Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas tentang tradisi Bara’an masyarakat Bengkalis dan nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS, khususnya untuk sumber penguatan karakter pada anak didik di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis-deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Pambang Baru, Kecamatan Bantan, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan studi lapangan, studi literatur, dan wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Bara'an ini mirip dengan “halal bi halal” yang banyak dilakukan masyarakat Nusantara, tetapi khusus di Bengkalis dilaksanakan dalam bentuk yang berbeda, yakni diawali dengan bersalaman dan saling memaafkan dengan tuan rumah, mencicipi hidangan yang disediakan, pembacaan shalawat kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW yang disebut dengan “Marhaban” dan di akhiri dengan pembacaan doa selamat oleh seorang imam atau pemimpin rombongan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang muncul dari tradisi bara’an berupa nilai religus, nasionalisme, kemandirian, gotong royong, dan integritas yang direlevankan dengan upaya penguatan karakter oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Nilai-nilai karakter yang telah direkontruksi dari tradisi bara’an dapat diintegrasikan dalam materi pembelajaran IPS dengan desain pembelajaran IPS terpadu tematik berdasarkan topik yang tersedia.

Abstract

This research was a qualitative descriptive study aiming at revealing factors determining students’ self-motivation at Universitas Riau. Self-motivationwas a crucial element in the implementation of blended learning-based curriculum in the industrial 4.0 era. The data for this research were collected by using questionnaireswhich were distributed through google forms for all students in each faculty. They were selected as the samples in this research with a total of 515 students. The results showed that the score for ‘havingmotivation to achieve something’ was 4.21 or 84.12% which was categorized as good;the score for the commitment aspect was 4.34 or 86.70% which was categorized asgood; the score of the initiative aspect was 3.87 or 77.50% which was categorized assufficient;the score foroptimisticaspect was 4.15 or 83%, and theoverall average score was 4.14 or 82.85% which was categorized as good. Based on the 10 indicators as a determining factors for the students’ self-motivation at Universitas Riau, all of them can determine the level of achievement of the self-motivation . Sequentially, the determining factors from the highest to the lowest were needed for lectures, self-introspection, fulfilling class assignments, confidence in abilities, complacency/not giving up easily, enthusiasm for attending lectures,orientation  to success, prefering  to work on case studies, self-confidence, and managing times for study.

Abstract

At this time the world is shocked by the outbreak of a disease caused by a virus called corona or better known as Covid-19 (Corona Virus diseases-19). This policy has a major impact on the wheels of human life, one of which has an impact in the field of higher education Especially in FKIP students of Riau University. This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of online learning as a result of covid-19 on student learning motivation in the FKIP environment of Riau University.This study was conducted to show the effect of the effectiveness of online learning on student motivation at FKIP Riau University. The Methodology in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear reggresions models. The sample is 615 student at FKIP Riau University. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire based on likert using google form. Hypothesis testing using t test dan f test.  The results showed that learning effectiveness had a positive and significant effect of 75.4%. These results illustrate that during Covid-19 pandemic, online learning was effectively carried out in order to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

The problem of distance lectures is quite a lot, it is expected to encourage the development of digital flipbook-based teaching books so that they can be accessed easily and quickly by students who can help smooth lecture activities, especially in social studies learning. Another important reason, this digital flipbook-based textbook was developed: first, there is no social studies textbook integrated with local wisdom; second, the absence of learning materials based on digital flipbooks that have been used in previous online and offline learning; third, the lack of values education based on Malay local wisdom in social studies learning. The model used in this development research is a 4D model from (Four D Models) according to Thiagarajan. This development model was chosen because it aims to produce products in the form of social studies learning materials based on digital flipbooks integrated with local wisdom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX MTs Negeri 3 Bengkalis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan One group pretest-posttest design. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX.2 yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX MTs Negeri 3 Bengkalis yang ditunjukkan pada meningkatnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dari kondisi awal yaitu dengan nilai 54,48 menjadi 72,86 pada kondisi akhir. (2) Uji t menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 ? 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata perbedaan antara pretest dan posttest sebesar 18,20. (3) Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan nilai rata-rata gain sebesar 0,3968 masuk dalam kategori sedang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2018-2020 Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia yang memiliki data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini (stuktur modal,profitabilitas,dan nilai perusahaan) yang berjumlah 28 perusahaan dan semuanya diteliti (sensus). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari www.idx.co.id.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan stuktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of capital, the use of accounting information and entrepreneurial characteristics on the success of culinary MSME businesses in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data obtained directly from MSME owners in Rumbai District. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 30 businesses. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The classic assumptions used in this study are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test and F test, the coefficient of determination and the regression equation. The results of this study indicate that the capital variable has no influence on the success of culinary MSME businesses in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. Variable use of accounting information and entrepreneurial characteristics have an influence on the success of culinary MSME businesses in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City
