Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat diartikan sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan dan menciptakan keadaan masyarakat yang mau, mampu, dan sadar untuk mengatasi, melindungi, memelihara, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Sementara itu desain konsep desa wisata merupakan gambaran tentang rancangan bentuk suatu wisata pada suatu desa yang menunjukkan keunikannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini membantu masyarakat desa untuk menemukan embrio Desa Wisata. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah konsep wisata “Taman Jambu” yang bertema wisata alam edukatif. Dalam taman jambu ini terdapat wisata Petik Jambu dimana pengunjung bisa memetik buah jambu secara langsung dan fresh dari pohonnya secara langsung. Selain itu juga terdapat playground untuk anak-anak bermain yang terletak di belakang gazebo sehingga berhadapan langsung dengan kolam ikan koi untuk menambah kesan estetikanya. Dari hasil evaluasi dari pembuatan desain konsep desa wisata Taman Jambu di Desa Ngingit masih diperlukan lokasi yang lebih menjanjikan sehingga dalam implementasi tidak terkendala hak milik tanah. Selain itu sosialisasi secara berkesinambungan sangat diperlukan bagi warga Desa Ngingit, dan pengembangan masih diperlukan. Abstract: Community empowerment can be interpreted as an effort to grow and create conditions for people who are willing, able, and aware to overcome, protect, maintain, and improve their welfare. Meanwhile, the design of the tourism village concept is a description of the design of a tour in a village that shows its uniqueness. The purpose of this activity is to help the village community to find the embryo of the Tourism Village. The result of this activity is the concept of "Garden Guava" tourism with the theme of educative nature tourism. In this guava garden there is a guava picking tour where visitors can pick guava fruit directly and fresh from the tree directly. In addition, there is also a playground for children to play which is located behind the gazebo so that it is directly opposite the koi fish pond to add to its aesthetic impression. From the results of the evaluation of the design of the Taman Jambu tourist village concept in Ngingit Village, a more promising location is still needed so that the implementation is not constrained by land ownership rights. In addition, continuous socialization is very much needed for Ngingit Village residents, and development is still needed.

Abstract

Anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sejak masa konsepsi hingga berakhirnya masa remaja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor pasca persalinan termasuk lingkungan pengasuhan. Kader kesehatan merupakan anggota dari masyarakat yang dipilih dan dilatih untuk membantu mengamati masalah kesehatan perorangan di masyarakat dan merupakan bentuk pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia di masyarakat dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan. Secara khusus kader balita perlu diberi edukasi dan pelatihan secara berkala mengenai ilmu tentang kesehatan anak. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi diadakannya program kerja “Edukasi Perkembangan Motorik Kasar dan Halus Pada Anak” di Desa Ngingit Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka-Membangun Desa (MBKM-MD) Universitas Negeri Malang. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kader balita Desa Ngingit dan sebagai forum bagi mereka untuk saling bertukar pikiran secara komprehensif. Hal tersebut terlihat dari antusiasme dan keaktifan kader balita dalam pelaksanaan edukasi perkembangan motorik anak ini. Saran yang didapat yakni kegiatan edukasi perlu dilaksanakan secara kontinyu serta dikembangkan dengan menambahkan kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan praktik yang dapat dilakukan bisa berupa pelatihan pengisian Kuesioner Pra-Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP) atau pelatihan pembuatan mainan stimulasi motorik anak.

Abstract

Recent development of technology undeniably and rapidly goes into orbit. Internet technology turns out to be a media to simplify anyone's work. Along with its developments and the service industry revolutions, a new breakthrough has emerged, namely smartphone app-based ride-hailing services. This eliminates the problems existing in conventional services, such as the difficulty of finding rates, uncertain rates and passenger safety guarantee. This study aims to describe the fraud committed by the Grab drivers and its impact for the drivers and Grab, and how to overcome it. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The object of this research is Grab drivers in Malang. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, Application screenshots, and news items. The results of this study indicate that there are some frauds committed by Grab drivers such as (1) fictitious orders, (2) account sales, (3) account leases. To anticipate it, Grab has initiated a program namely "Grab Lawan Opik". One of Grabs internal controls is the selfie verification used to reduce account sales and leases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference of Trading Volume Activity that exceed before and after the determination of tax amnesty policy and to figure out the existence of abnormal return formed before and after the determination of the tax amnesty. This study uses the Events Study method with 100 days observation for the estimation period and 15 days for event period. The study used a group of perception banks that listed in BEI in 2016 period as population and 22 selected stocks to be sampled by using saturated sampling method. During the observation period, positive and negative abnormal returns with fluctuating movements were formed. Trading Volume Activity changes between before and after-tax amnesty policy. From these two results, it can be concluded that there was leakage of information before the event published that indicates the form of market efficiency of Indonesia is half strong (semistrong form). Further research is suggested to use the calculation method and time period different from this research in order to obtain more accurate results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of fraud for internal auditors and what they experience in detecting it. This is a qualitative research using interpretive paradigm with phenomenological methods. The data of this study are the results of observations and interviews with internal auditors in a state-owned company in East Java, and internal audit charter documentations. Based on the results of the interview, four conclusions from the research results are drawn. First, internal auditors literally interpret fraud and as an occupational task focusing on the internal control. Second, fraud detection is more accurately described as fraud potential detection, in which they can find redflag or fraud indication during the inspection with Risk Based Internal Audit method. Legitimacy Theory is the basis when the auditors have gained legitimacy from fraud meaning and detection, since it is in accordance with their roles, activities and competencies in carrying it out.

