Abstract

Aplikasi Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) merupakan satu-satunya acuan data yang digunakan pemerintah sebagai pusat data pendidikan nasional dan terus akan berkembang dan untuk mencapai hasil maksimal yang akan dirasakan oleh operator sekolah. Dalam layanan sistem informasi Dapodik masih terdapat masalah dan keluhan oleh operator sekolah seperti sulitnya menyampaikan keluhan. Dengan itu untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlu dilakuakn pengukuran kualitas layanan Dapodik menggunakan e-servqual yang berfokus pada lima dimensi, yaitu Efisiency, Reliability, Responsivness, Fulfillment dan Contact. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas layanan sistem informasi Dapodik dan mengetahui atribut mana yang mendapatkan prioritas utama dalam perbaikan. Sample yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kualitas layanan berjumlah 95 orang yang merupakan operator sekolah yang menggunakan layanan sistem informasi Dapodik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara, studi pustaka dan membagikan kuisioner kenyataan dan harapan berdasarkan metode e-servqual kepada operator sekolah. Berdasarkan pengukuran tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai kesenjagan (gap) terendah (0.05) pada variabel F2 dan nilai paling tinggi pada variabel R4 (-0.41).

Abstract

Sales of sandal products at Home Industry Dlioshoes are often faced with the problem of insufficient product inventory. This research aims to build a web-based sales information system by applying the Apriori algorithm to analyze purchasing patterns and predict product inventory needs. By utilizing sales transaction data, this system can identify product combinations that distributors often buy together. By implementing the Apriori Algorithm, it can help industry owners in making decisions regarding product inventory and can predict sales in the next period, thereby reducing the risk of product excess or shortage. The research results show that the types or models of sandals that are most popular with distributors are Heels, Flat Shoes, Mules, Ballet Shoes, High Heels, Ankle Strap and Pumps. With the highest Support value of 42% and Confidence value of 71.18%.

Abstract

With rapid technological advancements, information systems have evolved significantly from mere data processing tools to integrated solutions that support decision-making and strategic management. The implementation of technologies such as cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence has further enriched the functions and capabilities of information sys-tems. Additionally, the development of information systems includes more intuitive user inter-faces, mobility, and connectivity that allow quick and easy access to information. In the workplace, one of the problems employees face is performance evaluations that are not objective and transparent. Therefore, companies need to conduct performance appraisals that can motivate employees to achieve rewards for their work. Based on these issues, the development of an em-ployee performance monitoring and reporting information system is needed to help companies manage employee evaluations objectively and transparently. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as a provider of social security programs in Indonesia, offers protection against employment risks. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan, in particular, plays an important role in providing social protection to workers and their families, creating a safer work environment, and contributing to national economic stability. Employee performance appraisals are conducted using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method based on four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The software development follows the waterfall method, with system design modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The research results in an employee per-formance monitoring and reporting information system that facilitates companies in managing reporting and performance appraisals because the system implements calculations according to the BSC evaluation method.
