Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the entry of the covid-19 virus into Indonesia, which caused the paralysis of the economy, education, and social interaction. In the education sector, students study at home using a variety of media, including Google Classroom media. By using this media affect the enthusiasm of students in the teaching and learning process and can improve student learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is whether there is an effect of using classroom media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of classroom media on the results of civic education for class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar. This research is quantitative through simple linear regression data analysis method with the help of SPSS 23. This study uses data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire) and Library Research. To take the sample, this study used a random sampling technique with a sample of 76 students from class XI. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the use of google classroom media is at a low level. Based on the results of the processing of this research data, the results of the product moment correlation analysis were 0.603 compared to the rtable level of significance 5% N = 76 of 0.2227 so rcount was large from rtable, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. With a coefficient of determination of 36.3%, it has a positive effect, meaning that if you use google classroom media it will improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar. While 63.7% is a factor that affects the Y variable from other factors not examined by the study. Key Words: Influence, Google Classroom, Learning Outcomes, PKN

Abstract

Adat merupakan cerminan dari kepribadian bangsa dan merupakan penjelmaan dari jiwa bangsa yang bersangkutan dari masa ke masa. Sendi-sendi adat pada dasarnya sama berlaku walaupun kita sebut masyarakat nusantara berbhineka. Asas kekeluargaan, tolong menolong, musyawarah dan mufakat tidak mementingkan diri sendiri dan semua hal tersebut pada dasarnya sudah sama di seluruh wilayah nusantara hanyalah terdapat perbedaan cara pemakaian dan cara pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk hukum adat pada jaman Hindu dan pada jaman Islam. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian hukum normatif atau dapat juga disebut sebagai penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian hukum normatif ini adalah meneliti dan mengkaji perbandingan hukum adat pada jaman Hindu dan pada jaman Islam di nusantara. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunaakan studi kepustakaan (library research), peneliti mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dari buku-buku atau literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Bahan-bahan atau data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dikaji dan dianalisi dengan tehnik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Perkembangan hukum adat sebagai aturan rakyat di Jaman Hindu berlaku sejak jaman Melayu Polinesia yang berlanjut sampai dengan jaman kerajaan antara lain Kerajaan Sriwijaya, Mataram, Majapahit. banyak terdapat prasasti-prasasti yang menjelaskan pelaksanaan hukum adat berdasarkan agama dan kebudayaan masyarakat pada saat itu. Berdirinya kesultanan Perlak, Samudra Pasai dan Aceh Darussalam. Pada jaman kekuasaan Sultan Iskandar Muda dari Kesultanan Aceh Darussalam yang daerah kekuasaannya hampir meliputi seluruh pulau Sumatera sampai Bengkulu dan hukum yang berlaku adalah hukum Islam dan Hukum Adat serta ketetapan-ketetapan Sultan

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting yang harus segera diselesaikan. Gender selalu dipahami sebagai pemberian oleh Tuhan atau kodrat Ilahi, akan tetapi gender tidak semata-mata demikian. Perangkat desa di Desa Palung Raya Kampar memiliki persepsi tentang kesetaraan gender yakni perempuan akan mengambil semua peran dari laki-laki. Perangkat Desa harus mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Palung Raya Kampar. Metode dan pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan ditambah dengan metode penelitian sosiologis. Sumber data berasal dari perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh pemuda. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi tentang kesetaraan gender maka perangkat desa Palung Raya memahami dan mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kesetaraan gender. Perangkat desa memahami tentang kesataraan gender bukan berati sama dengan sex. Mereka memahami bahwa kesetaraan gender penting dipahami agar perempuan dapat berperan pada sektor pendidikan, ekonomi dan politik

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual banyak terjadi di dunia Pendidikan, salah satunya pada jenjang Pendidikan tinggi. Banyak korban kekerasan seksual di lingkungan pergurusan tinggi tidak berani melaporkan kekerasan seksual yang dialaminya ke Satuan Tugas Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (Satgas PPKS) atau ke Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH), bahkan pendamping korban dan saksi selalu mendapatkan intimidasi dari pihak terlapor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif normatif terhadap bentuk perlindungan korban, pendamping korban, dan saksi kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) suai dengan Permendikbudristek No. 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Permendikbudristek No. 30 Tahun 2021 telah mengatur tentang perlindungan terhadap korban, pendamping korban, dan saksi. Jika kasus kekerasan seksual diteruskan ke ranah hukum pidana maka sudah diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual. Dua aturan hukum ini telah mengatur dengan jelas tentang perlindungan terhadap korban, pendamping korban, dan saksi sehingga pelapor dapat perlindungan hukum ketika akan membuat laporan atas kekerasan seksual yang dialaminya.

Abstract

Introduction: Administrator Officials are appointed and determined by the Staff Supervisory Officer. The implementation of the appointment and transfer of administrator officials within the Karimun Regency Government is considered not running optimally. There are administrator officials who sit in office but not in accordance with the requirements specified in PP No.11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management. Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the appointment and transfer of Administrator Officials by the Civil Service Supervisory Officials within the Karimun Regency Regional Government, to find out the obstacles and supporting factors in this implementation, and the efforts made by the government against this. Methods of the Research: The type of research conducted is sociological legal research conducted in the Regional Government of Karimun Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature review. The data is then analyzed which is qualitative in nature and then concluded using a deductive thinking method. Results of the Research: The result of this study is the implementation of the appointment and transfer of Administrator Officials is done through performance appraisal by TPK PNS is not done because it is not found what is called TPK PNS. This causes there are Administrator Officials who are not in accordance with the requirements determined by laws and regulations such as there are officials who are less qualified.

