Abstract

Abstract Purpose of this research is to detect how much the conformity influence the behavior of traffic discipline in students with a motorcycle in Jakarta. This research using quantitative method with ex post facto research design and using accidental sampling technique. Population in this research were all Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle as main transportation. The sample of this research are 40 respondents. This research used regression analysis with SPSS version 17.00 as analysis data technique. Based on the results of the data, the F value is 9,757 with 0,003 as significance level. Regression equation, Y = 69,782 + (-) 0,382X and the influenced of (R square) variable are 20,4 %, 79,6 % remaining are infuenced by the other factors than conformity. Based on this calculation Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between conformity and traffic discipline in Universitas Negeri Jakarta students were ride a motorcycle, and it means if the conformity of Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle was increase so, the disciplinary of them was decrease. Abstract

The objectives of this research is to find out self esteem and aggressivity of illegal motorcycle racing that are: profile of illegal motorcycle racers who always make agressivity, factors which cause illegal motorcycle racers do the activities of illegal motorcycle racing, self esteem of illegal racers who always make agressivity, and the impact of self esteem towards illegal motorcycle racers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of two illegal motorcycle racers who have ten years experience in doing illegal motorcycle racing. This case study was conducted in Bekasi, West Java and Special Jakarta Province starting from 22 October until 22 December 2012. Data was gained through observation and indepth interview. The data was triangulated through crosscheck with all information from other sources before it was analysed qualitatively, i.e. classification of data, coding, examining of the hypothesis, interpretation, and conclusion. The findings of the research are: 1) both illegal racers have two self esteem and aggressivity eventhough they have different indicators, 2) factors causes illegal motorcycle racers who do the illegal motorcycle racing in order to be famous, more respectful and not despiced by other people, have a support from friend, as a kind hobby, and interested in doing challenge referring to the adrenalin, 3) self esteem of illegal motorcycle racers caused their aggresivity due to their self defend, and 4) the impactof self esteem of illegal motorcycle racers is that arise aggressivity, and damaging themselves, society, and other illegal motorcycle racers.

Abstract

English: Kampus Mengajar is a teaching assistance activity at the level of educational units and part of the Merdeka Campus Program. The purpose of the Kampus Mengajar program is for students to have competence and provide an off-campus learning experience. In addition to having a good purpose, the Kampus Mengajar Program saves many problems faced by colleges and schools. This research is a form of literary study to develop the AITPO evaluation model (Antecedent, Input, Trasaction, Product, Outcomes) which is a combination of CIPP and Countenance models. The combination of CIPP and Countenance evaluation models is considered as a complementary approach in the implementation of evaluation of the Kampus Mengajar Program. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the mixed of the two models is projected to provide a thorough and in-depth evaluation of the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar program. With the evaluation of this AITPO model can also be obtained comprehensive recommendations and complement each other in the continuity of the program. Bahasa: Kampus Mengajar merupakan kegiatan asistensi mengajar di tingkat satuan pendidikan serta bagian dari Program Kampus Merdeka. Tujuan program Kampus Mengajar agar mahasiswa memiliki kompetensi serta memberikan pengalaman belajar di luar kampus. Disamping memiliki tujuan yang baik, Program Kampus Mengajar menyimpan banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh Perguruan Tinggi maupun Sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk kajian literaktur untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi AITPO (Antecedent, Input, Trasaction, Product, Outcomes) yang merupakan gabungan antara model CIPP dan Countenance. Penggabungan model evaluasi CIPP dan Countenance dinilai sebagai pendekatan yang komplementer dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi terhadap Program Kampus Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggabungan  kedua model tersebut diproyeksikan dapat membeikan evaluasi secara menyeluruh dan mendalam tentang pelaksanaan program Kampus Mengajar. Dengan evaluasi model AITPO ini juga dapat didapatkan rekomendasi secara komprehensif dan saling melengkapi dalam kelangsungan program.

Abstract

Organizational commitment can be seen from various aspects related as individuals to the organization based on salary, social status and preferences for their work. This study aims to find causal relationships between variables (work motivation, perceived coworker support on organizational commitment). This study used 158 employee at HRD & Management Agency in Indonesia. The results show that work motivation has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment by 0.462. Perceived coworker support also has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment by 0.387. HRD & Management Agency in Indonesia must provide work motivation to employees because it has a greater influence than perceived coworker support on increasing organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to answer and know the implementation of PPG (Pendidikan Profesi Guru /Teacher Professional Education) from various places by studying similar research results. The method used to assess some of the research results using an evaluation approach is the matching method. The matching method is done by matching and comparing the characteristics of the land with the criteria so that one particular conclusion is obtained. Furthermore, a systematic review is used as a Narrative systematic review to review relevant studies. The discussion results resulted in that given the importance of the role of a teacher to improve the quality of Indonesian education, and teachers need to be prepared in such a way as to become professional teachers, one way is to follow PPG. Professional teachers can only pursue the quality of education. Implementing the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) is a form of embodiment of Law No. 20 of 2003.

Abstract

Education largely determines the progress of a nation and the development of the golden generation. Teachers play a strategic role in the educational process and must master core competencies to create innovative learning. The research methods used in literature review analysis articles play an important role in developing a solid framework and ensuring accurate and reliable analysis results.  The results of the analysis show that The Teacher Profession Education Program (PPG) is a crucial step in improving the quality of teacher performance and attitudes towards the teaching profession. It plays an important role in identifying teachers' strengths and weaknesses, providing valuable feedback, and encouraging them to continue learning and developing their teaching skills. Evaluation of the impact of the PPG program is important to find out what benefits arise from participation in the program.
