Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of job insecurity with job stress as mediation to performance in employees of convenience stores (retail) in Surabaya. The sample was 105 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a copying method using convenience sampling. Hypothesis analysis and testing techniques using PLS-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) (Partial Least Square) are processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study showed that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job stress, job stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, job insecurity has no effect on performance, and job insecurity has an indirect effect negatively and significantly on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence analysis of Brand Image and Product Quality on Brand Love and Brand Loyalty Mixue in Surabaya. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The samples taken were 160 respondents who were consumers from Mixue in Surabaya. While the tools used to retrieve and collect data are in the form of online questionnaires via the Google form. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) using the LISREL program. The results of this study state that Brand Image has a positive and insignificant effect on Brand Love, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Love, Brand Image has a negative and insignificant effect on Brand Loyalty, Product Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Brand Loyalty, Brand Love has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Employees are valuable assets owned by an organization or company, therefore, it is very important for companies, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to strive for maximum work results from these assets. Efforts to improve employee performance can be done in various ways, including by providing adequate environmental support, in the form of organizational support, supervisor support, peer support, and resource support, besides that, it can also be done by always paying attention to and encouraging employee Self-Efficacy, which is an employee's belief and confidence in their abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Environment Support on Employee Performance with Self-Efficacy as the mediating variable. The technique and analysis method used in this research is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The object of this research is MSME employees in the Central Surabaya Region with a total sample of 137 respondents, most of them are 18-25 years old, and have worked for more than 1 year, and work in the culinary MSMEs business sector. The results of this study state that: 1) Perceived Environment Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Perceived Environment Support has a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy, 3) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Self-Efficacy has a positive effect as a mediating variable between Perceived Environment Support and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum, meningkatnya keberagaman di kelas, hingga kemajuan teknologi pendidikan yang semakin pesat memerlukan adaptasi dan penyesuaian dari guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support dan work stress terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada guru di Yayasan Barunawati Biru Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah survei, yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada guru di Yayasan Barunawati Biru Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru jenjang SD, SMP, SMA, & SMK baik berstatus guru tidak tetap maupun guru tetap yayasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 101 responden. Peneliti menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) sebagai metode analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, work stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. work stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap work engagement, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement, work stress memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job resources on work engagement through job crafting and burnout in public high school teachers in West Kotawaringin. This study is a causal study. The data collection tool used is an online questionnaire in the form of a google form. Questionnaires are distributed by snowball sampling, where some subjects will be selected to represent the school and then distribute the questionnaire to others. The population in this study is public high school teachers in West Kotawaringin. The sample in this study was 166 respondents with the criteria of having worked as teachers for one year. Data analysis techniques in this study use SEM (Structural Equation Model) using the lisrel program. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between job resources on work engagement, there is a positive and significant influence between job resources on job crafting, there is a negative influence between job resources on burnout, there is no positive and significant influence between job crafting on work engagement, there is a negative influence between burnout on work engagement, there is a positive and significant influence between job resources on work engagement through job crafting, and there is a positive and significant influence between job resources on work engagement through burnout.

Abstract

Employees or human resources have an essential and large share in the company. The company also realizes that job satisfaction and employee welfare are vital to the company's business activities. With job satisfaction and welfare owned by employees, the company gets feedback such as maximum performance and profits. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of supervisor support and work environment on job performance through employee engagement in the Wood Production Industry in East Kalimantan. The type of data used is quantitative data, with primary data as the source of data in this study. The primary data used is a questionnaire by distributing a google form. The data obtained amounted to 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) and uses SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) as a data processing tool. The results of research that have been conducted show that supervisor support has a significant effect on employee engagement, the work environment has a significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant effect on job performance, supervisor support has a significant effect on job performance, and work environment has a significant effect on job performance, supervisor support and work environment have a significant effect on job performance through employee engagement.
