Abstract

Perkembangan cepat teknologi informasi saat ini yang umumnya dikenal sebagai jejaring sosial atau media, setiap hari kita tidak melihat siapa pun yang tidak menggunakan teknologi dewasa ini untuk anak -anak, bahkan ada istilah untuk penggunaan teknologi ini. , terutama dunia di tangan kita, teknologi datang dalam bentuk perangkat lunak seperti Internet, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Tik Tok dan perangkat keras, seperti laptop, telepon, dll. Saat ini orang menggunakan perangkat Tik Tok menjadi kreatif dan menjelaskan penjelasan tentang sesuatu. Melalui tayangan film,gambar dan lagu yang ditampilkan, perangkat ini memfasilitasi informasi dan dapat ditransmisikan dan dapat menjelaskan stimulasi bagi mereka yang melihatnya, meniru / menyebarluaskannya. Orang -orang Indonesia, terutama komunitas Tasikmalaya, yang telah menggunakan sebagian besar Internet, adalah pangsa pasar yang menjanjikan bagi manajemen untuk mempromosikan produk -produknya menggunakan jejaring sosial, terutama Tik Tok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan rnf.creation dalam memasarkan bisnis digitalnya menggunakan jejaring sosial Tik Tok. Metode observasi yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian di sini. menggunakan observasi kualitatif dengan strategi deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan files melalui tanya jawab dan penyimpanan files. Metode analisis files pada penelitian ini diaplikasikan setelah data dihasilkan melalui Tanya jawab kemudian dalam penyimpanan files -Depth. Kemudian, files dianalisis saling terkait untuk memperoleh praduga sementara dan mendapatkan simpulan.Observasi yang diperoleh ternyata rnf.creation telah memanfaatkan media sosial dalam pemasarankan bisnisnya nya di Instagram sehingga secara perlahan mulai dikenal dan banyak followernya dalam memasarkan produknya dengan menggunakan Bisnis Digital sehingga hal ini sangat memudahkan pengguna media sosial untuk melihat-lihat produknya yang di post di Instagram nya serta memanfaatkan akun tiktok sebagai media promosi dalam menarik pelanggan di media social sehingga hal ini akan berimbas pada penambahan income per bulan nya.

Abstract

Penjadwalan maintenance peralatan dan mesin pada suatu perusahaan secara konvensional menjadi permasalahan utama dalam sebuah perusahaan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pekerja melakukan kesalahan dan tidak meratanya perawatan dan pemeliharaan sistem yang ada. Pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan menggunakan model waterfall dengan 3 tahapan yaitu Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing. Sistem informasi penjadwalan maintenance menjadi sebuah solusi untuk penyelesaian permasalahan mulai dari penjadwalan maintenance, pengolahan data, persetujuan pengajuan bantuan service, pengadaan barang, sampai dengan pembuatan laporan maintenance. Sistem informasi maintenance dapat memberikan penghematan biaya tambahan, waktu pakai mesin, pembuatan laporan dapat tertata lebih baik dan tidak berulang.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Proyek adalah serangkaian aktivitas berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian untuk memastikan agar sasaran waktu, anggaran dan spesifikasi tertentu dalam sebuah pekerjaan yang telah diterapkan dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efesien. Manajemen proyek yang dilakukan saat ini di PT Arya Bakti Saluyu masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengecekan progres proyek dan laporan yang dilakukan secara manual, terkadang menimbulkan kesalahpahaman. Pengecekan atas progress sebuah proyek yang dilakukan dengan turun langsung ke lapangan, tentunya akan membutuhkan banyak waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen proyek (SIMAPRO) berbasis web yang dapat membantu dalam mengelola proyek. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter dan template bootstrap. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi SIMAPRO berbasis wesite dengan 2 hak akses yaitu direktur dan project manager. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, manajemen proyek dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Direktur juga dapat memonitoring progress proyek setiap saat tanpa harus ke lapangan. Abstract-Project Management System is a series of activities in the form of planning, implementation, and control to ensure that certain time targets, budgets and specifications in a work that have been implemented can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The current project management at PT Arya Bakti Saluyu is still done manually. Manually checking project progress and reports sometimes creates misunderstandings. Checking the progress of a project that is carried out by going directly to the field, of course, will take a lot of time. This research was conducted with the aim of building a web-based project management information system (SIMAPRO) that could assist in managing projects. This website-based information system development was built that using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and bootstrap templates. This research produced a website-based SIMAPRO application with 2 access rights, namely the director and the project manager. With this application, project management could be done more effectively and efficiently. The director could also monitor the progress of the project at any time without having to go to the field.

