Abstract

One important factor that influences the quality of higher education is qualified lecturers. The management of lecturers must have the main target, namely increasing the quality of their productivity through increasing work efficiency as educators, researchers and community service or more precisely in providing services to the community. Institutional support as one of the environmental factors was found to be an important factor in research productivity. The management literature indicates that there are various factors associated with effective performance outcomes. For example, some suggest it is related to managerial practice. This study aims to provide a more in-depth study related to the relationship between Academic Culture in increasing research productivity and supporting accreditation. The approach used in this research study is to adopt a literature study approach. The results of the study obtained show that several studies have proven that Academic Culture has an effect on Lecturer Productivity in the research field. Academic culture does not just grow, or originates from applied rules and regulations, but is rooted in scientific norms and values. With the development of academic culture, it encourages lecturers to actively conduct research. The existence of a quality assurance system allows the growth of a culture of quality within the existing academic culture, so that the whole process of quality assurance in the education system in the form of setting standards, implementing standards, evaluating the implementation of standards and efforts to continuously improve the implementation of standards can become part of life in higher education.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to find out how the influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on the critical thinking mathematics ability of students on social arithmetic material. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Balen, with the selection of class VII D as an experimental class with a total of 32 students and VII F as a control class with a total of 33 students. The method used is experimental research. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, documentation and test techniques. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and inference which included normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test (independent sample t-test) using the SPSS statistical application program version 26 with a significant level of 5%. The calculation of the independent sample t-test obtained a signification value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculation of the gain score obtained a value of 0.7081. The results of this study show that the Problem Based Learning learning model has a significant influence on the critical thinking ability of students with the category of improvement being high.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diakukan berdasarkan kondisi Masyarakat Desa Cengungklung yang mayoritas petani. Sumber daya alam yang melimpah seyogyanya dilihat secara mendalam sehingga pemanfaatannya bisa sangat optimal, salah satu sumber daya alam yang memiliki potensi yaitu Kunyit, dapat diolah menjadi minuman yang kaya akan manfaat dan membantu menambah imunitas tubuh, dengan dicampur dengan Aneka Rasa bisa diubah menjadi minumam Sinom. Latar belakang penelitian ekonomi masyarakat desa Cengungklung yang mayoritas petani kesulitan untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian akibat daerah dataran rendah yang sering terdampak banjir. Dengan adanya usaha sinom kunyit sebagai bahan baku sinom diharapkan perekonomian desa Cengungklung dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap usaha sinom oleh Tim KKN Gayam 1 UNU Sunan Giri. Konsep pelatihan dilakukan dalam kegiatan Tim KKN ini memiliki beberapa target luaran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah masyarakat memiliki keterampilan memproduksi sinom yang pada akhirnya akan di miliki masyarakat desa Cengungklung.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu yang dapat mempermudah dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Cabang ilmu matematika yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kehidupan salah satunya adalah teori graf. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian matematika terapan yang mengacu pada Algoritma, dimana algoritma yang dipakai adalah algoritma Welch-Powell. Dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan eksistensi teori graf dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan di dunia pendidikan, yaitu penjadwalan Ujian Akhir Semester dengan pewarnaan graf. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah penjadwalan UAS pada Program Studi Pendidikan matematika, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. Studi kasus ini diambil karena selama ini penjadwalan UAS masih sesuai jadwal perkuliahan. Pada implementasi algoritma Welch-Powell, jika simpul memiliki warna yang sama maka simpul dikatakan tidak bertetangga. Sehingga dapat di tempatkan dalam kelas yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pewarnaan Graf dengan Algoritma Welch-Powell menghasilkan enam warna dari 36 matakuliah. Hasil tersebut merepresentasikan sebaran UAS matakuliah yang dilaksanakan selama enam hari.

