Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) Jakarta. Enhancing employee performance is crucial for organizational success, and discipline and work environment factors are often identified as important predictors. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of LPSK Jakarta. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of this study are expected to show that discipline and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance. The practical implications of this research are to provide recommendations to LPSK Jakarta for developing policies and programs that can enhance discipline and create a conducive work environment to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan kualitas lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam lanskap bisnis yang kompetitif saat ini, mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan sangatlah penting, dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Survei terstruktur dilakukan terhadap karyawan di berbagai sektor, dan datanya dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel.Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penerapan SOP yang ketat dan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kualitas lingkungan kerja terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam memoderasi hubungan ini, yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan terpelihara dengan baik akan meningkatkan efektivitas SOP. Studi ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa SOP dan kualitas lingkungan kerja merupakan bagian integral dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Hasil-hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya prosedur yang terdefinisi dengan baik dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam strategi organisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Rekomendasi bagi para manajer mencakup memastikan penerapan SOP secara konsisten dan berinvestasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif untuk mendorong hasil kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) memberikan peran yang sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu bidang yang dapat merasakan kehadiran teknologi yaitu bidang pendidikan organisasi kemasyarakatan, demikian juga dengan Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Sosial IRMA yang berada di bilangan Tegal Parang, Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengelola data maka organisasi diperlukan kemampuan administrasi yang baik, juga dengan anggotanya dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah yang juga memerlukan kecapakan dalam membuat tulisan, sehingga data dan materi bisa tertata dengan baik dan harmonis bagi kegiatan organisasi. Dalam rangka menunaikan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, maka Universitas Bina Saran Informatika melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar dan memberikan pelatihan beberapa aplikasi Artificial Intelligence atau AI secara ringan dan menyenangkan. Aplikasi AI ini dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan proses belajar dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan juga sebagai media belajar dalam pengembangan kemampuan dalam memaparkan program kerja Yayasan, seperti digunakan sebagai media promosi dan publikasi organisasi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan juga tahap yang terahir adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Adapun peserta kegiatan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Sosial IRMA yang mengikuti pelatihan komputer secara offline. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta merasakan manfaat kehadiran teknologi dimana dapat membantu kegiatan sosial, pendidikan dan keagamaan bagi organisasi. Pemanfaatan AI dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah bagi anggota dan sebagai alat kerja bagi pengurus organisasi yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat presentasi yang menarik dalam slide yang bisa dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Science and technology development (IPTEK) plays a very significant role in improving the welfare and economic standard of living of the community. One of the fields that can feel the presence of technology is the field of education, community organizations, as well as the IRMA Orphan and Social Foundation which is located in Tegal Parang, South Jakarta. To manage data, the organization needs good administrative skills, as well as with its members in doing school assignments which also require skill in making writing, so that data and materials can be well organized and harmonious for organizational activities. In order to full fill one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Bina Saran Informatics University carries out Community Service in the form of Training to introduce basic concepts and provide training on several Artificial Intelligence )AI) applications in a light and fun way. This AI application can be used to facilitate the learning process in doing schoolwork and also as a learning medium in developing skills in explaining the Foundation's work programs, such as being used as a promotional media and organizational publication. The community service method consists of 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and also the last stage is monitoring and evaluation. The participants of this activity were administrators and members of the IRMA Orphan and Social Foundation who participated in offline computer training. With this training, participants feel the benefits of the presence of technology which can help social, educational and religious activities for organizations. The use of AI in doing schoolwork for members and as a work tool for organizational administrators that can be used to make interesting presentations on slides that can be modified as needed.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Syariah Indonesia over the 2021-2024 period. The study adopts the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach, which is suitable for analyzing latent variables simultaneously, even when the sample size is relatively small and the data distribution deviates from normality. Data were obtained from Bank Syariah Indonesia’s quarterly financial statements, sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the bank’s annual reports. The empirical findings indicate that FDR has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on ROA, while NPF exerts a significant negative influence on ROA. The structural model demonstrates an R² value of 0.745, suggesting that 74.5% of the variation in ROA is explained by the two independent variables. Additionally, the model’s Goodness of Fit index reaches 0.928, indicating strong predictive relevance and model robustness. These results highlight the critical role of managing financing risk and optimizing intermediary functions to enhance the profitability of Islamic banking institutions. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on Islamic finance performance and offers practical insights for policymakers and financial managers in improving asset efficiency through better risk control and strategic financial intermediation.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by a person in their efforts to achieve organizational or corporate goals. The performance of employees in a company does not always increase and sometimes even decreases, this is due to various conflicts and stress in the workplace environment that must be faced by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and conflict management on the performance of employees of PT KB Financial Multi Finance Kreditplus Tambun Branch, where work environment variables affect employee performance, however, conflict management variables do not affect employee performance. The population is all employees of PT KB Finansia Multi Finance Kreditplus Tambun Branch, totaling 44 people. The data obtained from the questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R2), F test, and T-test. The results showed that employee performance was significantly influenced partially by work environment factors. With a Thitung value of 6.731> from Table 2.019. The compensation management variable has no significant effect partially on employee performance sig 0.996> from 0.05. With a Thitung value of 0.005 < from Ttabel 2.019. From the results of the f-test calculation, it can be seen that the work environment variables and conflict management together affect employee performance.

