Abstract

Character education is a central issue for the education process that is carried out at all levels of education. One result of character education is empathy. Based on the results of ITP and observations of research conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 7 Serang in 2019/2020, those were all students who had low empathy. The purpose of this research is to study group guidance with sociodrama techniques to increase empathy. This study used a pre-experimental research technique with one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection methods used an empathy questionnaire. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who had low empathy. The results showed that the empathy profile of students obtained a percentage of low category 4%, medium category 81% and high category 15%. While the average in the pre-test was 44.25, while the post-test was 72.12. Based on the results of the average pre-test and post-test there is a difference of an average of 27.87 which provides group guidance with effective sociodrama techniques to improve the class of students in SMP Negeri 7 Serang City 2019/2020. Keywords: Education, Empathy, Sociodrama

Abstract

Media memiliki peran penting dalam pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media bimbingan dan konseling dalam bentuk modul tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan. Tujuannya untuk membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan informasi, serta menarik minat siswa belajar tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) model Borg & Gall. Model Borg & Gall di sederhanakan menjadi tujuh tahap yaitu, potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk awal. Uji validasi modul dilakukan oleh satu orang ahli media dan satu orang ahli materi. Sementara, untuk uji coba produk dilakukan kepada 30 siswa sebagai calon pengguna modul. Hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan mencapai 81% oleh ahli materi, 83% oleh ahli media, dan 89%  oleh siswa. Berdasarkan uji validasi dan produk yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul bimbingan dan konseling kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan layak diimplementasikan kepada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the narcissistic behavior of grade VIII students and to design a group counseling program as an effort to prevent and reduce narcissistic behavior. This type of research is descriptive research. The sampling technique was carried out by using a random sampling technique, with a sample of 181 grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Kota Serang. Research on narcissistic behavior is seen from eight aspects, namely feelings of grandeur and self-interest, filled with fantasy, expressive need to be admired, exploiting interpersonal relationships, lack of empathy, feeling jealous, behaving arrogantly and arrogantly, and feeling special and special individuals . The data collection technique used the distribution of research instruments in the form of questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of narcissistic grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Serang City was in the low category with a percentage of 13%, the medium category with a percentage of 76%, and the high category with a percentage of 11%. After knowing the narcissistic picture, then designing a program is made based on the research results obtaine.

Abstract

This study aims to answer whether the application of group games can improve children's social emotional development. This study uses pre-experimental research techniques with one group pre-test post-test design. The method of data collection in the study used an observation instrument. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who had not optimal social-emotional development. The results showed that the socio-emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU increased after being given treatment with group games. Based on the results of the average pre-test and post-test, there is an average difference of 0.74 which defines that group games are effective for improving the social emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecanduan gawai pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek 300 mahasiswa semester 5 dari 18 jurusan yang ada di FKIP. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Formulir dengan perolehan data dari setiap aspek, yaitu pada aspek Inability to control craving diperoleh sebesar 56% dengan kategori rendah. Anxiety and feeling lost diperoleh sebesar 79% dengan kategori tinggi. Pada aspek Withdrawal and escape diperoleh sebesar 42% dengan kategori sedang. Dan pada aspek Productivity loss diperoleh sebesar 53% dengan kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : Nomophobia, Gawai, Mahasiswa

Abstract

College students are in a transition period from late adolescence to adulthood or called early adulthood. Unstable early adulthood can cause emotional tension, especially for thesis writing college students. Coping strategy that focuses on emotion or emotion focused coping is one of the treatments that can reduce college student stress when compiling a thesis. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of Emotional Focused Coping in college students who are preparing a thesis. The reason for doing this research is as a source of information for lecturers, counselors or college students to provide mentoring activities in order to prevent stress on college students in the preparation of the thesis. And can provide some counseling services for college students who are experiencing stress in the preparation of the thesis. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Based on the results of research that has been done, the description of emotional focused coping on Guidance and Counseling Untirta students at most tends to be quite good at 72% or as many as 64 college students from 89 college student samples. 27% or 24 college students were in the good category of emotional focused coping and 1% or 1 college student was in the bad category. Abstract

This study aims to develop guidebook for implementing group counseling using the token economy approach in order to improve student engagement behavior for junior high school. The type of research used is research and development with research and development (R & D) Borg & Gall methods simplified by the Puslitjaknov Team (2008) which consists of conducting product analysis to be developed, developing initial products, expert validation and revision, trial small-scale field trials and revisions, large-scale field trials and final products. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling by using purposive sampling. The number of samples that will be involved in this study are 20 students. This research is about product development in the form of a guidebook contains information about group counseling using the token economy approach in order to improve student engagement behavior. To evaluate the product to be made, the researcher uses an evaluation model of alpha test and beta test. By asking material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the product as a way to evaluate, this is called an alpha test. The beta test is a form of product feasibility test based on the prospective user's assessment of the product being developed. After the product was tested for feasibility by material and media experts, then after being tested by students, whether the product developed was feasible or not, to get the results the researcher analyzed the data that had been obtained using the eligibility criteria according to Arikunto (2009). In the product feasibility test, it was found that the results of the material expert test were 75,72%, the media expert test results were 74,29% and the user response test results were 78,58%. So from the results of the feasibility test and the respondent's trial, it was found that the product that the researcher developed in the form of guidebook was considered “feasible”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa kartu permainan untuk mengembangkan pemahaman seks pada remaja perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ahli terkait pengembangan media, praktisi pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dan 10 orang siswa perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, lembar validasi ahli dan praktisi dan lembar kelayakan produk. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji kelayakan pakar menghasilkan skor 48 (96% dari total skor) sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji kelayakan praktisi mengasilkan skor 43 (95% dari total skor) sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji kelayakan dari pengguna menghasilkan skor sebesar 90% pada aspek kelayakan materi, 89% pada aspek penyajian media dan 92% pada aspek kelayakan bahasa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu untuk mengembangkan pemahaman seks pada remaja perempuan sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

One of the important materials for guidance and counseling students to learn in the Adult Age Characteristics and Competencies course is the understanding of personality theory in adulthood.  One of the personality theory figures, Sigmund Freud, is the initiator of the Psychoanalytic theory, which is a theory that seeks to explain the nature and development of the human personality.  Students who are already in the early adult age category, namely the age of 18 years and over, can also understand more about each other's personality by studying personality theory more deeply.  The personality theory expressed by Sigmund Freud is also mandatory for students to study because it has implications for the field of education.  Based on this, it is important for students who teach the Characteristics and Competencies of Adult Age courses to know more clearly about the description of personality understanding based on the Psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud.  The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a non-test instrument, namely interviews.  Interviews were conducted with 5 students at 3rd semester majoring in Guidance and Counseling FKIP Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University

Abstract

The background of this study is based on an interview and when a preliminary study was done by the researcher, the results found that there are still occurred low learning interest by some student in class X student of SMA Negri 1 Baros kabupaten serang academic year 2021/2022). The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with homeroom technique to upgrade the student learning interest. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. The subject research consists of 8 students with low learning interest category. The method of data selection got by questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the average value before treatment/pre-test is 38 with 34% presentations and the average value after treatment/post-test is 81 with 82% percentations. Based on pre-test and post-test results, obtained an average gain score of 44, its definite that the homeroom technique is effective to upgrade student learning interest to class X students of SMA Negri 1 Baros kabupaten serang academic year 2021/2022.
