Abstract

As a provision during the school period, it is important to introduce literacy to pre-school children. Community Reading Park (TBM) is one of the facilities that facilitate pre-school children in recognizing literacy. In this regard, it is important to explore how TBM introduces literacy to pre-school children. For this reason, this study discusses the role of the Bilik Urang community reading garden in introducing basic literacy to early childhood children in Cigadung Village, the majority of whom have low incomes. This study used a qualitative approach where data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. This study aims to describe the role of TBM Bilik Urang in introducing basic literacy to pre-school children and how volunteers manage the Bilik Urang Community Reading Park and implement basic literacy teaching strategies. The results of this study indicate that 1) the existence of TBM Bilik Urang helps introduce literacy to pre-school children, especially those from low-income families, 2) TBM Bilik Urang volunteers have a role in introducing literacy to children through planned strategies and activities. Abstract

Perilaku disiplin sangat perlu dilatih dan dibiasakan dalam aktifitas sehari-hari, karena dengan berdisiplin individu akan benar-benar terlatih dan dapat merasakan hidup berarti dan teratur, dengan berdisiplin individu juga akan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari orang disekitarnya, hal ini akan menumbuhkan rasa kepuasan dan kebahagiaan bagi individu tersebut. Manajemen pengasuhan yang tepat diperlukan untuk melatih dan membiasakan perilaku disiplin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang di mulai dari kehidupan keluarga. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan manajemen pengasuhan dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku disiplin anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional, di mana penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara manajemen pengasuhan dengan perilaku disiplin anak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket, sedangkan penelitian mengambil lokasi di SMAN 1 Cilegon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara manajemen pengasuhan dengan perilaku disiplin anak, di mana anak yang mendapat pengasuhan dengan penuh kasih sayang, pemberian bimbingan dan arahan menunjukkan perilaku disiplin yang tinggi. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang mendapat pengasuhan demokratis menunjukkan perilaku disiplin yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan anak-anak dengan pengasuhan otoritatif dan permisif. ABSTRACTDisciplined behavior needs to be trained and accustomed to daily activities, because with disciplined individuals will be truly trained and can feel a meaningful and orderly life, with disciplined individuals will also gain the trust of those around them, this will foster a sense of satisfaction and happiness for those around them. the individual. Proper parenting management is needed to train and familiarize disciplined behavior in everyday life starting from family life. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting management and its impact on children's disciplinary behavior. The research method used is correlational research, where the research is intended to determine whether or not there is a relationship between parenting management and child discipline behavior. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the research took place at SMAN 1 Cilegon. The results showed that there was a relationship between parenting management and child discipline behavior, where children who were cared for with love, guidance, and direction showed high disciplinary behavior. Research also shows that children who receive democratic parenting exhibit better-disciplined behavior than children who receive authoritative and permissive parenting.

Abstract

Character education is a central issue for the education process that is carried out at all levels of education. One result of character education is empathy. Based on the results of ITP and observations of research conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 7 Serang in 2019/2020, those were all students who had low empathy. The purpose of this research is to study group guidance with sociodrama techniques to increase empathy. This study used a pre-experimental research technique with one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection methods used an empathy questionnaire. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who had low empathy. The results showed that the empathy profile of students obtained a percentage of low category 4%, medium category 81% and high category 15%. While the average in the pre-test was 44.25, while the post-test was 72.12. Based on the results of the average pre-test and post-test there is a difference of an average of 27.87 which provides group guidance with effective sociodrama techniques to improve the class of students in SMP Negeri 7 Serang City 2019/2020. Keywords: Education, Empathy, Sociodrama

Abstract

Pengalihan pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet dan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran yang mendukung tentu memerlukan berbagai keterampilan, keahlian, komitmen, dan regulasi diri yang baik sehingga guru memiliki kesiapan untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di sekolah yang berada di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Provinsi Banten, dan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 257 orang, dan akan dipilih secara convenience. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap responden penelitian, hanya 14.78% responden penelitian yang siap menyelenggarakan pembelajaran secara daring. Sementara itu, 70,42% responden merasa kurang siap, dan sisanya 14,39% merasa tidak siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

One year after the Tsunami Selat Sunda disaster, there were still victims who were traumatized. This study aims to describe the implementation of play therapy for students affected by the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. This research method is descriptive, that will dscribe how to do play therapy for traumatized students. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that there are still students who experience physical, emotional, and habitual disorders. Play therapy activities carried out in three stages, namely initiation, outdoor activities, and indoor activities. The final results show that after participating in play therapy activities students begin to feel more comfortable because they can pour out their fears. Students also begin to reduce anxiety and fear.

