Abstract

Sars-Cov-2 atau Coronavirus adalah virus yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penyakit Covid-19 yang menular. Covid-19 berasal dari Cina dan memiliki gejala seperti batuk, sesak nafas, demam, dengan masa inkubasi 5-14 hari. Jember adalah salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang cukup tinggi dengan 753 kasus positif, 53 kematian per tanggal 21 September 2020. Kemuning Lor merupakan desa binaan POLIJE yang ada di kecamatan Arjasa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat hand sanitizer sesuai standar WHO. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah penyuluhan dan simulasi. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah tim satgas Covid-19 Kemuning Lor. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat mengetahui dan telah mampu membuat hand sanitizer sesuai standar WHO. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan personal hygiene masyarakat dan menurunkan penularan Covid-19.

Abstract

Technological advances have an impact on health services, one of which is the use of hospital management information systems in the research unit of the Dr Sardjito hospital. However, the implementation of the system encountered obstacles, including the absence of notification of the maximum loan limit and the absence of case classification based on disease in the borrowed medical record file. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the hospital management information system in the research unit. This research was a qualitative research with respondents 3 officers in the research unit. Data collection through in-depth interviews and observation. Data were analyzed using content analysis method. The results showed that the system does not have a notification if the number of files borrowed exceeds the maximum limit, the system produces loan data and medical record return data accurately, but the system can be accessed simultaneously on different computers. This study suggests to hospitals to add a notification feature if the number of files borrowed exceeds the maximum limit and add a medical record borrowing feature based on disease classification.

Abstract

Programming is not just making a computer program, it can even create and control a computer according to the wishes of the maker. In its manufacture requires a certain language, one of which is the Java programming language. To become a reliable programmer, it should be learned first is about programming fundamentals. The goal is to learn programming fundamentals so that prospective programmers have a strong foundation in building a complex program. The major in vocational schools that study programming is the RPL (Software Engineering) major. To produce graduates who are skilled in programming, what must be taught first is the fundamentals of programming. So in class X, vocational school students are taught the fundamentals of programming with the Java programming language. In its implementation, this community service activity is divided into 4 stages, namely preliminary (field studies and signing of cooperation agreements), preparation of materials, training and quizzes, and evaluation. This training activity uses problem-based learning and project-based learning methods so that students are accustomed to solving problems that occur in the form of computer program projects. Training activities are carried out online through Zoom Meetings, while offline training is carried out at schools during visits at the beginning, middle, and end of the semester. In addition, there are also groups via Telegram as a medium for giving quizzes and discussions. Quiz is made in several models, namely in the form of multiple-choice, guess the output of program code, puzzles, and case studies that must be solved by programming. Each activity is given assessment points, namely online presence, offline activity, quiz answers, completion of challenges, and test scores.

Abstract

The time of providing medical record documents to the polyclinic is one of the indicators in measuring patient satisfaction. The results of the preliminary study showed that 12 of the 13 observed medical record documents experienced delays in providing medical record documents. This is not in accordance with service standards, the minimum time for providing outpatient medical records is less or equal to 10 minutes. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors causing the delay in providing medical record documents for outpatients at Bima Hospital. This research was a qualitative research, the research subject consisted of 5 informants. Collecting data through interviews and observations. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The results showed that the predisposing factor was that some officers did not attend training and did not know the standard time for providing outpatient medical records. Enabling factors were caused by the distance from the medical record room to the poly that is quite far, the lack of infrastructure such as the availability of shelves is still lacking, the use of tracers has not been maximized, and there are no trolleys. The reinforcing factor is caused by the unavailability of standard operating procedures for the provision of medical records. This study suggests hospitals to provide training to officers, socialize standard operating procedures for returning and providing medical records, adding trolleys as a means of distributing medical records, and using tracers to reduce missfiles.Keywords: medical record; delay; provision