Abstract

Purpose – This article presents a community service initiative focused on enhancing financial management at SADE Arch Design & Building Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the implementation of a unique financial management application. Design/methodology/approach – The service activities spanned four stages: conducting Focus Group Discussions, developing the application, introducing it to partners, and evaluating its usage. The approach involved delivering both the developed financial management application and comprehensive training to the SADE Arch Design & Building MSMEs. Findings – The result of this service activity is the establishment of a financial management application equipped with various features that help SADE Arch Design & Building in preparing financial reports more easily and improve their financial management skills. In addition, this activity also helps SADE Arch Design & Building in improving financial understanding, practical application, measuring performance, strategic planning, and legal compliance. Originality/value – This service activity has a positive impact on improving the financial literacy of MSMEs, especially SADE Arch Design & Building, through the development of Microsoft Excel-based financial management applications. With the application of technology and innovative approaches, this activity has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of financial reports, providing concrete solutions to traditional constraints in MSME financial management. is a solution to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in Malang City.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology is a new challenge in the world of education, including in the field of sharia accounting. Islamic accounting courses pose challenges for students in public universities due to the dense content and unique requirements of Islamic economics. This study analyzes the need for digital learning media to support effective and timely learning of Islamic accounting. Subjects involved include lecturers and students in Indonesia, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results indicate a demand for digital textbooks that facilitate self-study, covering Islamic transactions and financial reporting in one semester. These textbooks should include case studies that reflect real-world conditions and links to instructional videos to enhance understanding of Islamic financial transactions and reporting.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada Mahasiswa tentang peraturan perpajakan dengan sistem Tarif Efektif Rata-Rata (TER) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. %58 Tahun 2023 beserta implementasinya, serta upaya untuk menciptakan generasi yang memiliki daya saing yang baik. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan program sosialisasi dan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pentingnya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang peraturan perpajakan dengan sistem tarif Efektif Rata-Rata (TER) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 58 Tahun 2023 beserta implementasinya, dengan penyampaian yang menyenangkan, dan memberikan panduan praktis dalam perhitungannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi tiga tahapan kegiatan yang saling berkaitan untuk menjamin pencapaian hasil yang maksimal, yaitu: (1) need assesment dan komunikasi mengenai kesediaan mitra untuk bekerjasama memberikan pelatihan; (2) penyampaian materi dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab yang menyenangkan; (3) melaksanakan latihan sesuai materi yang diberikan. Hasil dari Program ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang peraturan perpajakan dan implementasi dari sistem Tarif Efektif Rata-Rata (TER) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 58 Tahun 2023. Peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mahasiswa ini, mampu menjadi indikator dalam menciptakan generasi yang memiliki daya saing yang baik.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Di era modern ini, literasi keuangan menjadi keterampilan penting yang perlu dikuasai sejak dini. Pemahaman yang baik tentang cara mengelola uang, menabung, dan berinvestasi dapat membantu anak-anak membangun masa depan yang lebih stabil dan sejahtera. Namun, banyak anak yang masih kurang mendapatkan edukasi keuangan yang efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa sekolah dasar sebagai landasan pendidikan yang bermutu, sehingga dapat membentuk perilaku keuangan yang bijak dan mandiri di masa mendatang. Metode: Analisis masalah, merancang produk, membuat produk, dan implementasi. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pemahaman anak terhadap pentingnya merencanakan pengeluaran dan mengelola pendapatan, memahami besar untung atau rugi usaha, dan mulai terbentuk mindset tentang pentingnya mendahulukan menabung. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah untuk mendukung pendidikan yang bermutu dan pembentukan karakter sejak dini.

Abstract

Technological advances in the Society 2.0 era require educators to be able to create learning media that is integrated with digital technology. Observations and interviews at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang revealed that there were several problems faced, especially in the Accounting subject, including a lack of variety in learning media, Cost Accounting material which was classified as difficult causing students to be unmotivated to learn, and the tendency of students to play with gadgets when learning taking place. This research aims to develop "AKUBI: Akuntansi Biaya", a gamification-based learning media, and measure its effectiveness on learning motivation. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results of the validation test by experts (media experts, programming experts and material experts) obtained a percentage of 92.10% in the very feasible category and the student response to the media was 90,86% which was categorized as very feasible. The n-gain measurement results show an increase in learning motivation of 0.58 (medium category) and 57.84%, which means that gamification media is quite effective in increasing learning motivation. Thus, the "AKUBI" media is very suitable for use in Cost Accounting lessons and is able to provide new learning experiences, increase motivation, and make it easier to understand difficult material.
