Abstract

This Research was motivated by the problem low self-confidence at grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the profile of self-confidence and determine the effectiveness of role playing technique to improveself confidence at the eight grade students. Role playing technique used included group guidance. The type of research use pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Population of this research is student grade eight with agestwelve to fourteen. Sample of this research is six student include of low self-confidence category with purposive sampling. This research use questionnaire has tested for content validity an there were 53 valid items out of the original 92 items. The results showed that the students' self-confidence profile obtained a 9% low category group percentage, 63% medium category, and 28% high category. The use of the effectiveness of role playing technique to improve student self-confidence was evidenced in the results of the t test, which was a significance value was lower than 5% (p = 0.01 < 0.05). Average in pre-test is 18.33 while in the post-test is 29.50 which mean there is an improvement in self-confidence at the grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year after given role playing technique.Keywords: Self-Confidence, Group Counseling, Role Playing Technique

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the benefits of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) to increased the learning concentration of students at MIN 1 elementary school in Mersi Village, East Purwokerto. This research used a direct survey qualitative method and literature study. Based on the results research, it shows that administration of DMT to elementary students helped in: (1) increased integration of cognition, affection, and physical experience; (2) expressions of competence; (3) increase self-awareness; (4) as a form of coping in an effort to overcome the problem of pressure/stress, mood, emotion; (5) helping to improve self-efficacy (6) DMT is a form of social support. When cognitive integration, affection, self-awareness and happy conditions are achieved, students can improve their concentration in the learning process. The results can be used as a strong basis for the importance of providing DMT therapy in schools of students to assist in the process of improving the results of the learning process. Keywords: dance movement therapy (DMT)

Abstract

Penelitian didasari adanya fenomena siswa yang belum memahami potensi dan minat karir sehingga tidak mengetahui arah karir selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas tes minat karir John L. Holland untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa kelas XII IPA di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pra eksperimen dengan one-group pre-test post-test design. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test kematangan karir siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 5 Kota Serang, analisis perhitungannya menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Significance < dari 0,05 yaitu 0,012 < 0,05 maka hipotesis di terima. Sehingga bimbingan kelompok berbasis tes minat karir John L. Holland efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya siswa tentang dampak negatif pada pornografi terutama pada siswa SMP. Pornografi saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dilingkungan masyarakat terkhusus pada anak pelajar SMP. Berbagai konten yang terdapat didalam materi pornografi saat ini sangat mudah untuk dikakses oleh remaja. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan buku panduan dengan teknik cinema therapy tentang dampak negatif pornografi, serta kelayakan buku panduan sebagai layanan informasi tentang dampak negatif pornografi kepada siswa SMP. Metode yang terdapat didalam penelitian ini yaitu Reserch and Development (R&D) Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE, yang dimana terdapat lima tahapan yaitu, Analisis (analaysis), Desain (design), Pengembangan (development), Implementasi (implementation), dan Evaluasi (evaluation). Tetapi penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai dengan pengembangan atau development. Hasil yang didapat dari uji kelayakan produk buku panduan dalam ahli materi mendapatkan persentase dengan rata-rata 85% termasuk kedalam kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil dari ahli media mendapat 87% termasuk kedalam kategori sangat layak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy tentang dapat negatif pornografi sangat layak untuk digunakan oleh Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling atau dapat diuji cobakan.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to develop a website-based learning media that is useful in the use of guidance implementation and makes it easier for students to get information about careers easily. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were selected through sampling on students using a purposive technique which in the end obtained students who matched the needs of the sample, namely the lack of students in understanding careers. Data analysis used quantitative data analysis which was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research that have been carried out have received an assessment of 95.4% from material experts and 98.4% from media experts. In the pretest, 9 students were obtained, then the treatment and posttest were carried out afterwards, the average result was a 28% increase in career understanding. It can be concluded that website-based learning media regarding career information can help students in increasing students' career understanding

