Abstract

Memasuki Industri 4.0, memberikan perubahan terhadap aktivitas dan kebiasaan manusia, salah satunya adalah pelelangan barang. Pelelangan barang saat ini sudah merambah ke berbagai jenis barang. Bukan sekedar barang-barang bernilai historis atau memiliki nilai seni yang tinggi, tapi juga saat ini sudah merambah dalam hal barang-barang seperti kebutuhan sehari-hari. Sistem pelelangan umumnya mengharuskan seseorang untuk hadir saat proses lelang dilaksanakan, permasalahan yang umum terjadi adalah masih kurangnya minat kehadiran dalam kegiatan pelelangan serta kurangnya informasi terkait agenda dan produk yang akan dilelang. Untuk itulah perlu dibuat sebuah sistem pelelangan agar dapat mengakomodir orang-orang yang sebenarnya tertarik mengikuti pelelangan namun terkendala dalam hal kehadiran di lokasi. Metode waterfall dipilih sebagai metode dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk sistem pelelangan. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk dapat menghimpun peserta pelelangan yang terkendala jarak dan waktu serta memudahkan dalam informasi terkait pelalngan yang akan dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Praying and singing are activities commonly carried out by religious adherents in Indonesia. This habit can be carried into everyday life, including in learning and teaching activities in educational institutions. Singing is something that is commonplace nowadays. Even from childhood we have been accustomed to singing or at least listening to songs. If we look at our parents when their babies cry, quite a few of the mothers who are looking after their children sing, either just humming or even accompanied by music, with the aim of just making their babies calm down and stop crying. Meanwhile, prayer itself is a petition or request from a servant to God using the desired pronunciation and fulfilling the stipulated conditions. In this study, researchers raised the theme of praying and singing before and after studying and their influence on enthusiasm for learning based on students' perceptions. In conducting this research, researchers used questionnaire methods and literature study. Namely combining the results of the questionnaire with the opinions of experts.

Abstract

PT. Global Printpack Indonesia is engaged in plastic factories located in Curug District, Tangerang Regency. The company has 280 employees. With the employee payroll data management system that is already running, it uses Microsoft Excel which is taken from the fingerprint attendance data recap. So that during the HRD payroll process, it takes longer to calculate salaries. Therefore, a computer-based payroll system was developed with a data import feature. The goal is to help simplify the process of recording overtime hours, monitoring employee attendance more efficiently. So HRD does not need to calculate manually. The data collection methods used in the preparation of the thesis are observation, interviews and literature studies and agile software development methods using the codeigniter 3 framework. The existence of this payroll system can make it easier for HRD to calculate salaries automatically to increase efficiency

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of negotiations in the context of the political communication process in general. Involving an in-depth analysis of political negotiation situations, this research aims to identify the key factors that influence the success of negotiations and their impact on the political communication process. Using an interdisciplinary approach that combines political communication theory and negotiation strategy, this research provides insight into how effective negotiation skills can improve results in reaching political agreements. The findings of this research contribute to the practical and theoretical understanding of the importance of negotiation in achieving political goals and provide guidance for improving negotiation skills in complex political communication contexts.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komputer dapat mempermudah aktivitas manusia, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis, seperti pengelolaan data pegawai dan penggajian. PT. Jaringan Global Robotik di Jakarta Barat masih menggunakan sistem penghitungan gaji yang masih manual sehingga dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pembayaran dan kesalahan perhitungan. Selain itu perusahaan tersebut juga masih menggunakan sistem absensi manual yang rentan terhadap kecurangan dan kesalahan pencatatan. Dengan berbagai permasalahan ini, kami menyarankan penggunaan sistem terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penghitungan gaji, selain itu juga membuat sistem absensi yang terdapat fitur untuk merecord data absensi pengajar, sehingga laporan absensi mengajar menjadi otomatis dan pengajar tidak perlu lagi melakukan laporan absensi mengajar. Hasil dari penelitian kami dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi HRIS di PT. Jaringan Global Robotik, yang dikembangkan dengan metode Extreme Programming, dapat mengurangi keterlambatan pembayaran dan kesalahan perhitungan gaji. Sistem ini memiliki fitur otomatisasi penghitungan gaji yang mengurangi waktu perhitungan dan kemungkinan keterlambatan. Selain itu, sistem absensi otomatis menghilangkan kebutuhan pengajar untuk membuat laporan absensi harian, sehingga mengurangi risiko kecurangan dan manipulasi laporan.