Abstract

Media memiliki peran penting dalam pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media bimbingan dan konseling dalam bentuk modul tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan. Tujuannya untuk membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan informasi, serta menarik minat siswa belajar tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) model Borg & Gall. Model Borg & Gall di sederhanakan menjadi tujuh tahap yaitu, potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk awal. Uji validasi modul dilakukan oleh satu orang ahli media dan satu orang ahli materi. Sementara, untuk uji coba produk dilakukan kepada 30 siswa sebagai calon pengguna modul. Hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan mencapai 81% oleh ahli materi, 83% oleh ahli media, dan 89%  oleh siswa. Berdasarkan uji validasi dan produk yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul bimbingan dan konseling kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan layak diimplementasikan kepada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the narcissistic behavior of grade VIII students and to design a group counseling program as an effort to prevent and reduce narcissistic behavior. This type of research is descriptive research. The sampling technique was carried out by using a random sampling technique, with a sample of 181 grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Kota Serang. Research on narcissistic behavior is seen from eight aspects, namely feelings of grandeur and self-interest, filled with fantasy, expressive need to be admired, exploiting interpersonal relationships, lack of empathy, feeling jealous, behaving arrogantly and arrogantly, and feeling special and special individuals . The data collection technique used the distribution of research instruments in the form of questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of narcissistic grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Serang City was in the low category with a percentage of 13%, the medium category with a percentage of 76%, and the high category with a percentage of 11%. After knowing the narcissistic picture, then designing a program is made based on the research results obtaine.

Abstract

This study aims to answer whether the application of group games can improve children's social emotional development. This study uses pre-experimental research techniques with one group pre-test post-test design. The method of data collection in the study used an observation instrument. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who had not optimal social-emotional development. The results showed that the socio-emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU increased after being given treatment with group games. Based on the results of the average pre-test and post-test, there is an average difference of 0.74 which defines that group games are effective for improving the social emotional development of children in TKQ MALNU.

Abstract

This article aims to 1) examine youth career resilience as an important competency to face the year 2045; 2) assess the urgency of developing career resilience through guidance and counseling as an effort to prepare adolescents to become the golden generation of 2045. From the results of the study, it is known that 1) the golden generation of 2045 who has high career resilience will be able to face a borderless society, global urbanization, and international trade; 2) Through guidance and counseling services, career resilience can be developed from the age of adolescent development, with focus on developing career resilience attributes.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tentang jenis-jenis Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, cara mengidentifikasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, dan Pelaksanaan Asesmen untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus.” Alternatif penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui proses pendampingan secara intensif kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang jenis-jenis Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, cara mengidentifikasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, dan Pelaksanaan Asesmen untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode pra- eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara umum kategori pemahaman guru BK tentang jenis-jenis, identifikasi, dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khusus berada pada kategori sedang. (2) modul intervensi bimbingan teknis idenfitikasi dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khusus dirancang sebagai panduan dalam pelaksanaan sesi intervensi yang dirancang dalam 3 (tiga) rangkaian sesi. (3) bimbingan teknis identifikasi dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khsusus efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru BK tentang (1) jenis-jenis anak berkebutuhan khsusus, (2) identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khsusus, dan (3) asesmen untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Technical guidance on identification and learning assessment of children with special needs guidance and counselling teachers Abstract: The research is motivated by the problem of the lack of understanding of guidance and counseling teachers in schools about the types of Children with Special Needs, how to identify Children with Special Needs, and Implementation of Assessment for Children with Special Needs.” Alternative solutions to these problems are through an intensive mentoring process for guidance and counseling teachers to increase understanding of the types of Children with Special Needs, how to identify Children with Special Needs, and Implementation of Assessment for Children with Special Needs. The research was conducted using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the research show (1) that in general the category of BK teacher's understanding of the types, identification, and assessment of children with special needs is in the medium category. (2) the intervention module for technical guidance on the identification and assessment of children with special needs is designed as a guide in the implementation of intervention sessions which are designed in 3 (three) series of sessions. (3) technical guidance on the identification and assessment of children with special needs is effective in increasing the understanding of BK teachers about (1) types of children with special needs, (2) identification of children with special needs, and (3) assessment of children with special needs.
