Abstract

Setiap pemerintah daerah memerlukan perencanaan  pembangunan, agar setiap pembangunan memiliki dampak yang akurat serta dapat melakukan evaluasi terhadap apa yang dibangun. Perencanaan pembangunan daerah juga harus memperhatikan prioritas dari perencanaan pembangunan daerah, sehingga sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh daerah. Perencanaan pembangunan daerah yang berjalan saat ini pada BAPPEDA kabupaten Ciamis masih menggunakan sistem manual dan belum menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan, sehingga proses penentuan prioritas perencanaan pembangunan daerah mengalami banyak kendala. Mulai dari kurangnya data yang dibutuhkan hingga sulitnya menentukan prioritas perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website tentang penentuan prioritas perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode promethee yang termasuk sistem pendukung keputusan perangkingan suatu objek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan perhitungan metode promethee. Penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis website, membantu pengelolaan permohonan perencanaan pembangunan yang diusulkan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.Every local government needs development planning, so that every development has an accurate impact and can evaluate what is being built. Regional development planning must also pay attention to the priorities of regional development planning, so that it is in accordance with what is needed by the region. Regional development planning currently running at BAPPEDA Ciamis district still uses a manual system and has not used a decision support system, so the process of determining regional development planning priorities faces many obstacles. Starting from the lack of data needed to the difficulty in determining regional development planning priorities. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based information system design on determining the priority of regional development planning. The method used is the Promethee method which includes a decision support system for ranking an object. The result of this research is the creation of a website-based information system design using the Promethee method calculation. The use of a website-based information system helps the management of proposed development planning requests to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Attendance in the world of work is something that cannot be missed, because it is one of the performance assessments of an employee in the company as well as one of the indicators of determining performance every month. Therefore it is very important to record employee attendance correctly. CV Adi Bakti is one of the companies that still uses paper to record attendance. This causes employees to do things that are not expected, such as signing the wrong column or signing attendance for coworkers who are not present that day. In addition, attendance that is only in the form of sheets allows damage and loss and causes undocumented employee attendance reports every month. Seeing from this problem, the author designed an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology in order to provide convenience for companies in the attendance process and attendance reporting. This data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study methods. The system development method in this study uses the Prototype method. The results of this study are an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology that can assist companies in presenting employee attendance data accurately and quickly. Can make it easier for companies to make or recap employee attendance reports which are automatically printed on the system

Abstract

Sesuai dengan judul program pengabdian masyarakat ini, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah Pelestarian Potensi Alat Musik Kolotik Sebagai Ikon Desa Beber Ciamis untuk para generasi muda di Desa Beber. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan melestarikan “Kolotik” kepada generasi muda, karena generasi muda jaman sekarang lebih memilih kesenian dan kebudayaan orang barat. Materi yang diberikan antara lain pemaparan materi tentang sejarah Kolotik dan praktik pembuatan Kolotik. Capaian kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terlaksananya Pelestarian Potensi Alat Musik Kolotik dengan jumlah peserta kurang lebih 50 orang yang dapat mengikuti sampai akhir acara dan peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang sejarah Kolotik dan praktik pembuatan Kolotik untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pelestarian potensi alat musik Kolotik di desa Beber.   In this era of globalization, traditional musical instruments seem to be inferior to foreign cultures that have entered Indonesia, little by little causing Indonesian people to abandon traditional musical instruments. That doesn't mean we can't listen to music other than traditional Indonesian music, but we also have to take the time to appreciate and try so that people can preserve traditional Indonesian musical instruments. The Kolotik musical instrument is a traditional musical instrument originating from Ciamis Regency with the main ingredients being coconut shells and bamboo. The sound that sounds unique makes this musical instrument often used as a souvenir from Cimaragas District, to be precise in Beber village. The purpose of this dedication is to introduce and preserve "Kolotik" to the younger generation, because today's young generation prefers western art and culture. The expected results of this activity are that the younger generation can get to know Kolotik as a musical instrument that was created in the Beber village and also increase the awareness of the younger generation about the arts in their surroundings. They are also moved to support cultural preservation and help protect local culture and participate when there are activities in the framework of cultural preservation, teach that culture to future generations so that the culture is not destroyed and can still survive, Love their own culture without demeaning and harassing the culture of others.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam cara masyarakat mempromosikan potensi lokal. Transformasi digital menjadi langkah penting menuju masyarakat yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi . Namun demikian, banyak desa di Indonesia yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam, budaya, dan produk khas belum mampu memasarkan potensinya secara optimal karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang digital.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota Karang Taruna ,pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat desa dalam mengembangkan serta memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi potensi daerah, baik dalam bidang produk unggulan, pariwisata, maupun kebudayaan. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten digital yang menarik dan efektif, seperti fotografi, videografi, penulisan narasi promosi, serta pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai platform publikasi. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, Karang Taruna dapat berperan sebagai agen promosi digital yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam memperkenalkan potensi desa ke tingkat nasional maupun internasional.Kegiatan ini juga menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendorong transformasi digital di tingkat desa, memperkuat semangat kolaborasi antar pemuda, dan menciptakan dampak positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi serta citra desa di era digital.Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, praktik langsung pembuatan konten (foto, video, media sosial), serta pendampingan dalam publikasi digital . Abstract

