Abstract

Pemberdayaan merupakan suatu proses yang membangun manusia melalui pengembangan kemampuan, perubahan perilaku, dan pengorganisasian. Dengan pemberdayaan tersebut diharapkan manusia dapat menciptakan kreatifitas yang ada pada dirinya sehingga dapat memunculan gagasan atau konsep baru, di mana produk yang dipasarkan dapat meningkat. Dalam memasarkan produk diperlukan strategi bauran pemasaran, yang terdiri dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi tempat/distribusi, dan strategi promosi. Strategi bauran pemasaran antara yang satu dengan yang lainnya saling berkaitan, sehingga tidak dapat dijalankan sendiri-sendiri.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha bagi keluarga pra sejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama, serta meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui peningkatan usaha ekonomi produktif. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat yang tergolong dalam Keluarga Menuju Sejahtera ( KMS ) yang berada di RW 03, Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya dengan jumlah peserta kurang lebih 50 orang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa dan Rabu, 12 dan 13 Desember 2017, pukul 19.00-21.00. Para peserta lokakarya sangat berantusias mengikuti acara kegiatan mulai dari pertemuan awal hingga akhir tidak ada yang ijin pulang lebih duhulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of job insecurity with job stress as mediation to performance in employees of convenience stores (retail) in Surabaya. The sample was 105 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a copying method using convenience sampling. Hypothesis analysis and testing techniques using PLS-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) (Partial Least Square) are processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study showed that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job stress, job stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, job insecurity has no effect on performance, and job insecurity has an indirect effect negatively and significantly on performance

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative behavior and work performance. The sample consisted of 204 lecturers from three catholic universities in Surabaya. The data were obtained from Google form and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL program. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on innovative work behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance, transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect and significant on performance, transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through innovative work behavior, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance through innovative work behavior. It suggests the university leaders apply appropriate leadership styles, maintain and enhance their organizational culture.

Abstract

Non Educational Permanent Employees are human resources who provide support to the Foundation in carrying out education management with the capacity and capability, this will have a positive impact on the sustainability of the Foundation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on performance with organizational commitment as a mediation for non-educational permanent employees at the Yohannes Gabriel Foundation. This research is a causal research. In this study the method used is a survey, namely by distributing questionnaires to Non-Educational Permanent Employees at the Yohannes Gabriel Foundation. The population in this study were all non-educational permanent employees at the Yohannes Gabriel Foundation. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. Researchers used PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analytical method. The results showed that there was no significant effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment, there was a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment, there was a positive and significant influence of Organizational Commitment on Performance, there was a positive and significant influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, there was a positive and significant influence Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, there is no significant effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment, and there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 faktanya memang mempengaruhi sektor perekonomian, tak terkecuali usaha kecil menengah (UMKM). Di balik menurunnya pendapatan UMKM selama hampir dua bulan terakhir, namun para pelaku usaha tetap harus bertahan. Untuk memperpanjang 'usia' usaha, pelaku usaha harus memainkan strategi bisnisnya. Berikut beberapa cara atau ciri kunci sukses UMKM bertahan di tengah pandemi Covid-19.1. Lakukan Analisis SWOT. 2. Inovasi Promosi. 3. Gabung Komunitas. 4. Perencanaan Anggaran.5. Cek Persediaan Barang.Permasalahan yang ada pada warga RW 02 dan RW 03 Kelurahan Medokan Semampir Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya adalah warga belum pernah memainkan strategi bisnisnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar warga RW 02 dan RW 03 Kelurahan Medokan Semampir Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya dapat memahami strategi bisnis agar UMKM tetap produksi di tengah pandemi. Sehingga tim ABDIMAS mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka, melalui diskusi interaktif mengenai strategi bisnis, dan juga dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil yang dijalankan dan bauran pemasaran khususnya menentukan harga jual produk UMKM. Harga adalah komponen yang sangat penting dari definisi bauran pemasaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dikemas dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan, dengan berbagai macam kegiatan dalam hal ini warga RW 02 dan RW 03 Kelurahan Medokan Semampir Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya diberi kesempatan untuk dapat merencanakan dan menentukan persaingan bisnis, teori, contoh, dan jenisnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. sampel berjumlah 195 yang disebarkan kepada bidan dan perawat di setiap puskesmas di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Data didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada bidan dan perawat disetiap puskesmas. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program LISREL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi. Penelitin ini memberikan saran kepada pemimpin di setiap puskesmas agar proses pengembangan karir dan juga pemberian kompensasi dipertahankan dan juga ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Employees are valuable assets owned by an organization or company, therefore, it is very important for companies, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to strive for maximum work results from these assets. Efforts to improve employee performance can be done in various ways, including by providing adequate environmental support, in the form of organizational support, supervisor support, peer support, and resource support, besides that, it can also be done by always paying attention to and encouraging employee Self-Efficacy, which is an employee's belief and confidence in their abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Environment Support on Employee Performance with Self-Efficacy as the mediating variable. The technique and analysis method used in this research is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The object of this research is MSME employees in the Central Surabaya Region with a total sample of 137 respondents, most of them are 18-25 years old, and have worked for more than 1 year, and work in the culinary MSMEs business sector. The results of this study state that: 1) Perceived Environment Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Perceived Environment Support has a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy, 3) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Self-Efficacy has a positive effect as a mediating variable between Perceived Environment Support and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Today's competition is very intens, with many restaurants, cafes and food court popping up so that competition arises from the side of sellers and consumers. Today's consumers are more likely to get bored so quickly that they will use all existing facilities such as information technology to get information about what they want to know. Marketers must have a positive strategy in experiential marketing to create a good experience for consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intention through experiential value for consumers of Pasa Rame Restaurant in Surabaya. Respondent samples used were 200 respondents who are the consumers of Pasa Rame Restaurant in Surabaya. Sampling of respondents using non probability sampling by purposive sampling. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modelling using the Lisrel program.The results of this study state that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on experiential value, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, experiential value has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through experiential value for consumers of Pasa Rame Restaurant in Surabaya
