Abstract

Procurement of goods and service selection is one of the most important activity in a company. Vendor selection is a multi criteria problem which includes legality, financial statements, address checking, price and production capacity. For thus reason selecting the best vendor will affect a lot on desired working quality expectation. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) can be utilized as one of effective method, by this means the value from a critieria of selection are not defined at the beginning but through priority scales formula (level of importance). This research was conducted at Perumda Pasar Jaya who will develop a partnership with PT. Damai Prima Tangguh, PT. Han awal, and PT. Rekan Sukses Sejahtera to complete a project According to the result of priority scales (level of importance) value research in vendor selection, PT Damai proma tangguh is chosen as the first by employee with 0,514 value score, the second one to be chosen is pt han awal with 0,274 value score, and the last place is pt rekan sukses sejahtera with 0,208 vakue score. Abstract

Abstracts - With so many foreign cultures entering and more and more people adapting foreign cultures, fewer people are familiar with the culture of the Indonesian people. Therefore, introducing national culture to the younger generation is very important to maintain and preserve national culture as the identity of the Indonesian nation. In this final project, an educational game called Petualangan Si Nau was developed with some assets made using Adobe Photoshop software and some downloaded from the Internet and the game engine used is Construct 2 software and does not use a special programming language because all commands used in the game are set. using EvenSheet which consists of Event and Action. The mechanism in the game developed is almost the same as platformer games in general, namely passing obstacles, collecting items, and achieving a goal at each level in the game. But the difference is, this game adds educational elements such as answering questions and so on. The educational game Petualangan Si Nau was built using the game engine Construct 2 and exported using the Cordova CLI, All the features contained in the educational game Petualangan Si Nau can function as expected, The educational game Petualangan Si Nau is a place or media to introduce traditional culture that exist in Indonesia to the younger generation, With the educational game Petualangan Si Nau students will find it easier to learn about traditional culture in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstracts - The goal to be achieved in this Final Project is to create an animal-themed educational game by guessing pictures as the main gameplay element that can be run on Smartphone media. This is motivated by the unavailability of all animals in the children's residence and the absence of an educational park or zoo in the children's neighborhood. By using games as a medium for learning animal names, the author will make the learning process to recognize animal names more interesting. There are many things to learn and need to know in the process of making this Guess the Picture: World of Animals game. The first of course is the selection of the type of animal and the animals in it, the next is to make the design concept, of course all the design concepts in this game will be adjusted to the goals and themes, then the next process is to create or search game assets based on the concepts that have been selected and make preparations into the program (software) that has been selected. Abstract

Posyandu is a basic health activity organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu is one of the Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM). So, Posyandu is a self-help activity from the community in the health sector with the person in charge of the village head. The concept of Posyandu is closely related to cohesiveness. The integration referred to includes integration in the aspects of the target, aspects of the location of activities, aspects of the organizing officer, aspects of data and so forth. (MOH RI, 2012: 1). Internet technology can be utilized to gain access to Posyandu information. Data can be stored online so that it can be accessed by the people who are members of the group. A web-based posyandu information system is needed to make this happen. This system is used by Posyandu cadres to record data on posyandu activities. Then it can be accessed by residents to get information about posyandu activities. Internet technology is needed to access information without being bound by place and time. It is hoped that with this web-based Information System, data recording is more easily done by posyandu cadres and information on posyandu activities can be accessed easily by the community. Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly, one of the examples is the library information system. The amount of interest in reading the public makes borrowing books that are increasingly crowded on the visit by young people and adults. Both who want to borrow a book, who want to just read in the library, and who will see what books are in the library. Libraries as providers of services to users or visitors require methods of service that are fast, easy and efficient. Existing library services are still manual causing various obstacles in the provision of services, for example library staff in providing services must record new book data into a master book, for members themselves when they want to borrow a book they have to record it into the borrow books data, calculation of the amount of fines that occur when the member is late in returning books to library staff, thus to improve services to library members it is necessary to build a system to facilitate librarians in serving their members. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The software development process model uses the waterfall model which consists of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Then the software used for developing this library system is Macromedia Dreamweaver CC2019, MySQL Database, Php My Admin and XAMPP.

