Abstract

This study aimed to compare the traditional markets and modern markets in term of the layout and quality of service. The result of this study will be useful for governments and agencies involved in the development of traditional markets, and can make improvements in terms of the layout and quality of service.

Abstract

Indonesia has entered a new phase with partners in the neighboring countriesm especially ASEAN members, namely ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on December 31, 2015. One of the main pillars of AEC is free flow of goods, trade in goods in 2015 is conducted Tarifff (CEOT) that hace prevously been appliaed when the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA), namely gradual tarifff reduction made for certain types of goods carried in the timeframe that has been agreed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji periklanan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan hasil penjualan produk selama periode waktu tertentu. Periklanan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dilakukan melalui media massa seperti televisi, surat kabar dan radio, disamping perusahaan melakukan promo dengan memperkenalkan produk dengan harga yang terjangkau. Penelitian terhadap periklanan yang dilakukan perusahaan menggunakan konsumen yang menggunakan produk kartu Esia sebagai responden, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan konsumen terhadap produk yang diluncurkan perusahaan. Hasil penjualan produk dianalisis dengan menggunakan time series untuk mengetahui perkiraan permintaan untuk periode berikutnya. Kata kunci : periklanan, volume penjualan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana mahasiswa dapat terlibat secara aktid di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok berbasis pembelajaran koorpertaif model learning together, dan juga untuk mengetahui sejauh mana mahasiswa dapat mengemukakan pendapat dan memberikan tanggapan terhadap pendapat teman kelasnya secara komunikatif dengan menggunakan metide kelompok berbasis pembelajaran kooperatif model learning together.

Abstract

This study aims to provide input and an effective way for SMEs in order to have a competitive advantage, especially in the face of the MEA, it is necessary for the existence of a strategy to create competitive advantage in the era of MEA. Many strategies to create competitive advantage and one of them is Porter's Five Forces. This study uses research and development. Respondents in this study is small and medium businesses (SMEs) in the district of Deli Serdang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews / structured interviews and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the model of five forces porter that include competition among similar companies, the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, bargaining power of buyers and bargaining power of suppliers is still included in the category enough or moderate, it indicates the presence of obstacles or problems faced by SMEs in Regency Deli Serdang.Disamping five forces  model  of porter,  the addition  of the supporting indicators of the ability of innovation and technology as well as the government's attention is also included in the category enough or moderate, it indicates that the supporting indicators are still facing obstacles or problems.Keywords: Porter's Five Force, SMEs, MEA