Abstract

The medical record contains the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. There were incomplete integrated patient progress notes 61% and incomplete medical resumes 73%. The research intended to analyze the aspects that caused the incompleteness of inpatient medical record documents at the Besuki Hospital. This research used a qualitative method with data collection techniques interviews, observation dan documentation. The subjects in this study were 1 head of medical records and 5 medical record officers. The result showed that the factors causing the incompleteness of inpatient medical record documents from the motivational variable were that there was still no award and punishment for medical record officers. Opportunity variables were the absence of incomplete record cards, medical record officers who have never attended any training at all, SOPs for checking the completeness of medical records missing and having never been socialized. The ability variable was that there were medical record officers who did not have a minimum education of medical recorders, the knowledge of officers is still lacking and there were officers who had work experience of less than 2 years.Abstrak: Rekam medis berisi identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa terdapat ketidaklengkapan CPPT sebesar 61% dan ketidaklengkapan resume medis sebesar 73%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis penyebab ketidaklengkapan rekam medis rawat inap di RSUD Besuki. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Subyek pada penelitian ini yaitu 1 ketua rekam medis dan 5 petugas rekam medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan dokumen rekam medis rawat inap dari variabel motivasi yaitu masih belum ada pemberian penghargaan dan hukuman untuk petugas rekam medis. Variabel kesempatan yaitu belum adanya kartu catatan ketidaklengkapan, petugas rekam medisbelum pernah mengikuti pelatihan sama sekali, SOP kegiatan pengecekan kelengkapan rekam medis hilang dan belum pernah disosialisasikan. Variabel kemampuan yaitu terdapat petugas rekam medis yang tidak memiliki pendidikan minimal D3 Rekam Medis, pengetahuan petugas rekam medis masih kurang dan ada petugas memiliki pengalaman kerja kurang dari 2 tahun.

Abstract

The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration establishes Healthy Village Homes (RDS) in every Village in the Regency and City where stunting prevention is prioritized. Based on the preliminary survey, the implementation of RDS activities in Kemuning Lor Village was not going well so that it had an impact on stunting and other nutritional problems in the village. The purpose of this community service activity was to implement a Family Nutrition Information System (SIGA) in RDS that could be used by the community for early detection of stunting and other nutritional problems. This activity was attended by 24 participants consisting of village officials, RDS managers, and communities with toddlers. The activity phase included a preliminary survey, permit coordination, system creation, preparation of the SIGA manual book, socialization of SIGA implementation, and evaluation. Evidenced by the increased knowledge of participants in early detection of stunting and other nutritional problems after being given socialization and training. It is recommended for RDS managers to develop RDS as a stunting control center in Kemuning Lor Village by providing more intense socialization and health education to the community.

Abstract

Masalah gizi merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satu masalah gizi yang ada di Indonesia adalah stunting. Profil desa kemuning lor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2.986 jiwa balita dimana balita merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami stunting. Oleh karena itu orang tua perlu untuk memantau status gizi balitanya secara teratur. Salah satu caranya dapat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Gizi Keluarga (SIGA). Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningktan keterampilan peserta dalam melakukan deteksi dini stunting menggunakan SIGA. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan simulasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah perangkat desa, ibu PKK, dan kader kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu menggunakan SIGA. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat didiseminasikan kepada masyarakat luas sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan pemantauan gizi balita secara mandiri.

Abstract

Medical records at The X Community Health Center are easily torn due to overfilled filing racks, making it difficult to retrieve medical record files. Forcing the files out can result in torn records. Approximately 7.35% of medical records were found to be damaged. The aim of this study was to analyze the factors causing damage to medical records based on the 7M aspects. The research was qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 1 registration officer, 1 filing officer, 1 administrative staff member, 1 head of administration, and the Head of the X Community Health Center. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the damage to medical records was caused by several factors, including man (education level, lack of knowledge, and no training), machines (insufficient number of medical record storage racks), methods (no SOP for medical record maintenance), materials (medical record folder materials), media (physical environment), motivation (no rewards or punishments), and money (insufficient budget for procuring medical record folders). It is recommended that The X community health center provide medical record maintenance training and develop and implement SOP for medical record maintenance.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien akan timbul apabila kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya melebihi harapannya. Namun angka kepuasan pasien pada instalasi rawat inap di rumah sakit belum mencapai standar kepuasan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan (service quality) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan menggunakan artikel yang dipublikasikan tahun 2011-2021 pada 3 database yaitu Portal Garuda, Crossref, dan Google Scholar sejumlah 14 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur dari artikel yang telah diperoleh, peneliti mengemukakan bahwa hasil uji antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan lima dimensi servqual (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit memiliki nilai signifikansi yang berbeda-beda pada setiap dimensinya. Terdapat 11 literature yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien dan 3 literature menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan terhadap beberapa dimensi. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti untuk pihak rumah sakit yaitu dengan meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pelayanan kepada pasien. Rumah sakit perlu mengadakan pelatihan keterampilan petugas secara berkala, memastikan bahwa seluruh pelayanan bebas risiko dengan selalu menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan ruang rawat inap serta melakukan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana secara berkala. Perlu adanya motivasi dari petugas kesehatan untuk proses penyembuhan pasien dan diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat memahami keluhan dan kebutuhan pasien dengan selalu mendengarkan dan memberikan solusi permasalahan pasien.
