Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerjaterhadap produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Kelurahan Jati Asih. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari35 pegawai yang diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yangmengukur variabel gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan produktivitas kerja. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapproduktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung 4,069 > ttabel 2,036. Selainitu, lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengannilai signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05 dan thitung 2,754 > ttabel 2,036. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinandan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilaisignifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan fhitung 22,371 > ftabel 3,29. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwapeningkatan gaya kepemimpinan dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan produktivitaskerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Jati Asih.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Gunung Semesta Elektrika. The population in this research consists of 36 employees of the company. Data collection techniques involved observations and questionnaires distributed to all employees to obtain valid and reliable information from the field. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24.The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the value of t = 1.003 < t table = 2.03452. In contrast, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 4.235 > t table = 2.03452. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the F value of 77.180 > F table = 3.28. These findings suggest that the company should continue to maintain and improve employee motivation and work discipline to achieve faster and more efficient organizational progress in the future.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by a person in their efforts to achieve organizational or corporate goals. The performance of employees in a company does not always increase and sometimes even decreases, this is due to various conflicts and stress in the workplace environment that must be faced by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and conflict management on the performance of employees of PT KB Financial Multi Finance Kreditplus Tambun Branch, where work environment variables affect employee performance, however, conflict management variables do not affect employee performance. The population is all employees of PT KB Finansia Multi Finance Kreditplus Tambun Branch, totaling 44 people. The data obtained from the questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R2), F test, and T-test. The results showed that employee performance was significantly influenced partially by work environment factors. With a Thitung value of 6.731> from Table 2.019. The compensation management variable has no significant effect partially on employee performance sig 0.996> from 0.05. With a Thitung value of 0.005 < from Ttabel 2.019. From the results of the f-test calculation, it can be seen that the work environment variables and conflict management together affect employee performance.

Abstract

- Technological developments cause competition. An organization is expected to have high productivity with good and quality (HR) in carrying out all its operations as a workforce. The wage level which is still very low will affect employee efforts to increase their productivity, but it is difficult to guarantee a wage increase if productivity is very low, so the author is interested in raising the problem with the title "Analysis of the Influence of Wages and Incentives on Employee Work Productivity of PT. Artamas Kurnia Bekasi" in this study was conducted with a quantitative approach and the method used was the distribution of questionnaires and what was obtained was 46 employees. The value of this r table was obtained from a significant value of 5% with a total data of 46 respondents with a result of 0.290 if r count r table then the statement is declared valid. The wage system variable is known to be t count 4.537 t table 2.011 and a significant value of 0.05 then H1 is accepted. and It is known that sig for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.05 then H2 is accepted. H3 There is an assumption that the variables of Wage Influence (X1) and Incentives (X2) have a significant influence on Work Productivity (Y). Abstract

Various factors, including work motivation, affect employee productivity, which is an important component of a company's success. An electronics manufacturing company PT. Sinarindo Wiranusa Elektrik in Bekasi became the subject of this study because of the importance of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to increase employee productivity. with the aim of the study to determine how much influence intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have on employee productivity partially and simultaneously. This study was conducted quantitatively using analysis carried out through Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient with SPSS Version 25. Data were collected from 50 assembly division workers through observation, interviews, and Likert-scale questionnaires. The test results showed that the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee productivity was positive and significant (t-count = 3.094; p = 0.003 0.05). On the other hand, the influence of extrinsic motivation is not significant (t-count = 0.025; p = 0.980 0.05), with R-square of 0.236, indicating that the influence of both variables simultaneously contributes 23.6% of productivity variation. Thus, increasing employee productivity at PT. Sinarindo Wiranusa Elektrik is more dependent on increasing intrinsic motivation. Thus, intrinsic motivation is the dominant factor.

