Abstract

Sekolah dasar SDN 02 Rambutan kelas 1 SD yang berlokasi di jakarta timur. Saat ini data nilai siswa di SDN 02 RAMBUTAN masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan cara tertulis. Data nilai siswa terkumpul dalam lembar kertas yang jumblahnya banyak serta menyulitkan guru untuk mengelolahnya dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk membangun sistem informasi nilai siswa berbasis Web pada SDN 02 Rambutan. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Waterfall Metode waterfal terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan, desain implementasi, pengujian, pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemerograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan database MYSQL. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi yang memudahkan cara kerja guru dalam pengolahan data nilai siswa seperti input nilai, lihat nilai, dan membuat laporan nilai, informasi data nilai juga lebih cepat tersampaikan kepada siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is conducted to see the influence of several variables that determine the accountability of financial statement in Directorate General of Defence Potential, Ministry of Defence of The Republic of Indonesia. The variables studied were the influence of the competence of budget personnel, the utilization of information technology, and the application of government internal control system. The data collection techniques of this research is used a questionnaire survey with primary data sources and the statistical methods used to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are the competence of budget personnel and the application of government internal control system do not influence accountability of financial statement but utilization of information technology have influence positive and significantly to accountability of financial statement in Directorate General of Defence Potential, Ministry of Defence of The Republic of Indonesia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat pengaruh dari beberapa variabel yang menentukan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan pada Direktorat Jenderal Potensi Pertahanan Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia. Variabel yang diteliti antara lain pengaruh kompetensi pengelola anggaran, pemanfaatan teknologi nformasi, dan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei kuesioner dengan metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah melalui metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari Penelitian ini antara lain variabel kompetensi pengelola anggaran dan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan sedangkan variabel pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan Direktorat Jenderal Potensi Pertahanan Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia. Abstract

This article discusses the important role of Islamic Social Finance (ISF) in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. ISF, which includes instruments such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf, has great potential to contribute significantly to poverty alleviation, education improvement, public health, and environmental sustainability. Through effective management and collaboration between stakeholders, ISF can improve the social and economic welfare of the community, especially among vulnerable groups. However, challenges in optimizing ISF instruments are considerable, including the lack of understanding of the government and stakeholders in implementing ISF and the recent development of digital platforms. This article discusses the importance of ISF in achieving the SDGs and recommends the development of digital platforms, integrated Islamic social financing models, and community-based education initiatives to increase the effectiveness of ISF. With an innovative and collaborative approach, ISF is expected to be an effective tool in enhancing the role of Islamic economics in Indonesian society to achieve the SDGs and create a sustainable positive impact on society and the environment in Indonesia. For this reason, a development driving force is needed so that the SDGs and ISF targets can be achieved. This research is limited by inadequate digital infrastructure, unclear regulations, and a lack of trained human resources. Future research should focus on raising public awareness of ISF, developing supportive regulations, strengthening collaboration between the government and financial institutions, and exploring innovations in ISF products.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dalam Islam, guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajar (mu’allim), tetapi juga sebagai pembina akhlak (murabbi), pembimbing rohani (mursyid), serta teladan hidup (uswah hasanah). Tujuan : Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep profesionalisme guru dalam perspektif Islam yang mencakup dimensi keilmuan, spiritual, dan moral. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai literatur ilmiah terkait profesionalisme pendidik Islam. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru profesional menurut Islam ditandai oleh penguasaan ilmu yang mendalam, akhlak yang mulia, keikhlasan, amanah, sikap adil, kreativitas, serta konsistensi dalam tugas (istiqamah). Kesimpulan : Nilai-nilai keislaman harus menjadi dasar dalam membentuk karakter dan integritas seorang guru agar mampu mencetak generasi yang cerdas, berakhlak, dan bertakwa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain how the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research method based on library research. The results of this study are that the initiative to establish Islamic banks in Indonesia began in 1990 by the Indonesian Ulema Council, which was realized with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia on November 1, 1991. The initial development of Islamic banking in the national banking system was responded to quickly by the government with the enactment of Law Number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, which was later amended by Law Number 10 of 1998. Although Islamic banking has great potential to contribute to economic stability through real sector financing and financial inclusion, there are still significant obstacles such as lack of public understanding, competition with conventional financial institutions, and limited infrastructure. Existing opportunities, such as large market growth and regulatory support from the government, can be utilized to overcome these challenges. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa prakarsa mengenai pendirian bank syariah di Indonesia mulai dilakukan sejak tahun 1990 oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia, yang diwujudkan dengan berdirinya Bank Muamalat Indonesia pada tanggal 1 November 1991. Perkembangan awal perbankan syariah dalam sistem perbankan nasional direspon dengan cepat oleh pemerintah dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan, yang kemudian diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998. Meskipun perbankan syariah memiliki potensi besar untuk berkontribusi pada stabilitas ekonomi melalui pembiayaan sektor riil dan inklusi keuangan, masih terdapat tantangan signifikan seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat, persaingan dengan lembaga keuangan konvensional, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Peluang yang ada, seperti pertumbuhan pasar yang besar dan dukungan regulasi dari pemerintah, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Abstract

