Abstract

The study was conducted to explore the relationship of Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Supervision on Employee Peformance on PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP). The populatian of this study is 236 employees of PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP). In order to determine the sample, this study used Slovin Formula. The questionnaires were distributed to 70 sample respondents. The data were analyzed by using SPSS Software Version 19.0 and Linear Regression. The result showed that Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Supervision has a significant on Employee Peformance

Abstract

Bank Kalsel Cabang Utama Banjarmasin always improve customers services. The improvement need the high performance of employee. The Performance is influenced by organizational commitment, work discipline, and employee morale. To analyzing the influence commitment, work discipline, and employee morale to the performance need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all members of this research 74 employee. The population are consist of 74 respondens. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample 74 employee. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis The results of this research shows that commitment, work discipline, and employee morale have influence significantly to the performance partially and together. So commitment, work discipline, and employee morale are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance.

Abstract

All organizations strive to achieve their goals to the fullest. Organizational goals can be achieved with good employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by communication and motivation. To analyze the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance at the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative, Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, it is necessary to do. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative. The sampling technique used is the census. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees. data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication and motivation affected the performance of the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative, Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Motivation has a dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative. However, these two variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it is suggested that communication and motivation need to be improved because these two variables improve employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Motivasi dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja (Studi pada Guru dan Pegawai SMAN 1 Tabukan). Variabel dependen (motivasi dan budaya kerja) sedangkan variabel independen (kinerja). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru dan pegawai SMAN 1 Tabukan. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh dan menghasilkan sebanyak 35 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sebaliknya budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Motivasi dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 1.692 > 2.080 dan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat signifikasi (0.046 > 0.05). Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, jadi hipotesis 1 (H1) diterima. Nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel 1.692 > 2.900 dan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat signifikasi (0,007 > 0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, jadi hipotesis 2 (H2) diterima. diperoleh hasil F hitung pada penelitian ini 11.189 dan koefisien signifikan (Sig) menunjukkan nilai 0,000. Artinya F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (11.189 > 3.25), dan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen motivasi dan budaya kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.