Abstract

The research was motivated by the existence of career planning problems for students at SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The purpose of the study was to see the level of student career planning during the covid-19 pandemic, then to design a program to improve student career planning, especially students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City with a research sample of 205 students. The data collection technique used is by spreading the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 31 valid items, the reliability value obtained is 824. While the technical analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of career planning during the covid-19 pandemic experienced by class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Serang City was in the medium category with a percentage of 82%. Then the program design is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the buzz group technique to increase students learning motivation. This is expected to contribute to being able to provide appropriate treatment so that students can increase their learning motivation. This research was conducted at SMA Nur El Falah with a target population of class XI SMA for the academic year 2021/2022. The population requirements determined are students of class XI SMA Nur El Falah for the academic year 2021/2022 who are indicated to have low learning motivation and are committed or willing to take treatment. The number of respondents obtained as many as 8 students with the purposive sampling technique which was revealed from the distribution of learning motivation questionnaires consisting of aspects of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation with a reliability of 0.866. The method used is a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The average value of the pre-test obtained by the experimental group was 48.80%. After being given treatment, it increased by 28.5% to 77.30%. In the experimental group, the results of the non-parametric difference test with the Wilcoxon formula showed sig. (2- tailed ) 0.011 significance level [α = 0.05] then Sig. (2- tailed ) > 0.05 which means the effectiveness of the buzz group technique to increase students learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was motivated by the problem of student academic stress at the Cilegon City Children's Forum. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of academic stress and its implications in the counseling program at the Cilegon City Children's Forum, based on indicators of physiological, psychological and attitude aspects. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a population of 52 students at the Cilegon City Children's Forum and a sample of 46 people selected by simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used an academic stress questionnaire that had been tested for content validity and found 32 out of 38 valid items. The results of the study were in the low category with a percentage of 34.78% overall, while based on the physiological aspect it was in the very low category with a percentage of 57% experienced by 26 students, for psychological indicators it was in the very low category with a percentage of 41% experienced by 19 students. students and the attitude indicator is in the low category with a percentage of 39% experienced by 18 students from a total of 46 respondents in this study.Abstrak: Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan stres akademik siswa pada Forum Anak Kota Cilegon. Tujuan Penelitan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres akademik dan implikasinya dalam program bimbingan konseling pada forum anak kota cilegon, berdasarkan indikator aspek fisiologis, psikologis dan sikap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa pada Forum Anak Kota Cilegon sebanyak 52 orang siswa dan sampel 46 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket stres akademik yang telah di uji validitas isi dan di dapat item valid 32 dari 38 item. Hasil penelitian berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 34,78% secara keseluruhan, adapun berdasarkan aspek fisiologis berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase 57% yang dialami oleh 26 siswa, untuk indikator psikologis berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase 41% yang dialami oleh 19 orang siswa dan untuk indikator sikap berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 39% yang dialami oleh 18 orang siswa dari total 46 respoonden pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Masa remaja melambangkan bagian peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa, ditandai oleh percepatan pertumbuhan fisik, mental, emosional, dan sosial. Masa remaja adalah masa dimana sedang menggali identitas diri, cenderung mengikuti trend, masih labil, dan sangat mudah dipengaruhi oleh teman sebaya. Pengaruh yang dihadapi oleh remaja tidak hanya pengaruh positif, namun ada pula pengaruh negatif, salah satunya yaitu pengaruh untuk merokok. Perilaku merokok adalah salah satu bentuk perilaku yang negatif dimana seorang remaja dapat mengalami kecanduan apabila tidak dihentikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran perilaku merokok siswa MTs Nurul Haq serta membuat rancangan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mencegah perilaku merokok siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sample menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 139 siswa. Penelitian  perilaku merokok berdasarkan 4 indikator menurut Leventhal dan Cleary, yaitu tahap preparatory, intiation, becoming a smoker dan maintance of smoking. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, pengebaran angket dilakukan menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebabnyak 68% siswa berada pada kategori sedang yang berarti bahwa perlu ditingkatkan kembali pemahaman siswa mengenai bahaya merokok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and self-adjustment in class X MAN 1 Kota Serang. The subjects of this study were 74 students of class X MAN 1 Kota Serang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Analysis of the data used using regression and correlation analysis. Correlation test results obtained R = 0.498, p = (p < 0.05). In this case, it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable has a significant positive relationship with self-adjustment. The influence of interpersonal communication on self-adjustment can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R= 0.248) indicating the effective contribution given by the interpersonal communication variable to self-adjustment is 24.8% and the remaining 75.2% is influenced by external factors in the study
