wali Kota Padang Nomor 286 Tahun 2021 tentang Lokasi dan Tema Kampung Tematik Kota Padang Tahun 2021-2024 menetapkan 11 kampung tematik di Kota Padang yang tersebar di tiap kecamatan. Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengetahui peran stakeholder di masing-masing kampung tematik yang ada di Kota Padang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam kajian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan komparatif berdasarkan indikator peran pemerintah,  perguruan tinggi dan CSR. Untuk melakukan analisis tersebut dilakukanya pengumpulan data sekunder berupa program kegiatan dari pihak terkai. Hasil kajian ini yaitu didapatkan bahwa stakeholder di kampung tematik ini 75% telah berperan aktif untuk mengembangkan kampung tematik, peran yang diberikan berupa program kegiatan seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan bantuan lainya. Untuk mensinergikan peran semua stakeholder ini perlunya suatu dokumen atau produk perencanaan pada masing-masing kampung agar dapat menjadi acuan atau rencana induk dalam pembangunan suatu kawasan, contoh dokumen perencanaan ini seperti masterplan dan DED (Detail Enginering Design) sehingga dapat dinilai apakah indikasi program yang direncanakan sudah terlaksana atau belum dan sudah berapa persen terlaksana. Kata Kunci: Kampung Tematik, Kota Padang, Peran Stakeholder

Abstract

Research Originality — This study is the first to assess the efficiency of Public Service Agency (BLU) hospitals in Indonesia using data envelopment analysis (DEA). It provides a comprehensive evaluation of hospital efficiency in multiple categories and identification of benchmark hospitals and areas for improvement. The study offers insights into hospital resource management efficiency to help policymakers in optimizing hospital performance. Research Objectives — This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of 32 BLU hospitals in Indonesia by analyzing their inpatient and outpatient services, human resource allocation, and bed utilization efficiency. It also investigates historical performance trends from 2016 to 2020 to assess long-term efficiency patterns. Research Methods — The study employed DEA, which is a non-parametric approach widely used for efficiency analysis. The evaluation was based on four input variables and seven output variables categorized into four main efficiency measures: inpatient services, outpatient services, human resources, and bed utilization. The efficiency scores were calculated using BCC-I and Super-Radial BCC-I models. Empirical Results — The findings showed that 15 hospitals were efficient, while 17 hospitals exhibited inefficiencies. Nine hospitals consistently demonstrated efficiency across all categories from 2016 to 2020, whereas four hospitals consistently underperformed in at least one category. The study also indicates that hospitals with lower efficiency scores can benchmark against efficient hospitals to improve performance. Implications — The findings of this study have policy implications for healthcare administrators and government agencies. The Directorate of BLU Financial Management Development can use the DEA results to guide hospital efficiency improvements. In addition, inefficient hospitals can use these findings to identify performance gaps and adopt best practices. Future studies could integrate other methods such as the Malmquist productivity index (MPI) or balanced scorecard (BSC) for a more comprehensive assessment.
