Abstract

The issue of reinstating the role of gold in the financial system which was no longer supported by gold since 1971 resurfaced. The role of money based on gold is an attempt to create a stable and fair monetary system. This study tries to see the effect of GDP growth, inflation, dollar exchange rate, and the composite stock price index on gold prices in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag). The results showed that the variables of GDP, inflation, dollar exchange rate, and JCI in the long term ARDL had no significant effect. In the short term for 1991Q1 – 2019Q3 data, the dollar exchange rate variable has a positive effect on gold prices. Meanwhile, in the short term, data for 1999Q2 – 2019Q3 GDP and the dollar exchange rate have a negative effect on gold prices. This shows that in the short term gold can be used as safe storage when the country's economic growth is unstable. The implication of this research is the government and other related parties to continue to increase economic growth and gross domestic product, besides the importance of maintaining economic and political stability in order to ensure the sustainability of the economy in Indonesia, so that inflation can be more controlled and the composite stock price index will improve in the future.

Abstract

Online buying and selling contracts in the perspective of Sharia Economic Law must meet sharia principles so that the transaction is legal and in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the law of online buying and selling transactions from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with qualitative analysis data analysis. The results of the study show that goods and services that are traded must be halal, in accordance with Islamic teachings. Products that are haram or have haram elements are prohibited in sharia transactions. All information regarding goods, prices, and transaction terms must be conveyed clearly and honestly to avoid gharar (ambiguity) and fraud. The transaction process must include clear offers and receipts, sharia-compliant payments, and fair and transparent delivery and receipt of goods. Sustainability in sharia e-commerce is also an important aspect that needs to be considered, including in products, packaging, and shipping. Despite the challenges in its implementation, long-term benefits such as consumer trust, general welfare, and regulatory support make the application of Sharia Economic Law in e-commerce an important and beneficial strategy.

Abstract

Microfinance is an important solution to overcome economic problems in rural areas. Microfinance offers small loans to individuals or groups that do not have access to conventional financial services. This study aims to analyze the application of mudharabah contracts in Sharia microfinance in rural areas. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the mudharabah contract provides access to capital to rural communities who often experience limitations in obtaining financing from conventional financial institutions. With capital support and profit-sharing principles, micro enterprises in rural areas can develop, create jobs, and increase people's incomes. The implementation of mudharabah contracts in sharia microfinance in rural areas has great potential to encourage local economic growth and improve community welfare. By addressing existing challenges through the right strategies, the program can be successful and sustainable, providing significant benefits to rural communities by sharia principles. Support from various parties, including the government, Islamic financial institutions, and the public, is urgently needed to achieve this goal.

Abstract

The impact of the company's zakat application on performance can be seen from several aspects, both directly and indirectly. The company's zakat issued can reduce the tax burden that must be paid, because zakat can be deducted from taxable income in several countries, including Indonesia. This study tries to outline the impact of the implementation of corporate zakat on the company's financial and social performance. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that companies can effectively integrate these practices into their financial and CSR strategies, as well as harness the potential to increase their positive impact on society and the economy more broadly. The integration of corporate financial and social performance is an integral part of a comprehensive and sustainable business strategy. Companies that can strike a balance between the two tend to be more successful in creating long-term value, both for their internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, the integration of corporate zakat in business and CSR strategies needs to be managed properly to maximize its positive benefits while maintaining a healthy financial balance.

Abstract

Ecoenzymes are the result of fermentation of organic materials originating from kitchen waste in the form of fruit or vegetable peels which have many benefits for nature and humans, including as natural plant fertilizer, natural herbicides and pesticides, even in the field of human health. Abstract

A lack of awareness of the benefits and potential profits of Sharia investment can hinder the growth of the Sharia capital market. Efforts are needed to harmonize sharia regulations and clarify the standards that must be complied with by capital market participants. The purpose of this study is to analyze the regulations, implementation, and challenges of Sharia compliance in the capital market. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation with interpretive data analysis. The results of the study show that clear, comprehensive, and responsive regulations to market developments can be a strong foundation for business and investment practices that are in accordance with Sharia principles. The implementation of Sharia principles in business and investment practices requires a strong commitment from all stakeholders. Challenges in maintaining Sharia compliance in the capital market include the complexity of financial instruments, different understandings of Sharia principles, transparency and reporting that still need to be improved, as well as the challenges of effective supervision and law enforcement. Awareness and education of Sharia principles among stakeholders is essential to increase understanding, transparency, and compliance.