Abstract

This research delves into the critical role of women within the Village Consultative Body in Siak, Indonesia, with the aim of bolstering their involvement in local community empowerment endeavors. Employing a comprehensive sociological-legal research approach and drawing from a diverse array of data sources—ranging from primary field research to secondary and tertiary literature—the study offers profound insights into the multifaceted dynamics of women's roles within these bodies. Despite strides made in recent years towards gender equality, the study reveals persistent limitations hindering women's full participation in the Village Consultative Body. Cultural norms, deeply ingrained in societal structures, often perpetuate traditional gender roles, constraining women's agency in decision-making processes. Additionally, disparities in education levels and limited access to resources further marginalize women's involvement. However, amidst these challenges, the study illuminates the invaluable contributions of women to community development within the Village Consultative Body. Their participation not only brings diverse perspectives to the decision-making table but also fosters the development of better human resources within the community. In light of these findings, the study advocates for concerted efforts to bolster women's engagement in local governance structures. This includes initiatives aimed at challenging and reshaping entrenched cultural norms that inhibit women's agency, as well as addressing systemic barriers to education and resource access. Furthermore, recognizing the vital role of women in community development, the study underscores the need for targeted interventions to support and empower women within the Village Consultative Body. In conclusion, the research underscores the imperative of addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by women in their pursuit of equality and active participation in local developmental processes. By fostering an environment that values and amplifies women's voices and contributions, local governance structures can become more inclusive, responsive, and effective in addressing the diverse needs of their communities.

Abstract

Introduction: The circulation of alcoholic beverages in Tembilahan District is a social problem that requires strict supervision from the local government. Based on the Regional Regulation of Indragiri Hilir Regency Number 3 of 2023, supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages is the responsibility of the Pamong Praja Police Unit to maintain public order, peace, and community protection. Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study is to find out the Regional Government's supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages in Tembilahan District, to find out the inhibiting factors in the supervision, and the efforts made by the Regional Government in this regard. Methods of the Research: The type of research carried out is sociological legal research conducted in the Regional Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews, and literature reviews. The data is then analyzed which is qualitative and then concluded using a deductive thinking method. Results Main Findings of the Research: The result of this study is that the supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages by the Pamong Praja Police Unit is still not optimal, as seen from the low intensity of raids and the lack of strict action against violators. The main inhibiting factors in this supervision include limited facilities and infrastructure, information leakage, and lack of community participation. To overcome this obstacle, the local government plans to increase monitoring facilities and facilities and the use of technology such as Closed-Circuit Television in areas prone to alcohol trafficking. The establishment of a Rapid Reaction Unit involving the Pamong Praja Police Unit, the police, and the community is expected to strengthen supervision and increase the effectiveness of local law enforcement.

Abstract

Large nets pulled on the seabed with the help of ships that function to catch fish in large quantities, but trawl nets hurt the sustainability of marine ecosystems, especially coral reefs. This study is a type of normative research. Data were obtained from laws and regulations and literature related to the object of research. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study showed that Law No. 45 of 2009 concerning Fisheries has normatively prohibited the use of trawls; sanctions for fishermen who use trawls can be in the form of administrative sanctions, criminal sanctions, and fines. Likewise, the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 2 / PERMEN-KP / 2015 regulates the subject of the prohibition of the use of trawls because of the many losses caused by the use of trawls (trawl nets), namely damage to coral reefs, non-selective fishing, affecting fish populations, disruption of marine ecosystem habitats, increasing marine pollution, and shrinking marine natural resources. So, it is necessary to pay attention to ethical norms and the principle of legal justice in utilizing resources, especially fish, so as not to damage the marine ecosystem.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa dalam wujud knowledge demokrasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat tentang pentingnya pendidikan guna membantu pemerintah dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Kegiatan Pengabdian dilakukan melalui kegiatan: workshop kesehatan yaitu mengadakan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya mengetahui bahaya stunting pada masyarakat Desa Pulau Jambu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bersama Tim KKN BK UNRI, bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Pembantu setempat. KKN BK UNRI juga berkesempatan melakukan cek kesehatan masyarakat desa Pulau Jambu bersama Tim Kesehatan dari Puskesmas Pulau Jambu. Seminar Stunting ini dihadiri oleh ibu-ibu desa Pulau Jambu, dan disambut dengan antusias, karna banyak diantara mereka yang masih belum paham mengenai Stunting dan juga berat normal untuk anak itu berapa. Selain itu dengan adanya Seminar Stunting mereka menjadi tau berapa jumlah gizi normal yang harus dikonsumsi anak setiap harinya, serta apa yang mereka perlu hindari. Sosialisasi yang mengangkat tema Stunting ini sukses dilaksankan oleh mahasiswa KKN BK UNRI di Desa Pulau Jambu dan mendapatkan respon yang positif oleh masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide training on learning tools for teachers in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. The service method used the form of discussions and practices, while the steps for implementing the service were; 1) the stage of preparation and development of training materials; 2) the training stage; 3) the stage of assistance in making learning devices. The results of this service indicated that the training could improve teachers' ability to make learning tools, namely RPP, Media, Teaching Materials, LKPD, and Evaluation.