Abstract

Geographic information systems or GIS are information systems related to geographical features and are used to manipulate and display information in a geographical area. GIS can also be used for mapping, particularly in raw water areas. At the UPTD PSDA Ciwulan-Cilaki River Area, there are problems in managing data on applications for the submission of raw water requests carried out by the community. The applicant was required to send a letter requesting the submission of raw water to the agency, which resulted in the piling up of letters in the archives. Another problem found is that the survey process feels very long and takes days. This aimed of this researched was to design a geographic information system to solve the problem. In this research, the researchers designed a geographic information system mapping the raw water area of Tasikmalaya City based on Android using the Prototype method. The stages in the Prototype method are Communication, Planning, Representation, and Construction. The benefits and results of this information system design were that it made it easier for applicants to apply for raw water along with mapping the raw water area and for application management agencies to be more structured. In addition, this android-based GIS could be accessed by applicants and agencies anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian di Indonesia yang bertugas sebagai penyedia informasi statistik kepada pemerintah dan masyarakat luas, secara nasional maupun regional. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan penulis di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Tasikmalaya, terdapat permasalahan terkait sistem pemantauan mitra saat ini. Sistem pemantauan yang ada di BPS Kota Tasikmalaya melibatkan pegawai untuk menginput data mitra menggunakan Google Sheet, yang kemudian ditandai dengan warna pada tabel yang telah dibuat, serta pengisian kuesioner dan peta wilayah menggunakan PAPI (Pencil and Paper Interviewing). Dikaitkan dengan penerapan sistem saat ini, ada potensi risiko kesalahan dalam penandaan warna data mitra, sehingga efisiensi sistem terganggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development. Keuntungan dan hasil dari pengembangan sistem monitoring ini agar mempermudah pegawai dalam memantau data mitra dan proyek yang sedang dikerjakan oleh mitra. Sistem monitoring mitra berbasis web akan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pegawai dan mitra.Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), is a Non-Ministerial Government Institution in Indonesia that serves as a provider of statistical information to the government and the general public, nationally and regionally. Based on the author's observations conducted at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tasikmalaya City, there are issues identified regarding the current partner monitoring system. The monitoring system at the BPS of Tasikmalaya City involves employees inputting partner data using Google Sheets, which is then highlighted in the table created, along with completing questionnaires and geographic maps using PAPI (Pencil and Paper Interviewing). In connection with the implementation of the current system, there may be a risk of color errors in partner data, so this system does not run efficiently. This research aimed to design a web-based information system to solve these problems. The research used the Rapid Application Development method. The benefits and results of designing this monitoring information system were that it makes it easier for employees to monitor partner data and projects carried out by partners. The web-based partner monitoring system can be accessed easily by employees and partners.

Abstract

Tasikmalaya City is one of the cities in the West Java which has an area of around 184.2 km². According to data from the Ministry of Education and Culture, in Tasikmalaya City there are at least 543 schools consisting of 284 Elementary School, 142 Junior High School, 66 Senior High School and 51 Vocational High School. The purpose of this research was to create a web-based system or application that made it easier for visitors to find the distribution and location of schools in Tasikmalaya City more accurately. The method in this research used the Waterfall in software development because it was very suitable for building web-based geographic information system software. Geographic Information System is a computer system that has the abilities to write, record, store, analyse, and display geographic data. This ability can provide benefits in presenting very accurate location information with the help of the Google Map API owned by Google Map, making it easier for programmers to develop a Map on the Website. Web-based Geographic Information System for the distribution of schools in Tasikmalaya City can give information the location of school accurately and make easier to find it.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a thyroid cancer recurrence prediction model using the XGBoost method with a clinicopathological feature-based approach. Thyroid cancer is one of the cancers that have a significant recurrence rate after initial treatment. Therefore, thyroid cancer recurrence prediction is important in determining treatment plans and patient management. In this study, we used a dataset containing 383 records of clinicopathological information on thyroid cancer patients who had undergone treatment. The features include various clinical and pathological parameters that are considered important in recurrence prediction. We used the XGBoost algorithm, which has proven effective in various classification tasks, to build a prediction model. The model evaluation results show good consistency in predicting the thyroid cancer recurrence with an average accuracy value of around 97.74% and an average F1-score value of around 95.94%. The results show that the XGBoost model can provide thyroid cancer recurrence prediction with good accuracy, with the ability to effectively detect both classes (recurrence and non-recurrence). The model is expected to be a valuable tool in supporting clinical decision-making related to the management of thyroid cancer patients.

