Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian terhadap kepemimpinan ing ngarsa sung tuladha dalam pembelajaran guru SMP. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis hubungan antar variabel dianalisis dengan cara statistic. Populasi  penelitian adalah guru SMP di Kabupaten Magelang tahun 2019 dengan sampel 95 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis diskriptif, uji prasarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji lenearitas, dan uji multikolenieritas, analisis regresi berganda dan regresi parsial dengan signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian terhadap kepemimpinan ing ngarsa sung tuladha sebesar 72,7%. Secara parsial ketiga variabel berkontribusi positif secara signifikan. Variabel pengalaman mengajar memberi kontribusi 51,272% dan sumbangan relative 70,536%, variabel kompetensi sosial memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,69% dan sumbangan relative 27,088%, variabel kompetensi kepribadian  memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 1,727% dan sumbangan relative sebesar 2,376%.             Contributions of Teaching Experience, Social Competence and Personality Competence Towards Leadership Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha Teacher Abstract: This study aims to determine the contribution of teaching experience, social competence, and personality competence to the leadership of tuladha sung in junior high school teacher learning. This type of research is quantitative research, and the analysis of the relationship between variables is analyzed by statistical means. The study population was junior high school teachers in Magelang Regency in 2019 with a sample of 95 people. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, a prerequisite test consisting of normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis and partial regression with a significance of 5%. The results of the study showed there were significant positive contributions together with teaching experience, social competence, and personality competence towards leadership in the interest of tuladha sung by 72.7%. Partially, the three variables significantly contributed positively. The teaching experience variable contributed 51.272% and a relative contribution of 70.536%, the social competence variable contributed an effective contribution of 19.69% and the relative contribution of 27.088%, the personality competency variable contributed an effective contribution of 1.727% and a relative contribution of 2.337%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kontribusi antara Berpikir Kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di Subrayon 3 Kab Sleman Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 baik secara Bersama-sama maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XII MIPA SMAN di Subrayon 3 Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 393 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 198 siswa ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin dan teknik Probability Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup berskala Linkert dan dokumentasi berupa nilai PAS. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji Normalitas, Linieritas, dan Multikolinieritas. Teknik analisis data dengan uji analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan variabel Berpikir kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial tehadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di Subrayon 3 Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020; makin tinggi Berpikir kritis, makin tinggi Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan makin tinggi Motivasi Berprestasi semakin tinggi hasil belajar siswa, dan sebaliknya. Tetapi ada faktor lain (unexplained factors) diluar Berpikir kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Contribution of critical thinking, ability to solve problems and achievement motivation for student learning outcomes of high school  Abstract: This study aims to find out how the contribution of Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation to the learning outcomes of high school students in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency 2019/2020 Academic Year both jointly and partially. This research includes quantitative research with correlational techniques. The population of all students of class XII MIPA SMAN in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency totalling 393 students. The sample size of 198 students was determined by the formula Slovin and the technique Probability Sampling. Data collection uses a scale closed questionnaire Linkert and documentation in the form of PAS value. Prerequisite tests include tests for Normality, Linearity, and Multicollinearity. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial correlation test. The results showed that there were significant contributions to the variables Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation together or partially towards the learning outcomes of high school students in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency in 2019/2020 Academic Year; the higher critical thinking, the higher the ability to solve problems and the higher the achievement motivation the higher student learning outcomes, and vice versa. But there are other factors (unexplained factors) beyond Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation that contribute to student learning outcomes

