Abstract

BPJS is one of the government policies in the health sector. This BPJS program established by the government is used as one of the solutions to solve problems related to health problems that arise. This study aims to find out more about the experience of nurses in providing services with the BPJS system. This research was conducted descriptively Qualitative research using a phenomenological approach was carried out on 20 to 27 November 2019. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews with nurses working in Malang Hospital and analyzed the data analysis process with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The population of this study was 5 respondents. The method of selecting participants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Age of respondents 30 to 45 years. The results found 3 themes, namely: service incentives, satisfaction and service. Conclusion: One of the services involved in the BPJS program is Nurse. those in conducting services have the right to service incentives, because that has several obstacles that create dissatisfaction. Health workers already have maximum performance. This research is expected in the future can be the basis for making decisions for awarding and better service systems. Further research recommendations are about nurse satisfaction with services.

Abstract

One of the programs that can protect the community from COVID-19 is vaccination. Vaccination is an effective approach to prevent infection and reduce mortality. This study was conducted to determine the perception of acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine among public health students as potential health workers in the future. This is a mixed-method study with 140 respondents of public health students. The data were analyzed using a non-parametric binomial test. The results of this study Statistics prove that as prospective health workers, the public health student has a good level of acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine (p-value 0.002). However, several indicators still make students doubt the COVID-19 vaccine, including the effectiveness of the vaccine (p-value 0.006), information circulating (p-value 0,041), and the mandate from the government (p-value 0,041). Conclusion this research is the government must provide information on the effectiveness of the vaccine to the entire community so that the COVID-19 vaccine can be accepted by the public health worker to be and the public community.

Abstract

Health insurance from the government, known as Askes, was renamed BPJS. One of the residents of Indonesia are students who take part in the program. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of students becoming users of health insurance. Method This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological design, data obtained through in-depth interviews. Stages of analysis Data obtained by in-depth interviews can be analyzed the process of data analysis with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The study population was 15 nursing student respondents. The results showed that there were 8 themes: 1) Health Insurance Services 2) Welfare 3) Hospital Costs 4) Social Health Insurance 5) Economic Problems 6) Time 7) Increase 8) Pain. The conclusion of this study is that students consider that current health services were not good, for example long waiting times and health insurance have an influence on welfare and the economy.

Abstract

Hospital is one of the public facilities used by the Indonesian people in the health sector. A hospital is a health service institution that conducts complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. This research was conducted descriptively Qualitative research using a phenomenological approach was conducted in November 25 to 29 November 2019. data were obtained through in-depth interviews. Stages of analysis Data obtained by in-depth interviews can be analyzed the process of data analysis with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The population of this study was 11 respondents. The method of selecting participants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Age of respondents 25-50 years. The results found 7 themes, namely: Distance, BPJS Class, Rates, services, Doctors, Diseases, Facilities. Conclusion: In Hospital Selection the distance is a major factor in the selection of Hospitals. The next factor is BPJS or health insurance which is owned by each individual in the selection of hospitals because it will be related to tariffs. hospitals that affect the expenditure of individuals who are sick.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) infection spread rapidly to more than 114 countries. Covid-19 spreading has a tremendous effect socially and economically, Indonesia included. Indonesian Government was issuing regulations about Technical Claim Instructions for anticipation. This Technical Claim Instruction was regulated on Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan (KMK) No HK 01.07/Menkes/238/2020, then renewed on KMK No HK.01.07/Menkes/446/2020. The purpose of this research is to analyze budget efficiency related to the change of Covid-19 hospitalization claim regulation. The research was done retrospectively, using secondary data such as claims and patient's medical records. Research conducted in October 2020 on X Hospital. The research sample used was every Covid-19 patient from March to September 2020 totaling 146. The data were analyzed using chi-square with the result showing that there is no correlation between changes of technical claim regulation with budget efficiency.

Abstract

Introduction:Kusta adalah penyakit infeksi kronis yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium leprae, ditandai dengan sangat panjangnya masa inkubasi, kesulitan dalam mendeteksi tanda dan gejala. Indonesia menduduki urutan ketiga setelah India dan Brazil dengan jumlah penderita kusta sebanyak 20.023 kasusObjectives: membentuk kampung ramah kusta, dimana mereka tidak akan melakukan stigma pada penderita kusta, dengan cara memandirikan perawatan penderita kusta dengan memaksimalkan support sistem yang ada di sekitar penderitaMethods: Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan yang melalui 3 tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasiResults:  penderita, keluarga dan kader beserta perawat penanngung jawab dan perawat desa mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan aplikasi kusta, serta berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan penderita kustaConclusions:  Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kepada penderita kusta dan keluarga. Target yang hendak dicapai dalam program ini adalah peserta mampu mengetahui dan menggunakan aplikasi untuk peningkatan derajat kesehatan mereka. Hasil yang dicapai berupa kemampuan penderita kusta dan keluarga dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan mereka.

Abstract

Jumlah orang yang menderita gangguan jiwa cukup tinggi di Indonesia, dengan kasus tertinggi terjadi di Jawa Timur, terutama di Kabupaten Malang. Pengembangan program kesehatan mental berbasis masyarakat adalah salah satu cara untuk menangani kesehatan mental. Peran Kader yang sangat penting dalam penanganan kesehatan jiwa belum didukung dengan adanya sistem yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan kader dalam pelayanan kesehatan jiwa terutama tata kelola administrasi dan dokumentasi kinerja kader. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk optimalisasi peran kader dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa pada ODGJ dan keluarga yang merawat serta mampu mendokumentasikan pelaporan kinerja melalui Sistem Terintegrasi Kader (SITERKA). Rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan mulai bulan Agustus hingga Oktober 2024 dengan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diawali dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pendampingan, penguatan, serta evaluasi program sebagai tahap akhir. Untuk menguji kualitas produk perangkat SITERKA menggunakan Model International Organization for Standarization (ISO) 9126 dengan beberapa aspek yang diuji. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa rekapitulasi skor aktual adalah 89% yang berarti bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan skema Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perangkat lunak yang juga mencerminkan bahwa digitaliasi sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan peran kader. Hasil kuesioner kepuasan mitra menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PKM memberikan manfaat kepada kader di LSM Jiwa Bantur dengan perannya sebagai mitra sasaran dengan peningkatan kemampuan pemberdayaan sebesar lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

The traditional game "Bentengan" plays an important role in the development of social interaction and social sensitivity in children, especially boys. This game involves two groups trying to attack and defend their "fortress," thus encouraging teamwork, effective communication, and joint strategies. The solutions offered by the implementers of this community service activity are: 1) Providing an understanding to the boys at the orphanage about good social interaction and how to behave in a sensitive manner to the environment around the orphanage, 2) A Workshop on Strengthening Social Interaction and Social Sensitivity in the Traditional Game "Bentengan" is expected to be the right solution by providing an educational playing experience and training children's social skills naturally. This activity was carried out for 2 times with various methods such as lectures, demonstrations, experiential methods, interactive discussion methods, observation methods where the facilitator team observed the dynamics of social interaction during the game, and participatory evaluation methods. The target audience for this activity was 20 children from the male orphanage at the Sultan Suriansyah Foundation in Banjarmasin.
