Abstract

The purpose of holding this Community Service activity is to provide training in preparing financial reports for residents of the Grand Viona Kuripan Ciseeng Bogor Community Association. The method used in this Community Service is in the form of group discussions and direct practice in preparing simple financial reports. This counseling educates residents of the Grand Viona Kuripan Ciseeng Bogor Community Association on the use of financial reports for small and large scale businesses. The result of the activity is that residents of the Grand Viona Kuripan Ciseeng Bogor Association can directly create simple financial reports for business, and these simple financial reports can be used as consideration in making business decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pj Tek Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan Teknik sampling jenuh dari 70 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Hipotesis dengan menggunakan spss 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pj Tek Mandiri baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan uji statistik secara parsial atau uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung 11,381>1,996 Hal ini berarti Ha1 diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk lingkungan kerja secara parsial atau uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung 8,415>1,996 Hal ini berarti Ha1 diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung adalah 74,185 > Ftabel 3,13 Sig. 0,001 < α 0,005 menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berarti disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa presentase pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 68% sedangkan sisanya 32% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the administrative division of PT Kehatilab Indonesia Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study show that: (1) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.686 (XI). (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.702 (X2) (3) Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.793 (Y). Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.375 + 0.667 X1 + 0.597 X2 with the adjusted r square coefficient of determination being 0.495 or 49.5%, while the rest (100% - 49.5% = 505%) are influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or (36.345> 3.13) is obtained. In addition, it is known that the significant value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of administration employees at PT. . Kehatilab Indonesia South Tangerang (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Atlas Resources Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 22,5% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,231 > 2,009). Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,928 > 2,009). Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,534 + 0,214X1 + 0,702X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (57,286 > 2,760).

Abstract

The quality of an institution can be seen from the performance of employees who have high motivation and work discipline. It can be seen that this study aims to find out the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work motivation and discipline on waiting time for drug service at the Pharmacy Installation in EMC Tangerang. The research method used in this research was quantitative research using questionnaires as an instrument. The distribution of questionnaires in the form of a Google Form was given to 44 employees who were the research samples. After distributing the questionnaires, the data were processed using SPSS version 27. The results of the validation and reliability tests showed that the questionnaires were feasible to use, because the validity test was rcount>rtable while the Cronbach's Alpha Standardization was higher than 0.61 for the reliability value. The results of the hypothesis show the value of 4.072 (X1) and 4.951 (X2) were higher than 2.018. The results of the F-test regarding the effect of motivation and work discipline on waiting time for drug services also showed a value of Fcount > Ftable (12.169> 3.230). Therefore, Ha1, Ha2 and Ha3 have an influence on variable Y so that Ha is accepted. All in all, staff at the installation of EMC Tanggerang hospital with the motivation and work discipline for them improve the performance of waiting time for drug services. However, R-square (determination) was 0,342, so it means that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) influenced to the waiting time for drug services (Y) which was 34,2%, and 71,7% was influenced by other factors that were not done in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri in South Tanggerang. The research approach used in this study is the Quantitative Method. The sampling technique used in this study used saturated sampling with a total sample of 75 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri. Data analysis techniques Data using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple, Classical Assumptions Test, t-test (Partial), F-test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient and Determination. Processing data in research using SPSS 26. Based on research results the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the value of the regression coefficient that isY = 23.464 + 0,285X1 + 0,177X2. Simultaneous test results produce a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means Leadership Style and Work Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance. Next, the results of the coefficient of determination show a figure of 0.679 means that 67.9% Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by variables other interventions. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis first (Ha1), second hypothesis (Ha2), and third hypothesis (Ha3) can be accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan dari PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya anggota Organisasi Olahraga Kebugaran Indonesia (ORKI) Kota Tangerang Selatan  untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara berinvestasi dan memilih jenis investasi keuangan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan ekonomi di kalangan anggota ORKI. Tujuan utamanya yaitu memberikan pemahaman, pengarahan dan pengetahuan kepada para peserta mengenai pentingnya pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentang investasi keuangan di kalangan anggota Organisasi Kebugaran Indonesia (ORKI) Kota Tangerang Selatan seperti investasi logam mulia. Metode pelakasanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Organisasi Kebugaran Indonesia (ORKI) Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tim pelaksana  melakukan kegiatan pemberian materi berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentang cara berinvestasi logam mulia melalui manual dan dunia digital dengan modal yang minim untuk mendapat keuntungan di masa mendatang. Berdasar dari identifikasi awal ini maka pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang manfaat berinvestasi emas karena dengan adanya pengetahuan tersebut peserta di harapkan mampu mengaplikasikan investasi logam mulia melalui manual dan digital sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan di masa mendatang. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan investasi  ini adalah dapat memperluas ilmu pengetahuan tentang investasi keuangan yang dapat memberikan dampak positif di masa depan untuk para anggota Organisasi Kebugaran Indonesia (ORKI) Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Rodaniaga Kokoh Nusantara, Tangerang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with associative properties. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method in this research uses the SPSS IBM application version 29. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 65.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (10.314 > 2.002). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 65.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2.068 > 2.002). Work discipline and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.934 + 0.728X1 + 0.065X2. The coefficient of determination value is 65.4% while the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (53.758 > 3.16).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the role of motivation in improving employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta, to know what are the indicators that support motivation in improving employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta as an effort to improve employee performance. researchers use a qualitative approach, qualitative research aims to obtain in-depth data, a data that contains meaning. The results of this study obtained from interviews with the researchers to the objects indicate that the relationship between employees and superiors is very influential, because by having a good boss, friendly and wanting to mingle with his employees and provide input to all to work in a relaxed but sure manner, both managers and employees. others, so that employees can work well and comfortably. Skills must exist every work. If the motivation to work is high but the skills are still lacking, it will not affect work. So it's good that Skill is accompanied by motivation so the work will be good and smooth. Internal motivational factors that drive employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta are working diligently in order to achieve the desire to be able to survive, own, gain recognition, gain career paths in accordance with the theory of work motivation according to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara. External motivational factors that drive employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta are a strategic location and a clean workplace, appropriate salaries and bonuses, managers who guide and provide direction, and job security in accordance with the theory of work motivation according to Mangkunegara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method with testing using SPSS version 25 and hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio has no effect and is not significant to Return On Equity obtained tcount 0.438 < t table 2.26216 with a significant value of 0.673 > 0.05. While partially Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect and is significant to Return On Equity, with the results obtained thitung |-6,090|> ttabel 2,26216 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously the variables Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Return On Equity, with the results obtained Fhitung 35.669> Ftabel 4.46 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the independent variables consisting of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio contribute 87,4% to Return On Equity, while the remaining 12,6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