Abstract

The era of digitalization where the majority of people prefer to stay at home and are reluctant to do activities is a problem for manual economic movements but provides benefits from the possibility of maximizing the digital economy. One thing that can still be improved is related to the sale of services, the tendency for online transactions to be more focused on transactions related to physical goods but with the opportunity to see and carry out transactions related to services, this can be done to gain an advantage and related improvements with business opportunities. Obstacles that tend to be found are related to trust because the service process requires someone to come to a location to carry out tasks, this is a challenge for the provision of AHS-Clean applications that provide shoe washing services. This research employs a qualitative approach, with case studies on several leading shoe companies that have implemented digital applications. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, documentation analysis, and direct observation of the business processes involved. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital applications in various operational areas of the shoe business, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and inventory management, has resulted in a positive impact on sales and operational efficiency. However, the primary challenges encountered pertain to the integration of new technologies with existing systems and the necessity to train employees to adapt to these digital changes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the organizational communication strategy of the Kiwari Sundanese Theatre in ensuring the success of the 22nd Sundanese Drama Festival (FDBS) in 2024. The research approach used was qualitative with descriptive methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of administrators, members, and related parties in organizing the festival. The results of the study indicate that the Kiwari Sundanese Theatre implements a structured organizational communication strategy in three main dimensions: internal communication, external communication, and public communication. Internal communication is carried out through regular meetings, online groups, and a clear division of tasks to strengthen coordination between members. External communication is realized in collaboration with the Government, sponsors, the media, and other arts communities as an effort to expand networks and support. Meanwhile, public communication is focused on promoting the festival through social media, radio broadcasts, and creative campaigns based on local wisdom to attract the attention of the wider community. The implemented strategy is considered effective in increasing participation, enthusiasm, and the success of the 22nd FDBS. This study recommends strengthening digital-based communication innovation and increasing human resource capacity within the organization to face the challenges of organizing festivals in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of social media in raising awareness among coastal communities regarding natural disasters. The rapid development of information and digital technology, which benefits all individuals, has now extended its benefits to various societal elements such as urban, mountainous, and coastal communities. The openness of information implemented by the government exemplifies the role of social media in enhancing the awareness of coastal communities towards natural disasters. Through qualitative analysis and interviews or discussions with members of coastal communities to obtain qualitative information about their experiences regarding disaster information received through social media, this research explores how social media can influence the understanding and responses of communities to disasters in coastal areas. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge and insight into the role of social media in disaster risk mitigation and increasing awareness among coastal communities of impending natural disasters.

Abstract

The selection of new hires is an important process in human resource management to ensure that the organization gets the individuals who best suit the company's needs and goals. The main problem in the selection of new employee admissions is often related to the difficulty of achieving objectivity and fairness in the assessment process. Reliance on subjective assessment, lack of structured selection methods or absence of valid and reliable measurement tools can result in inaccurate decisions. The ranking results in the selection of new employee admissions show the value generated from each candidate, Candidate AE is ranked first with the highest score of 24.48, followed by Candidate DS with a score of 22.95. JE Candidate was ranked third with a score of 21.36, followed by FY Candidate with a score of 21.3. These results reflect the performance of each candidate in meeting the selection criteria that have been determined. This research contributes to improving accuracy and fairness in selection decision-making, by reducing subjectivity bias in weighting and ranking candidates. With transparent and measurable results, this research helps companies in systematically selecting the best candidates, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. The combination of the LOPCOW and MARCOS methods offers the flexibility to be applied in a variety of selection contexts, not only in employee admissions, but also in other multi-criteria decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has prompted government agencies to adopt digital systems for more effective data management. The East Jakarta Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control (Sudin PPAPP) faces significant challenges in managing contraceptive supply data, which is still handled manually. This manual process often leads to inconsistent records, delayed reporting, and inefficiencies in data handling. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application to facilitate digital and real-time tracking, recording, and reporting of contraceptive tools and supplies. The software development follows the Agile methodology, allowing iterative development focused on user needs and feedback. The system includes features such as stock monitoring, distribution history, and automated PDF report generation. The results demonstrate that the application enhances data accuracy, streamlines workflow, and improves the overall service of the Family Planning program. This digital initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward a more modern and integrated data management system