Abstract

The Sukamulya Health Center UPTD is in Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. Precisely on Jl. Raya Panjalu No. 24 Rt.01/Rw.01, Village. Sukamulya, District. Cihaurbeuti, Ciamis Regency, West Java, Indonesia 46262. Where the Sukamulya Health Center UPTD manages 6 villages and 37 posyandu. The problem faced by the Sukamulya Health Center UPTD is the development of an Android-based stunting data collection application in terms of automatic detection in identifying children who are stunted, so that it can speed up data collection and save time. The focus of the objective in discussing this community service activity is to recommend the application of technology in preventing stunting so that detection can be carried out quickly and accurately as well as providing recommendations if a child is affected by stunting with the Artificial Intelligent (AI) feature. with this application, every time a weighing is carried out at the posyandu, a database for monitoring the growth and development of toddlers will be available. The method used in this activity is a training workshop for posyandu cadres by directly practicing how to operate the stunting application that has been developed. The community service strategy implemented includes practical training and the use of technology to increase the accuracy and speed of stunting data reporting.  Significant findings from this activity are the increase in the ability of posyandu cadres to record stunting and provide stunting data with appropriate recommendations through AI, the ability of each posyandu cadre to collect data related to stunting through an Android-based application and provide recommendations automatically if there are indications of stunting, and through features ChatGpt so that Posyandu cadres can ask questions via this column according to problems encountered in the field. In conclusion, the implementation and workshop on operating stunting data collection and monitoring applications based on this Android application can be carried out at the Sukamulya Community Health Center UPTD, with the stunting application that has been developed posyandu cadres can carry out data collection quickly and efficiently and can then report it to the sub-district easily.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a global redefinition of work, catalyzing a historic wave of voluntary resignations known as The Great Resignation and intensifying the competition for skilled labor—often referred to as the War for Talent. This study presents a systematic literature review of 38 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 to investigate the multidimensional drivers of employee turnover and evaluate organizational responses in the post-pandemic context. The findings reveal four key thematic areas: psychological and value-driven resignation behavior, evolving work models and employee expectations, strategic talent retention efforts, and sectoral or regional variations in turnover patterns. The analysis also identifies a shift toward human-centered, data-informed HRM strategies and the growing influence of AI and digital infrastructure in workforce management. Furthermore, the study discusses emerging theoretical frameworks, such as Adaptive HRM and Human-Centered Design, offering fresh perspectives on employee engagement and retention. The review concludes that employee turnover in the post-pandemic era reflects enduring structural transformations rather than temporary labor market anomalies, necessitating holistic, empathetic, and context-sensitive strategies by both organizations and policymakers.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Pemerintah desa seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam memetakan batas wilayah dan menentukan titik lokasi bangunan fasilitas umum. Ketidakakuratan dan keterlambatan dalam pemetaan tersebut tidak hanya mengganggu proses administrasi, tetapi juga menyulitkan pengunjung dari luar desa dalam menemukan lokasi tujuan. Dampak ini berpotensi menghambat berbagai aspek pengembangan desa, mulai dari perencanaan infrastruktur hingga penyediaan layanan publik yang efektif. Saat ini, aplikasi peta daring seperti Google Maps telah banyak digunakan untuk kebutuhan navigasi. Namun, aplikasi tersebut memiliki keterbatasan, seperti waktu yang diperlukan untuk meng-update titik lokasi baru dan kesulitan dalam menampilkan lokasi yang kurang populer atau dinamis. Akibatnya, data yang disajikan tidak selalu mencerminkan kondisi lapangan secara real-time atau spesifik terhadap kebutuhan warga desa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi geografis (SIG) yang dirancang khusus untuk kebutuhan desa. Tujuan dibuatnya Aplikasi SIG ini diharapkan mampu memetakan batas wilayah secara akurat, menandai titik lokasi fasilitas umum, serta menyediakan informasi detail mengenai jaringan jalan dan lokasi pemukiman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode waterfall.Dengan solusi ini, diharapkan akses informasi bagi pengunjung dan perencanaan administratif oleh pemerintah desa dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan responsif terhadap perubahan kondisi di lapangan. Kata Kunci:   SIG,Google maps ,metode waterfall
