Abstract

Implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) is a must. With the implementation of integrated GRC, it is expected to achieve principled performance through handling uncertainty and full integrity actions within Organitation, to implement integrated green GRC. This study aims to assess the company's readiness in the assessment green GRC, preparing supporting infrastructure, and making development plans for integrated GRC implementation. To achieve this goal, several methodologies were established, namely conducting a perception survey through questionnaires, reviewing guidelines and policy documents relevant to the integrated  system, interviews with leaders, and the Delphi Method to obtain an agreement on proposals. In phase 1, a gap analysis was conducted on green GRC practices. Phase 2: Integrated green GRC System Infrastructure Design Based on the results of a study on the readiness for integrated GRC implementation Phase 3: Integrated GRC Implementation Plan Study phase, the identified gaps will be formulated into a concept. This is indicated by the high perception generally stating that it has developed on various aspects in the green GRC field that currently exist in  However, based on the documentation, there are still document gaps as the basis for implementing integrated GRC. Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran pada masyarakat akan pentingnya dalam menjaga lingkungan dengan mengetahui jenis-jenis sampah dan dapat mengelompokan sampah sesuai dengan jenisnya serta mengetahui manfaat dari sampah yang dapat didaur ulang atau dikelola menjadi barang yang bermanfaat dan bernilai jual. Metode yang disampaikan menggunakan metode diskusi dengan penyampaian secara langsung. Manfaat dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini Dengan dibawakannya tema tersebut, para peserta mendapatkan ilmu mengenai pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan setiap harinya. Selain itu, dengan dibawakannya tema ini, peserta dapat mendaur ulang sampah-sampah rumah tangga sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang bisa dikonsumsi kembali maupun produk-produk yang dapat dijual.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of task complexity, behavioral accounting , and professionalism on auditor performance with emotional spiritual quent as an intervening variable. The population in this study was 105 Public Accounting Firms in the South Jakarta area registered with the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2023. Samples were drawn using a purposive sampling technique. The results of distributing the sample questionnaire were 77 respondents. This research method is quantitative and the type of data used is primary data. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in South Jakarta who were registered with the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAP I ) in 2023. The data analysis test technique used was Path Analysis using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that partially the task complexity variable has no direct effect on auditor performance, while behavioral accounting and professionalism have a direct positive effect on auditor performance. Intervening results of task complexity and professionalism does not mediate the auditor's performance through the emotional spiritual quotient, while behavioral accounting mediates the relationship between the auditor's performance through the emotional spiritual quotient, and the emotional spiritual quotient has a positive effect on the auditor's performance.

Abstract

The role of financial technology is considered to be at the forefront of digital market developers through market places in increasing the income of Business Canting Buana Creative Padang Panjang, West Sumatra in increasing the productivity of buying and selling or transactions. This sector is what determines the increasing growth of the batik industry today. The culture of providing services with fintech via applications on smartphones is no longer difficult. The impact will also increase sales. This trend has actually started with shifts in society today. Fintech has the potential to encourage the growth of the MSME sector by making transactions. The PKM method through preparation, of course, cannot be done alone, especially not all MSMEs understand the whole problem, so business actors need to be assisted and accompanied. The community service program held at business Canting Buana Creative Padang Panjang, West Sumatra, aims to train in the application and role of digital financial technology and be guided in preparing financial reports using Microsoft Excel applications and digital technology. This activity is carried out in a sustainable, measurable manner and through a monitoring and evaluation process to measure the achievement of targets and expected outcomes, namely enabling MSME players to prepare financial reports to increase the competitiveness of Business. The results of PKM using the financial media technology of Canting Buana Creative Batik Padang Panjang West Sumatra can predict the use of Fintech accounting, various types of bookkeeping reports, other types and components of financial reports. Business Canting Buana Creative Batik Padang Panjang West Sumatra can record financial transactions through the market place using Microsoft Excel means of the accounting cycle. Business Canting Buana Creative Batik Padang Panjang, West Sumatra can carry out financial reporting in an orderly and periodic manner. Community empowerment for actors and competitiveness in Canting Buana Creative Batik Padang Panjang, West Sumatra Business increases and business sustainability increases.

Abstract

Tenun Troso Jepara dihasilkan dengan Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM), yang menghasilkan kain bernilai tinggi dibandingkan dengan Alat Tenun Mesin (ATM) karena prosesnya memerlukan waktu lebih lama, sekitar satu hingga tiga hari (Sumber pelaku UMKM 2024). Kewirausahaan berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mendukung UMKM dalam mengembangkan SDM dan pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital melalui marketplace. UMKM Navaza Tenun Ikat Jepara menjadi pionir dalam pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Meski tidak semua pelaku bisnis terbiasa dengan teknologi digital, tren ini diminati konsumen di era Society 5.0. Teknologi digital memiliki potensi besar untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM ATBM dengan memudahkan promosi dan transaksi. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat menuntut pelaku usaha untuk cepat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan bimbingan dalam pengembangan SDM dan pemasaran melalui teknologi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Tenun Troso perlu memperhatikan aspek industri, teknologi, SDM, institusi, dan keuangan. Aspek institusi dapat memitigasi masalah yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM Naviza Tenun Ikat, Jepara. Pengembangan SDM dan strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi juga penting untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM tersebut.