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the extent to which teachers measure critical reasoning attitudes in vocational students based on tamansiswa teachings; 2) produce feasible and standardized instruments for measuring critical reasoning attitudes; 3) know the indicators of critical reasoning; 4) know the validity and reliability of the instrument; 5) Know the attitude of critical reasoning. The stages in this research a) determine the study of theory and aspects to be researched; b) determine indicators; c) drawing up a grid of instruments; d) drawing up instrument items; e) expert jugdement; f) readability test; g) rather extensive trials; h) expanded trials; i) instrument implementation. The content validity test uses the Aiken index (V Aiken) while the reliability test uses Cronbanch Alpha. The respondents for the trial were rather broad as many as 49 students majoring in Multimedia engineering at SMK Renewal and the test respondents were expanded by 110 students majoring in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering and light vehicles, installation engineering and electric power at SMK Pemrenewalan. The results of the study are as follows: 1) the final instrument is divided into 4 factors with 25 points of statement; 2) Measurement format in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires of evaluation instruments using the Likert scale with 4 (four) assessment criteria; 3) The quality of the instrument consists of 25 statement items with V Aiken 0.77 in the "high" category and reliability of 0.92 in the "very high" category; 4) the result of the implementation of the instrument 3.23% falls into the category of "excellent"; 56.84% fall into the "good" category; 38.70% fall into the "sufficient" category; and 3.23% fell into the "less" category.

Abstract

The educators can lead students from several angles, one of them is from behind, in accordance with the leadership trilogy of Tut Wuri Handayani. There are several factors that contribute to this, including teaching experience, professional competence, and pedagogical competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of teaching experience, professional competence, and pedagogical competence to the leadership of Tut Wuri Handayani in the teaching of elementary school teachers in Tempuran Districts simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 246 elementary school teachers in Tempuran district, Magelang, and the sample of this study was only taken by 50 respondents of elementary school teachers in Tempuran district, Magelang District who used the Issac & Michael formula. To analyze the research data using multiple linear regression analysis and partial correlation. The variable teaching experience, professional competence, and pedagogical competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on tut wuri handayani leadership in learning for elementary school teachers in Tempuran District, Magelang. The partial test results of variable X1 have no significant positive effect on the variable Y, variable X2 has no significant positive effect on the variable Y and variable X3 has a significantly positive effect on the variable Y. The shape of the effect is positive that there is a tendency that is directly proportional between the independent variables with respect to the dependent variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan pendampingan belajar melalui model belajar reciprocal learning di lingkungan keluarga; (2) mengetahui kelayakan model belajar reciprocal learning; dan (3) mengetahui efektivitas pendampingan belajar model reciprocal learning di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian melalui observasi, angket, dan tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua wali berjumlah 16 orang di SD N Karangrejek I sebagai kelas eksperimen.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) menghasilkan pendampingan belajar model reciprocal learning di lingkungan keluarga; (2) Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh para ahli dan praktisi produk (model) ini dikatakan baik dari komponen angket yaitu 88,64% , kreteria sangat baik untuk komponen buku pedoman dan materi dengan masing-masing  skor 90,93% dan 93,75%. Dari ketiga komponen tersebut membuktikan bahwa produk ini layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan belajar di lingkungan keluarga. Selain itu hasil peran orang tua yang menunjukkan sikap sangat setuju juga merupakan bukti bahwa model pendampingan belajar reciprocal learning ini layak diterapkan di rumah; (3) Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil dari pre-test dan post-test pada siswa bahwa pendampingan melalui model belajar reciprocal learning ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan melalui model belajar reciprocal learning siswa SD di lingkungan keluarga efektif.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 is a challenge for organizations , technological advances must be optimized as well as possible. Cooperation is a concept that can be done to build a stronger and more sustainable creative economy in the digital era. Strengthening creative ideas with marketing strategies and product design will increase consumer appeal such as through websites, e-commerce, social media with wide and easy reach. The purpose of this study is to develop international cooperation for branding the local creative economy through marketing strategies and creative product design. The research method uses action research, action research by developing collaboration between PVTM, Maeswara Basket and UiTM Malaysia. through the concept of marketing strategy including digital marketing, product design and catalog by collecting observation data, interviews and documentation and data analysis through collection, reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe international cooperation as an effort to improve strong marketing strategies through technology and the concept of local green economy through environmentally friendly products and more modern product design concepts and international branding are expected to provide appeal to consumers.
