Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence whether or not the influence of job stress on turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research uses data questionnaire and data processing assisted by SPSS 20. The sample of this research is 38 employees of BPR Account Officer in Cirebon. The results of this study indicate that the job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as intervening variable, but its value is smaller than the effect of job stress on direct turnover intention. It also shows that job satisfaction can decrease the turnover intention level of employees of BPR Account Officer in Cirebon, caused by job stress. Abstract

A company in carrying out its activities are in need of the factors of production such as raw materials, machinery, and human resources. These factors must be carried out effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the goals set by the company. Labor or employee plays an important role in a company, because the company will not be developed and supported by the ability to grow without labor or employee even if the company has a complete infrastructure and sophisticated, because of all the activities undertaken by a firm depends on factors man, from planning, implementation, control The objectives in this study was to determine the influence of factors - competency -based career development factors affect the performance of employees at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Karangsuwung. The method used in this study is a survey method. The conclusions of this study is that the variable t for career development factor of 7,454. So the value of the variable t is greater than t table (7,454 > 1,680), so that in partial career development factors have an influence on the performance of the employee, that the competence of the variable t for 2808. So the value of the variable t is greater than t table (2,808 > 1,680), so that in partial competencies have an influence on employee performance and based on the results obtained Fcount 32 504. While the F table with degrees of freedom k and v1 = v2 = n - k - 1 and with a = 0.05) obtained Ftable 2,790. aconfidence level of 95 % (Thus F value is greater than the value of F table ( 32 504 > 2,790 ) . Thus it can be said that the variable factor of career development and competency have influence with , meaning that the two variables are always influencing the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi pelaksanaan BPJS Kesehatan melalui variabel customer relationship, presentation skill, terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pratapa Nirmala (Fahrenheit) Wilayah Cirebon Div. Pemasaran sebanyak 32 orang berdasarkan sumber data yang di diperoleh. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 karyawan, diantaranya 21 medical reprsentative dan 9 area manager. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah metode angket (kuisioner). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regeresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa customer relationship, presentation skill mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan sebesar 51,5% dan sisanya 49,5% dipengaruhi oleh lain. Secara simultan variabel customer relationship, presentation skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan dengan nilai Fhitung 14,353 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 2,92. Secara parsial, variabel customer relationship berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan dengan nilai Thitung 3,611 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,69 dengan koefisien a=5% . Sedangkan variabel presentation skill tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan dengan nilai Thitung 0,171 lebih kecil dari Ttabel 1,69 dengan koefisien a=5%. Kata Kunci: Customer Relationship, Presentation Skill, dan Kinerja Tenaga Penjualan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job embeddedness and work engagement together towards turnover intention at University lecturer Muhammdiyah of Cirebon. With the product moment correlation techniques of Karl Pearson and Cronbach Alpha technique, the data of this study are eligible valid and reliable. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression techniques, with the dependent variable of turnover intention as well as the independent variable is job embeddedness and turnover intention. The population in this research is University lecturer Muhammadiyah Cirebon, the sampel in this study amounted to 51 respondents. Methods of data collection in this study is a quantitative manner of data collection methods using quesionnaires. The results indicate that Job Embeddedness (X1) has no effect on Turnover Intention (Y), it is shown from the results that the for Job embeddedness variable (X1) of -1.327 is smaller than (-1.327 <1.680), Work Engagement (X2) is not have an influence on Turnover Intention (Y), it is shown from the results seen that for variable Work Engagement (X2) of 0.141 is smaller than (0.141 <1.680), Job embeddedness (X1) and Work Engagement (X2) does not affect Turnover Intention (Y) with the results of the testing showed that the test F of 0.904. Thus < (0.904 <2.790). Keywords : Job Embeddedness, Work Engagement, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh person job fit dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai puskesmas Beber Cirebon. Penelitian ini mengambil seluruh sampel sebanyak 89 responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung pada seluruh pegawai puskesmas Beber Cirebon. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person job fit dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki pegawai akan merasa yakin untuk berkompetisi atau memaksimumkan tugas dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki dan ditambah dengan rasa percaya diri atas kemampuan mereka bahwa mereka bisa untuk melakukan tugasnya dengan demikian kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris ada atau tidaknya pengaruh stress kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data angket atau kuesioner dan pengolahan datanya dibantu dengan SPSS 20. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 38 karyawan bagian Account Officer BPR di Cirebon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, namun nilainnya lebih kecil dibandingkan pengaruh stress kerja terhadap turnover intention secara langsung. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kepuasan kerja dapat menurunkan tingkat turnover intention karyawan Account Officer BPR di Cirebon, yang disebabkan oleh stress kerja. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pembinaan, Pelatihan Dan Partisipasi Karyawan Yang Telah Dilaksanakan Dengan Melakukan Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Efektif, Efisien, Kualitas Dan Kuantitas Pekerjaannya Pasca Pelatihan Terhadap Tingkat Kinerja Bagi Karyawan Cv Prima Utama Mandiri. Abstract

The purpose of this study was intended to find answers to the problems potentially increasing turnover intention in PT BAN Indonesia, which is associated with the issue of group cohesiveness, job stress, and job satisfaction. The results showed that the group cohesiveness variable (X1) and job satisfaction variables (X3) negatively affect the level of turnover intention, with the t value of -3.865 X1 and X2 at -4.285. Variable Work Stress (X2) has positive influence on the level of turnover intention with the t value X2 by 5,423.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to seek to examine the role of customer education (CE) and interaction quality (IQ) to the customer participation (CP) and its impact on customer relationship satisfaction (RS). Design methodology: The sample uses the respondent hospital patients in the disease amounted to 185 respondents. Structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to evaluate the model hypotheses. Size reliability and validity were also examined. Findings: Statistical analysis shows that following each CE, and IQ have a positive impact on CP and CP increase RS. The practical implications: In the context of the service industry in higher education in the region III Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia, the study offers a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the CP, and how CP influences RS. This understanding will help practitioners formulate policies and effective marketing strategies and strengthening services to customers on the basis of an interactive service on the front lines. The concierge service at the core and at the forefront of service is able to improve customer satisfaction by providing high customer value. Originality: This paper uses a sample on education service in measuring customer interaction quality education and who have not previously been tested on previous studies.

Abstract

This study analyzes whether self-regulatory efficacy moderates the correlation between leader-member exchange and procedural justice on workplace deviance behavior. Based on resource allocation theory and cognitive social theory, this study examines the effects of self-regulatory efficacy of leader-member exchange and procedural justice on the deviant behavior of 155 employees at Perum BULOG, West Java Region. Researchers did not find a significant correlation between leader-member exchange and workplace deviance behavior. Similarly, the results show that procedural justice does not correlate with workplace deviance behavior. The researchers also did not find that self-regulatory efficacy could moderate the correlation between leader-member exchange and workplace deviance behavior. However, self-regulatory efficacy can moderate the correlation between procedural justice and workplace deviance behavior. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed by google form. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS approach.