The abundant rice husk waste in Legundi Village, Ngawi Regency, has not been used optimally and has the potential to cause environmental pollution. On the other hand, rural communities, especially the PKK Women's group, need business diversification to increase family income. Responding to these challenges, this community service program is carried out with the main objectives: (1) utilizing rice husk waste into husk charcoal products with economic value as a planting medium; (2) increasing income and empowering community groups; and (3) strengthening the capacity of digitizing MSMEs through online marketing assistance. The activity was carried out with a participatory method that prioritized the active involvement of the community. There are two main approaches to program implementation. First, training on the practice of making husk charcoal uses imperfect combustion techniques that are simple and environmentally friendly. Second, assistance in the digitalization of MSMEs which includes training in creating and managing e-commerce accounts (Shopee and Tokopedia), the production of visual and narrative-based promotional content, and digital marketing strategies that are adaptive to consumer trends. The results of the activity show that the community is able to process husk waste into packaged husk charcoal products with the brand "Saji Tani" which has selling value and market potential. In addition, the PKK Women's group showed capacity building in business management and the use of digital platforms to expand marketing access. This program not only succeeds in reducing the environmental impact of agricultural waste, but also encourages the economic independence of village communities through innovations based on local potential. Thus, this activity is a model of integrated community empowerment that combines environmental, economic, and digital technology aspects in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to get an overview of the purpose of the Aek Parombunan community's participation as workers processing anchovies and cassava into chili chips in the Sambal Chips business Jl. Sisingamanangaraja in Aek Prombunan Village, Sibolga City is to help increase the income of the people of Aek Parambunan Sibolga Village. The method of implementing this community service is carried out regularly and is divided into several activities starting from the survey stage in the form of socialization which is carried out by compiling programs that will be delivered when community service activities take place, including preparing materials and schedules and dividing the tasks of the community service team. The initial stage is in the form of friendly relations with business owners and their employees, namely the Aek Parombunan community consisting of high school graduates and also those who are still in school who live in the Aek Parombuna sub-district. The results of the community service activities were obtained in the form of in-depth study of several industrial centers in the Aek Parombunan Village, Sibolga City, by processing anchovies and cassava into chili chips, which are typical souvenirs from the city of Sibolga. Empowerment of the Aek Prombunan sub-district community includes social, educational and economic dimensions, community empowerment strategies should consider characteristics such as age, skill, gender and ability to work in centers that are in this trading business location, and to realize Aek Parombunan sub -district community empowerment integration support from both local agencies and civil society, private and educational institutions is needed.

implementation of this PKM is designed with offline meetings and direct field visits in order to reach a wider audience. Moreover, the theme raised is related to Digital Halal Certification and Halal Labels for MSME products. The selection of the South Sibolga sub-district area, in addition to being based on an agreement to provide assistance with the Sibolga City Ministry of Religion, is also based on the still less than optimal registration of digital halal certification and halal labels on MSME products in order to increase competitiveness outside the region and abroad, especially still not being able to compete with other regional products. The Community Service Program in partnership with the Ministry of Manpower, Trade Office, South Sibolga Traffic, is held offline and directly in the field. More specifically to independent small and medium business actors under the guidance of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Academics to the Creative Digital Halal Certification Registration Training Based on Local Wisdom to Increase the Competitiveness of MSME Products, Ministry of Religion of Sibolga City and the Perdanaganan Service, Sibolga City in 2023-2024. The implementation is carried out by delivering materials, discussions, to simulations of registration of Digital Halal Certificates packaged from local Sibolga culture adjusted to the products of each MSME. In its implementation, we found it difficult to simulate directly and see MSME products as participants directly. The implementation that we made in the Community Service program for independent small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) was fairly successful because it received a huge response from the MSME community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the learning model Concept Attainment Model (CAM) affect the Critical Thinking Ability of Students in SMA Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Palembang. This research uses quasi-experimental method (Quasi Eksperimental) with pretest-posttest control group design research design. Sampling is done by saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is class X IPA 1 and class X IPA 2 in SMA Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Palembang. The results showed that there are differences in critical thinking ability of Animalia subject matter. Improvement Critical thinking ability can be seen on the result before using learning model that is Interpreter indicator, Analysis, Evaluation, Inference (Conclusion), Explanation (Explanation), Self-regulation is 36%, 36%, 37%, 41% 45%, and 46%. Whereas after using Learning Model on interpretation indicator, analysis, evaluation, inference (Conclusion), Explanation (Self Explanation), Self-regulation is 80%, 84%, 85%, 85%, 83%, and 84%. The results showed that this learning model can improve students' critical thinking ability. The results of statistical calculations obtained tcount = 3.474 and ttable of 1.666 with dk (degrees of freedom) of 73 with a significant level of 5% so that tcount> ttable is 3.474> 1.666 and significance value 0.001> 0.05. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the influence of learning model Concept Attainment Model to the critical thinking ability of students in SMA Nahdatul Ulama Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of QRIS-based MSME digitalization with sharia economics in realizing the principles of sustainable economic growth in Samura Village, Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency. The background of the study is based on low digital literacy, limited marketing access, and the dominance of cash transactions still carried out by local MSMEs. The research method uses a qualitative approach with observation techniques, interviews, and direct mentoring through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The results show that the implementation of QRIS can improve transaction efficiency, expand market reach, and increase consumer trust. In addition, the digital literacy program successfully encouraged MSMEs to utilize social media and use simple promotional media as a marketing tool. The integration of QRIS with sharia economic principles displays harmony with the values of justice, transparency, and benefit that are important foundations of sustainable development. Accounting theory is an important part of accounting practice. A proper understanding of this theory encourages the creation of sound and well-directed accounting practices. In the context of Sharia, accounting practices emerge as a solution to various problems found in conventional transactions that are not aligned with Islamic values. Thus, QRIS-based MSME digitalization can be used as a model in strengthening the local economy while supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
