Abstract

Leadership is the ability to influence, direct behaviour, and have a particular expertise in the field of the group who want to achieve the goals. Dynamic organization requires transformational leadership model. A school principal as a leader at school aims to actualizing good learning leadership. Leadership learning focuses on learning which components include curriculum, teaching and learning process, assessment, teacher assessment and development, good service in learning, and developing a learning community in schools based on organizational culture as value, assumption, belief evolved from the roots of member thought of the organization and believed by all members of the organization and implemented in everyday life that could give meaningKeywords: leadership, transformational leadership, headmaster, instructional leadership, organizational culture.AbstrakKepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan mempengaruhi, mengarahkan tingkah laku dan memiliki keahlian khusus di bidang yang diinginkan kelompoknya untuk mencapai tujuan. Oganisasi yang dinamis memerlukan model kepemimpinan transformational. Kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan memiliki tujuan untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang baik. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran memfokuskan pada pembelajaran yang komponen-komponennya meliputi kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar, assesment (penilaian hasil belajar), penilaian serta pengembangan guru, layanan prima dalam pembelajaran, dan pembangunan komunitas belajar di sekolah berbasis budaya organisasi yang berupa nilai, asumsi, kepercayaan yang berkembang dari akar pemikiran anggota organisasi dan diyakini oleh semua anggota organisasi serta dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari .

Abstract

Assistance to the community is provided in order to provide education using fast, good and correct learning methods. In addition to literacy education of the Qur'an, coastal communities who work as fish seekers on average also need to be equipped with skills (life skill). Through education and training, coastal communities will have two advantages at once, first able to study the Qur'an quickly, rightly and correctly, and both gain knowledge about fish waste processing. Devotion is done also provide life skill education (life skills) such as processing pellets / feed from fish waste. Supply provided is not limited to the training course but also helps in the management of production permits and feasibility of processing the pellet, and find opportunities in marketing the processed products.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di kelas adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa dan variasi metode pembelajaran yang dipakai oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran biologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kriteria motivasi belajar siswa pada materi perubahan lingkungan dan daur ulang limbah dan menganalisis perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan metode everyone is teacher here dan guided note taking pada kelas X MAN 1 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperimental. Hasil skor motivasi belajar melalui metode everyone is teacher here yaitu 73,97 sedangkan melalui metode guided note taking sebesar 69,81. Berdasarkan analisis uji t diketahui thitung sebesar 2.3315 dan ttabel 1,666 sehingga dapat disimpulan Ha diterima karena thitung ttabel.

Abstract

Kurangnya bahan ajar menyebabkan kuarangnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi. Sehingga peneliti mengembangkan bahan ajar mandiri yang berupa modul pembelajaran biologi terintegrasi problem based learning dilengkapi dengan tes diagnostik multiple choice two tier pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Boja. Jenis penelitian research and development (RD) mengacu pada model pengembangan Sugiyono (2015) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil Penilaian validasi modul ahli materi 96%, ahli media 83%, ahli instrumen 89% dan guru IPA biologi 97%. Kelayakan modul juga dapat dinilai dari hasil tanggapan siswa kelas kecil 93,33%. untuk kelas besar, uji kelayakan modul dengan cara perbandingan hasil pre-test (68%) dan post-test (88%). dapat dikatakan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak. Hasil tingkat miskonsepsi pre-test memperoleh pemahaman 72%, miskonsepsi 4%, menebak 2% dan tidak paham 22%. Sedangkan hasil miskonsepsi post-test pemahaman 91%, miskonsepsi 3%, menebak 1% dan ketidak pahaman 5%.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penerapan          total quality management (TQM) pada perguruan tinggi harus dijalankan atas dasar pengertian dan tanggung jawab bersama untuk mengutamakan efisiensi pendidikan tinggi dan peningkatan kualitas dari proses pendidikan tinggi. Melalui penerapan TQM dalam sistem pendidikan tinggi yang dijalankan secara terus-menerus dan konsisten, maka perguruan tinggi di Indonesia akan mampu memenangkan persaingan global yang amat sangat kompetitif dan memperoleh manfaat (ekonomis maupun nonekonomis) yang dapat dipergunakan untuk pengembangan perguruan tinggi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan personel yang terlibat di perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: mutu pendidikan, perguruan tinggi, TQM

Abstract

The emergence of Coronavirus-19 disease has caused all educational institutions to switch the face-to-face learning mode to distance learning with an online system. Online learning requires teachers and students to use a tool to help teaching and learning activities, namely the e-learning platform. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various e-learning platforms used by biology teachers in grade 11 of public senior high schools (SMA) and Islamic public high schools (MA) in Semarang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The purposive sampling technique was used by considering the geographical location of the school and the diversity of platforms used. The samples were 5 schools: 3 high schools (SMA) and 2 Islamic Public high School of Madrasah Aliyah. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. The results show that the e-learning platforms used by biology teachers are very diverse, ranging from instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet and Microsoft Team, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms such as Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Office 365, and Madrasah e-learning. Each school uses a different type of platform and is adapted to school policies and student needs. Some schools develop their own e-learning platforms for online learning so that their use is mandatory, but this does not limit teachers from integrating other platforms so that learning objectives can be achieved perfectly.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan refleksi pemberdayaan bagi pengelola pendidikan dalam menerapkan kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan bagi anak inklusi. Tantangan dan hambatan dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusi menjadi tanggung jawab bersama yaitu pemerintah, dinas pendidikan, kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan yang komprehensif mulai dari kurikulum, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan sarana prasarana sekolah. Kurikulum di sekolah inklusi harus memperhatikan kebutuhan dasar anak yang beraneka ragam, tidak bisa disamakan kemampuan anak regular dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru harus dapat mengakomodir hal tersebut.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who essentially need other humans in their environment. To achieve the necessities of life, humans interact in their social environment. They cooperate with other people, make friendships, sympathize, or vice versa, such as doing the fierce competition, selfishness, and others. These actions are nothing but to get everything you want. Their actions are sometimes in accordance with social norms, sometimes also contrary to them. Advances in information and communication technology in the era of the digital revolution have hurt human behavior. They are more likely to be individualistic and materialistic and to have antisocial attitudes. From these problems, prosocial behavior education is needed to develop individuals who return to their nature as social beings. This research is library research that analyzes several relevant papers. The discussion of the contents of the discussion describes prosocial behavior education in the Industrial Era 4.0, aspects of prosocial behavior, and the determinant factors. The conclusion is that the determinant factors in prosocial behavior education in the Industrial Era 4.0 can be done by intensely conducting guidance such as if? Al-Qur'?n guidance, then with the presence of Islamic spiritual intelligence in the individual and parenting patterns.

Abstract

The principal is the main key in an educational institution so that the performance or leadership of the principal really determines the educational institution in terms of the quality of an educational institution. In line with technological advances that are increasingly rapid and rapid, especially in the era of society 5.0, it is very challenging for school principals to organize or manage schools so that they can improve their overall quality. This research aims to find out and examine the importance of school management in the era of society 5.0 in an effort to increase educational efficiency and productivity. This research uses a method of literature study from several articles and books related to school management in the era of society 5.0. This method uses a systematic literature review to identify, analyze, evaluate, and draw conclusions from various research results related to the topic discussed. This method centers on creating a solid foundation for solving problems. The results of the discussion show that school principals are required to have good digital literacy skills and high creativity along with technological developments in order to be able to face the challenges of the rapid rise of technology. The research results show the importance of school management in the era of society 5.0. in improving the quality and productivity of human resources.