Alzheimer’s disease is a degenerative neurological disorder that significantly affects patients’ cognitive functions and social lives. It is a leading form of dementia, characterized by the progressive death of brain cells. One widely adopted diagnostic approach involves magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to evaluate brain structures. Recent advances in machine learning have enabled automated image analysis, with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) commonly used for image feature extraction and classification. However, CNNs face a major limitation in maintaining consistency during image segmentation, which results in reduced classification accuracy. This issue arises from CNNs’ limited ability to preserve local pixel-level consistency during feature extraction. To address this, we propose integrating a Markov Random Field (MRF)-based layer into the CNN architecture, which has been shown to enhance segmentation consistency. This study utilizes publicly available MRI datasets of Alzheimer’s patients and employs a k-fold cross-validation scheme for evaluation. The results show that the CNN-MRF model improves classification accuracy to 63%, compared to 61% with the standard CNN. Furthermore, the loss value is reduced from 0.80 to 0.74. Although the improvement in accuracy is incremental, a paired t-test confirms that the difference is statistically significant (p < 0.05). This method has proven effective in enhancing the reliability of image-based diagnostic systems for early detection of Alzheimer’s disease.

Abstract

This study aims to implement QOMARUN, a web-based information system for reporting and preventing violence in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). The study addresses the lack of a secure and transparent reporting mechanism, which causes many violence cases to remain unreported. The system was developed using the Prototyping method and implemented with Laravel framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, supported by Livewire and Tailwind CSS. System evaluation was conducted through black-box testing and a user questionnaire involving one respondent with 15 Likert-scale statements. The results showed that all core system functions operated successfully, while the questionnaire achieved an average score of 3.67 out of 5, indicating positive user acceptance. The QOMARUN application provides a secure, structured, and transparent reporting mechanism and has the potential to improve violence reporting and case management in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk memanfaatkan sistem berbasis web dalam mendukung pengelolaan dan penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi layanan terpadu berbasis web pada Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah XII Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mencakup pengelolaan informasi dan layanan konsultasi pendidikan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengintegrasikan informasi dan layanan konsultasi dalam satu platform berbasis web yang terstruktur, melalui fitur informasi, panduan prosedur, dan konsultasi daring. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan informasi di lingkungan instansi menjadi lebih terorganisir dan terpusat

Abstract

Agriculture is a sector that supports food security. Currently, agriculture faces serious challenges due to climate change, land limitations, and low technology adoption. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart farming system integrated with artificial intelligence and run through edge computing. The prototype system is designed to collect real-time data on crop growth environments using pH, TDS, temperature, humidity, and water level sensors. The data is then processed locally using the Random Forest Regressor algorithm to determine optimal environmental conditions. Test results show that the model has very high accuracy in predicting humidity (R² = 0.99; RMSE = 0.65) and temperature (R² = 0.99; RMSE = 0.17), although there are still discrepancies in extreme conditions. The integration of IoT, AI, and edge computing has proven to improve energy efficiency, accelerate response times, and provide adaptive and affordable solutions in support of sustainable urban agriculture productivity.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; Random Forest Regressor; IoT; Edge Computing AbstrakPertanian merupakan sektor yang mendukung ketahanan pangan, saat ini pertanian menghadapi tantangan serius akibat perubahan iklim, keterbatasan lahan, dan rendahnya adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pertanian cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan kecerdasan buatan dan dijalankan melalui komputasi tepi. Prototipe sistem dirancang untuk mengumpulkan data lingkungan pertumbuhan tanaman secara real-time menggunakan sensor pH, TDS, suhu, kelembaban, dan tinggi permukaan air. Data kemudian diproses secara lokal menggunakan algoritma Random Forest Regressor untuk menentukan kondisi lingkungan optimal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model memiliki akurasi sangat tinggi pada prediksi kelembaban (R² = 0,99; RMSE = 0,65) dan suhu (R² = 0,99; RMSE = 0,17), meskipun masih terdapat selisih pada kondisi ekstrem. Integrasi IoT, AI, dan edge computing terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi energi, mempercepat respons, serta memberikan solusi adaptif dan terjangkau dalam mendukung produktivitas pertanian perkotaan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of information overload on digital platforms frequently leads to a skewed long-tail distribution, where user interactions concentrate on popular items while the majority remains undiscovered. This popularity bias is particularly acute in the book domain, where metaphorical titles defy traditional lexical matching, causing unique content to remain hidden in the long-tail area. While semantic models improve relevance, a significant research gap persists in mitigating the trade-off between accuracy and catalog exposure. This study proposes a novel stochastic framework by integrating Roulette Wheel Selection with hybrid rating and temporal decay weighting to enhance long-tail discoverability. To evaluate its generalizability, this mechanism was tested on the Goodreads Poetry dataset across four distinct content-based embedding models: SBERT-Tuned, SBERT, FastText, and Word2Vec. We conducted a rigorous comparative analysis between the proposed Stochastic (S) approach and Deterministic (D) Top-N selection. Experimental results demonstrate that the stochastic mechanism consistently improves catalog diversity across all baselines. SBERT-Tuned emerged as the most promising model, achieving a 461.71% increase in Catalog Coverage with a marginal 2.15% Recall reduction. Other models also exhibited significant gains, where the integration of Roulette Wheel Selection boosted coverage by 381.72% for FastText and 225.15% for Word2Vec, highlighting the framework's robustness. Furthermore, a consistent decrease in the Gini-index and an improvement in Novelty scores (ranging from +16% to +29%) confirm a more equitable distribution of item visibility. This research contributes a methodological advancement by proving that stochastic selection, guided by time-aware weighting, can effectively dismantle popularity bias without sacrificing relevance.