Abstract

Penyewaan sepeda listrik banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat belakangan ini. Usaha ini mudah dijalankan karena tidak memerlukan keahlian khusus. Maraknya usaha penyewaan sepeda listrik sangat membantu kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat dan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Pengelolaan usaha  yang baik akan mampu mendukung keberhasilan usaha dimana pendapatan usaha dapat terkendali sehingga pendapatan usaha dapat diperoleh secara optimal. Penggunaan perangkat bergerak oleh masyarakat bukanlah hal baru, dewasa ini hampir setiap orang memiliki perangkat bergerak. Perangkat bergerak dapat dimanfaatan oleh pengusaha penyewaan sepeda listrik, selain untuk berkomunikasi antara pengusaha dan karyawan, perangkat begerak ini dapat dipasang sistem informasi untuk mengelola transaksi penyewaan sepeda listrik. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi ini, pengusaha dapat mengawasi dan mengelola transaksi setiap saat tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu dengan lokasi. Aplikasi berbasis web merupakan alternatif yang dapat dipilih dalam pengembangan sistem karena aplikasi berbasis web dapat berjalan pada berbagai platform sistem operasi dan perangkat bergerak. Progresive web application (PWA) merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dapat dipasang pada perangkat bergerak seperti halnya aplikasi native. Teknologi ini memudahkan pengembang karena tidak perlu membuat beberapa versi aplikasi untuk sistem tertentu. Pada penelitian ini dikembangan sistem informasi pengelolaan transaksi penyewaan sepeda listrik yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik usaha dengan menerapkan teknologi PWA. Model pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas algoritma Naive Bayes (NB) dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) dalam analisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi Vidio di Google Play Store. Evaluasi kinerja kedua model dilakukan menggunakan berbagai metrik, termasuk akurasi, precision, recall, dan Area Under Curve (AUC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KNN mengungguli Naive Bayes dalam beberapa aspek penting. KNN mencapai akurasi 74.92% dibandingkan dengan Naive Bayes sebesar 71.32%. Dalam hal precision, KNN juga menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik dengan nilai 76.52%, sementara Naive Bayes mencapai 71.61%. Meskipun demikian, kedua model menunjukkan kinerja yang sebanding dalam hal recall, dengan KNN mencapai 72.54% dan Naive Bayes 71.46%. Yang menarik, kedua model memiliki nilai AUC yang sangat tinggi dan hampir setara, yaitu 90.10% untuk KNN dan 90.00% untuk Naive Bayes, menunjukkan kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam membedakan sentimen positif dan negatif. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi secara keseluruhan, algoritma KNN lebih direkomendasikan untuk implementasi analisis sentimen pada ulasan pengguna aplikasi Vidio.

Abstract

Children's nutritional health is a crucial factor in their growth and development. Regular monitoring of nutrition is essential for detecting and preventing dietary issues. This study aims to develop a web-based application for monitoring children's nutrition at the Village Health Center (PKD) in Karangkemojing Village. The methodology employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, involving analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. This web-based application allows health workers and parents to monitor children's nutritional status regularly through data on weight, height, and other nutrition indicators. It is expected that this application will enhance the efficiency of Posyandu cadres in monitoring children's nutrition. Additionally, the application facilitates access to nutritional information for health workers and parents while supporting decision-making regarding dietary interventions. The utilization of this application is anticipated to serve as a model for other regions in improving the quality of children's health services at the village level.

Abstract

During this pandemic, to reduce the spread of COVID-19, it is necessary to implement health protocols in community activities, including in the culinary business. By utilizing the QR-Code the cafe owner can realize the use of a digital menu that can be accessed from a cafe visitor's smart device. The use of digital menu lists is intended to prevent Covid-19 transmission through manual lists or menu books, which are usually used interchangeably by many visitors. By scanning the QR-Code placed on the cafe table, visitors can select a menu and place an order by minimizing contact with manual menu lists and cafe employees. Through this application, cafe owners can also manage sales at their cafes, including sales statistics, receipt printing, menu updates, etc.