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia is Witel Bekasi, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Indonesia, committed to developing human resources to provide excellent customer service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bekasi. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bekasi and the number of samples used was 33 respondents. The data collection technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this study used a quantitative method with data collection through research instruments. The data analysis techniques used are instrument test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test using SPPS 27. The results of this study t_value (calculated) 2.137 t_(table) 2.042 with a significance level of 0.041 0.05 that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development t_value (calculated) 2.106 t_(table) 2.042 with a significance level of 0.044 0.05 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously f_value (calculated) 5.088 f_(table) 3.316 with a significance level of 0.013 0.05 training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In the current digital economy landscape, more and more investors want to invest their funds in the stock market with the aim of making a profit. This study aims to determine the Effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (Dar) and Debt to Equity Ratio (Der) on Return on Equity (Roe) in Transportation Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt to Asset Ratio variable shows a significant positive effect on return on equity in the transportation subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. Where Sig. 0.039 0.05 and t count 2.158 1.69389. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio variable shows a significant influence on return on equity in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. Where Sig. 0.005 0.05 and t count -3.016 1.69389. Simultaneously, the DAR and DER variables affect the return on equity variable with a Sig value. 0.012 0.05 and f count 5.150 3.30.

Abstract

Examining the impact of pay and work discipline on employee loyalty at PT Aldimana Solusi Teknologi is the aim of this research. The significance of preserving employee loyalty for the long-term viability and efficiency of business operations serves as the driving force behind this research. Three research topics comprise the primary emphasis of this study: (1) how work discipline affects employee loyalty; (2) how remuneration affects employee loyalty; and (3) how work discipline and compensation together affect employee loyalty. Among the data analysis techniques included in this quantitative research are multiple linear regression, validity testing, reliability testing, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. Software called SPSS v23 was used to help with the analysis. 35 participants who worked at PT Aldimana Solusi Teknologi provided information via questionnaires using a Likert scale, interviews, and observation. The results of the research show that employee loyalty is not significantly impacted by work discipline (t-calculated = 1.107 t-table = 2.037; p = 0.166 0.05). Additionally, it was shown that loyalty was significantly positively impacted by pay (t-calculated = 2.492 t-table = 2.037; p = 0.018 0.05). The combined effect of pay and work discipline on employee loyalty is 27.9%, according to the modified R-squared value of 0.279. This result implies that proper remuneration has a greater impact on gains in employee loyalty than work discipline.

Abstract

In a dynamic business environment, employee adaptation is crucial for organizational productivity. This study analyzes the role of employee adaptation in improving productivity within the Spatial Control Division of the Bekasi City Spatial Planning Office. Using a non-statistical quantitative approach, data was collected through direct observation of 45 employees and a Likert scale questionnaire. Descriptive analysis was performed by integrating findings from both observation and the questionnaire to identify the relationship between variables. The results demonstrate that adaptation to changes, such as the introduction of a new Canon printer, has a tangible impact on productivity. This is evidenced by observational data showing the time required to print a map decreased from 15 minutes to 8 minutes and the frequency of printing errors dropped from 10% to 2%. These findings align with the positive perceptions of employees recorded in the questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instruments were also confirmed, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.895 for the adaptation variable (X) and 0.867 for the productivity variable (Y). The conclusion of this research confirms a positive correlation between adaptation and increased work productivity, highlighting that investing in the development of employee adaptability is a vital strategy for any organization.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has made Shopee the platform with the highest number of visits in 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on Shopee users' purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach with associative design. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 100 respondents who were domiciled in Bekasi and had made transactions on Shopee. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed that influencer marketing (t count = 3,515 > t table = 1,984), online customer reviews (t count = 2,220 > t table = 1,984), and online customer rating (t count = 4,346 > t table = 1,984) had a positive and partially significant effect on purchase decisions with a significance level of < 0.05. Simultaneously, all three variables also had a significant effect (F count = 32.277 > F table = 2.699). Of the three variables, online customer rating is the most dominant factor with a beta coefficient of 0.411. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.487 indicates that 48.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by all three independent variables. These findings provide insight into e-commerce businesses in designing more effective digital marketing strategies to increase customer conversions and loyalty.