Abstract

There is a lack of interest among students at SMP Plus Al Amanah in mathematics lessons, so a new learning method is needed, namely the use of learning media in the teaching and learning process. hoped that KARIRO's power point-based learning media on straight line equations can help educators convey material to students. This type of research is research and development or what is commonly known as R&D. R&D research is a type of research that produces a product. The assessment of the development of KARIRO learning media based on Power Point on Straight Line Equations was carried out by media experts, obtaining a percentage of 80%, which was stated in the Valid criteria, by material experts, a percentage of 94% was obtained, which was stated in the Very Valid criteria. Validation by the Mathematics subject teacher at SMP Plus Al-Amanah Dander, obtained a percentage of 92.3% which was declared to be very valid criteria. The feasibility test carried out at SMP Plus Al-Amanah by 30 students obtained a percentage of 92.1% of KARIRO learning media products which were declared to be very feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to develop module with context ethnomathematics wisdom local Bojonegoro on geometry, flat and solid geometric shapes that are valid and practical and have potential effects. This study is a development research using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study include validators (media experts, material experts), mathematics teachers, and 8th grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, filling out questionnaires, and tests. Based on research results, developed modules own validity of 0.82 so that categorized as very valid. The practicality of the module based on teacher responses of 84% is in the very practical category and student responses (small groups) of 97.2% are in the very practical category. Meanwhile , the use of module show positive impact to student learning outcomes of 75.9% are in the good category. Based on these data, the module ethnomathematics based on Pancasila student profile on flat and solid geometry material proven to be very valid, practical, and shows impact positive on student learning outcomes so that worthy used in learning.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi diperlukan untuk mendukung peningkatan pendidikan sejalan dengan kemajuan diera revolusi 5.0. Terlebih lagi, era sekarang ini anak-anak dan remaja sangat familiar dengan internet dan perangkat digital. Interaksi dalam pembelajaran menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media matematika “exploring math” dengan menggunakan Google Sites yang memenuhi kriteria validitas dan kelayak yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi transformasi geometri di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Balen. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 2 Balen menjadi  subjek penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan mencakup lembar uji validasi materi, lembar uji validasi media dan lembar uji kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan 2 kali yaitu validator materi memperoleh skor 3,785 dan 3,36 dengan kriteria dari kedua validator “materi sangat valid” dan validator media memperoleh skor 3,87 dengan kriteria “media sangat valid”. Sedangkan uji kelayakan media mendapatkan skor 3,39 dengan kriteria “media/materi sangat layak”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran matematika interaktif exploring math valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaranThe use of technology-based learning media is needed to support the improvement of education in line with the progress in the era of revolution 5.0. Moreover, in this era, children and adolescents are very familiar with the internet and digital devices. Interaction in learning is crucial in improving the quality and effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to develop a mathematics media "exploring math" using Google Sites that meets the validity and feasibility criteria that can be used in the learning process on geometric transformation material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balen. This study uses the ADDIE model, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Students of class VIII of SMPN 2 Balen were the subjects of this study. The research instruments used included material validation test sheets, media validation test sheets and feasibility test sheets. Based on the results of the validation test carried out 2 times, namely the material validator obtained a score of 3.785 and 3.36 with the criteria of the two validators "very valid material" and the media validator obtained a score of 3.87 with the criteria "very valid media". While the media feasibility test got a score of 3.39 with the criteria "very feasible media/material". So it can be concluded that the interactive mathematics learning media exploring math is valid and suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Kebingungan peserta didik dalam memecahkan soal-soal geometri disebabkan oleh tingginya tingkat abstraksi dari objek geometris dan kurangnya visualisasi benda yang dibayangkan. Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang mampu membantu peserta didik untuk belajar visualisasi secara langsung yaitu Augmented Reality (AR). Teknologi AR dikolaborasikan dengan bahan ajar berupa Magicbook yang berisi marker AR, materi pembelajaran dan latihan soal. Hadirnya etnomatematika memberikan warna baru pada aktivitas pembelajaran peserta didik karena mengaitkan matematika dengan budaya. Budaya yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah adat Joglo karena struktur bangunan rumah Joglo merupakan representasi ilmu matematika materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan media MARI (Magicbook Augmented Reality) berbasis etnomatematika rumah adat Joglo untuk pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII SMPN 2 Balen. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Magicbook Augmented Reality mendapatkan skor 3,82 (sangat valid) oleh ahli media dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,50 (sangat valid) oleh dua ahli materi. Magicbook Augmented Reality juga dinyatakan sangat layak dengan hasil angket siswa yang menunjukan skor rata-rata 3,40. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media MARI valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika.Students’ difficulties in solving geometry problems are caused by the high level of abstraction of geometric objects and the lack of visualization of imagined objects. Technology-based learning media that can help students learn visualization directly is Augmented Reality (AR). In this study, AR technology is integrated with instructional materials in the form of a Magicbook containing AR markers, flat-sided solid geometry content, practice questions, and ethnomathematics components. The cultural element highlighted in this research is the Joglo traditional house, as its architectural structure represents concepts in flat-sided solid geometry. The aim of this research is to develop MARI (Magicbook Augmented Reality with Ethnomathematics) media based on the Joglo traditional house, which meets the criteria of being valid and feasible for teaching flat-sided solid geometry in Grade VIII at SMPN 2 Balen. This study employs a research and development (R&D) design using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results show that the Magicbook Augmented Reality received a score of 3.82 (very valid) from media experts, 3.75 (very valid) from the first subject matter expert, and 3.25 (very valid) from the second subject matter expert. In addition, the Magicbook was considered highly feasible by students, with an average questionnaire score of 3.40. It can be concluded that the MARI media is valid and feasible to be used as a mathematics learning media.

Abstract

The advancement of technology requires the education sector to continuously adapt, including MI Nurul Hidayah in Bojonegoro. The school still faces challenges such as low reading interest and limited access to digital learning media. These issues affect the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. A technology-based literacy movement serves as a solution to enhance teachers’ and students’ competencies in utilizing digital media effectively. This Pelatihanaims to integrate technology into the learning process to improve digital literacy. The transformation is expected to foster a more inclusive literacy culture in the school environment. The implementation methods include teacher training on digital media use and instructional material development. The Pelatihanalso involves student mentoring and the introduction of various digital platforms such as reading apps and e-learning tools. All activities were carried out gradually and systematically. The results show a significant increase in students' reading interest, with 85% actively using the introduced digital library. Teachers improved their skills in designing technology-based instructional materials, utilizing educational applications and e-learning platforms. In addition, parental involvement in supporting children's literacy increased through socialization efforts. The learning environment became more interactive and engaging. Overall, the Pelatihansuccessfully fostered collaboration among teachers, students, and parents in building a sustainable digital literacy culture. It strengthened digital literacy and expanded access to interactive and continuous learning for MI Nurul Hidayah.
