Abstract

The existing system at Sukasari Village Office is manual, starting from the collection of population information to archiving other data related to government service processes and report generation. Therefore, recording errors and inaccurate reports may occur during the process, and it takes too long to find the required data. This system design is the right solution to solve the problems in this village government. The research methods used are data collection methods, namely observation and interviews, software development methods, namely Needs Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, and literature study methods. Research shows that services to the community are less than optimal because the system has not been computerised. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based administrative service information system as a solution to the problems of the Sukasari village office. The results of the research are the design of the web-based Sukasari Village administration service information system.  Keywords  : Design; Information; Systems Services; Village; Administration.

Abstract

Abstracts - In the world of commerce the ability to process data and use Information in efficiency and effectiveness is very important for companies, especially in the company's sales information system itself. At the RIR Outdoor Store, they also really need an information system that shows and provides satisfactory service to consumers. For this reason, the author tries to make a Final Project regarding the cash sales system at the RIR Outdoor Store, which is still conventional. At this time the system in the RIR Outdoor Store itself is still done manually, starting from sales, ordering goods, recording customer data and making reports. So it is possible when the process occurs an error in recording, storing data and reports that are made inaccurate. With a computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in the RIR Outdoor Store, and with a computerized system that can achieve an activity that is effective and efficient in enforcing activities in this company. Therefore, the computerized system is better than the manual system to run more effectively and efficiently, and the current goods sales system is more conducive than the previous system.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan warga belajar PKBM Nurul Furqon dalam menerapkan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat perencanaan bisnis yang sederhana, sistematis, dan aplikatif. Melalui pelatihan berbasis teori dan praktik, peserta diperkenalkan pada konsep fundamental bisnis, sembilan elemen BMC, serta integrasi teknologi informasi dalam pengembangan model usaha. Penyampaian materi dilakukan melalui pemaparan, diskusi interaktif, simulasi penyusunan BMC, dan pendampingan langsung dalam merancang model bisnis sesuai kebutuhan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memperoleh tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari peserta, di mana aspek informasi kegiatan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,06 dan aspek kualitas penyampaian narasumber memperoleh skor 4,39. Peserta juga memberikan penilaian sangat baik terhadap relevansi tema, manfaat kegiatan, dan peningkatan wawasan terkait strategi bisnis dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital.Selain itu, peserta menilai bahwa pelatihan ini mampu memberikan solusi terhadap kendala yang mereka hadapi dalam merancang dan mengembangkan perencanaan usaha. Integrasi teknologi digital, seperti penggunaan media sosial dan platform pemasaran online, dipandang sebagai aspek penting yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro berbasis komunitas. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi bisnis dan kemampuan perencanaan strategis bagi warga belajar PKBM. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kemandirian ekonomi peserta melalui penerapan model bisnis yang lebih terstruktur, adaptif, dan relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini.