Abstract

- Technological developments cause competition. An organization is expected to have high productivity with good and quality (HR) in carrying out all its operations as a workforce. The wage level which is still very low will affect employee efforts to increase their productivity, but it is difficult to guarantee a wage increase if productivity is very low, so the author is interested in raising the problem with the title "Analysis of the Influence of Wages and Incentives on Employee Work Productivity of PT. Artamas Kurnia Bekasi" in this study was conducted with a quantitative approach and the method used was the distribution of questionnaires and what was obtained was 46 employees. The value of this r table was obtained from a significant value of 5% with a total data of 46 respondents with a result of 0.290 if r count r table then the statement is declared valid. The wage system variable is known to be t count 4.537 t table 2.011 and a significant value of 0.05 then H1 is accepted. and It is known that sig for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.05 then H2 is accepted. H3 There is an assumption that the variables of Wage Influence (X1) and Incentives (X2) have a significant influence on Work Productivity (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk Jakarta. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Data  yang  diperoleh  dianalisis  menggunakan analisis regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  validitas,  uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Karyawan PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa disiplin kerja nilai thitung 3,989 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja nilai thitung 1,708 < ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,096 > 0,05 secara parsial lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja nilai Fhitung 16,760 > Ftabel 3,25 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   This study was conducted at PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk, Jakarta. It is based on the importance of employee performance in determining a company’s success, as well as the influence of work discipline and the work environment in improving employee performance. This study aims to identify the relationship between work discipline and the work environment and employee performance at the company. A quantitative research method was employed using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance. The results indicate a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk, Jakarta. The findings show that work discipline has a t-value of 3.989 > t-table 2.026 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a t-value of 1.708 < t-table 2.026 with a significance value of 0.096 > 0.05, indicating that the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, work discipline and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 16.760 > F-table 3.25 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara manajemen waktu dan beban kerja dengan prestasi akademik di Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Slipi Jakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 80 responden. Data  yang  diperoleh  dianalisis  menggunakan analisis regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  validitas,  uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara manajemen waktu dan beban kerja terhadap  prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa manajemen waktu nilai thitung 5,582 > ttabel 1,991 signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 manajemen waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Beban kerja thitung 0,588 < ttabel 1,991 signifikansi 0,558 > 0,05 beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Manajemen waktu dan beban kerja nilai Fhitung 17,436  > Ftabel 3,11 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik.   This study aims to identify the relationship between time management and workload on academic achievement at Bina Sarana Informatika University, Slipi, Jakarta. The quantitative research method used a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The study sample consisted of 80 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between time management and workload on academic achievement. The results of this study indicate that time management has a calculated t value of 5.582 > t table 1.991, a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, and time management has a significant effect on academic achievement. Workload t count 0.588 < t table 1.991 significance 0.558 > 0.05 workload does not significantly influence academic achievement. Time management and workload F count 17.436 > F table 3.11 with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 have a significant effect on academic achievement.
