Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of teacher creativity in guiding small groups in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Teacher creativity is very important in facilitating the social, emotional and cognitive development of early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving observations and interviews with several PAUD teachers. The research results show that teacher creativity in designing learning activities that are fun, interesting and appropriate to children's development can increase children's overall involvement and development. Therefore, there needs to be more effort to improve the quality of teacher creativity in the small group learning process in PAUD.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa yang terjadi dalam surat resmi Himpunan Mahasiswa Prodi (HMP) FKIP Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini ialah berupa ejaan, tanda baca, kata dan kalimat yang terdapat dalam surat resmi Himpunan Mahasiswa Prodi (HMP) FKIP UNIMUDA Sorong yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interactive model yang dipelopori oleh Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesalahan berbahasa berupa (1) kesalahan ejaan, yaitu a) penulisan huruf kapital pada awal kalimat, b) huruf kapital pada ungkapan nama Tuhan, agama, dan kitab suci, c) huruf kapital pada kata sapaan atau kekerabatan. Kesalahan ejaan ditemukan kesalahan sebanyak 25 data. (2) Kesalahan tanda baca, yaitu: a) tanda hubung (-) sebanyak 4 data, b) tanda koma (,) sebanyak 13 data, c) tanda penyingkat/apostrof (‘) sebanyak 3 data, d) tanda titik (.) sebanyak 6 data, e) tanda garis bawah (_) sebanyak 9 data, f) tanda garis miring (/) sebanyak 2 data, g) tanda titik dua (:) sebanyak 7 data. (3) Kesalahan kata, kesalahan kata yang terjadi pada penulisan surat resmi HMP yaitu penggunaan kata yang keliru, penggunaan kata yang tidak baku, penulisan akronim, serta penulisan angka dan bilangan. Pada kesalahan kata ini ditemukan kesalahan sebanyak 40 data, (4) kesalahan kalimat yang terjadi yaitu penggunaan kalimat yang tidak efektif.

Abstract

Capability is a measure of the Principal of SMP IT Nurul Khalifah Bima in an effort to improve teacher work discipline. The capabilities referred to are Leadership and Teacher work effectiveness, namely collaboration and improvement of teacher HR Management. This type of research in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data study techniques in this research consisted of observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed, so as to improve teacher discipline in attendance, the principal also provides a good role model for teachers by attending school on time, then optimizing the discipline rules for attendance. In addition, the Principal also seeks to collaborate with teachers by appointing teachers who declare them competent to supervise. The school principal also coordinates with the staff, which consists of 2 officers every day, namely from teachers who do not have teaching hours on that day and one person from the administration. The picket officer will circulate the class teacher attendance list that has been made so that they can see the teacher attendance level in each class. In addition, with an increase in teacher human resources, 70 percent of teaching staff with postgraduate education have produced quality resources, indicating the level of discipline.

Abstract

Many studies reveal that the increasing number of deliveries with Sectio Caesarea (SC) surgery is directly proportional to the increase in the incidence of postoperative wound infections. Factors related to post SC wound healing are age, nutrition, parity, family support, mobilization early. This study was to analyze the factors associated with wound healing post surgery SC. Correlation descriptive design with cross sectional. The population is 215 people, the total sampling method is 61 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, analyzed using the Chi-square test, presented in tabular form. The majority of age categories aged 20 -35 years (70.5%), good nutrition (78.9%), elementary education level 23 (37.7%), low parity (73.8%), comorbid diseases (50.8%) , Good family support (73.8%), good early mobilization (72.1%), good wound healing (73.8%). It is known that there is a significant relationship between 6 factors (independent variables) with post SC wound healing with P values as follows: age = 0.009, nutrition = 0.003, parity = 0.000, comorbidities = 0.000, family support = 0.000 and early mobilization = 0.000, where P value ≤ 0.05.  There is a significant relationship between factors associated with post SC wound healing
