Abstrak - Pada masa Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 seperti sekarang ini, teknologi sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah Perusahaan. Komputer dapat memudahkan kerja seseorang untuk membangun dan mengerjakan tugasnya masing-masing dan dapat menyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat sebagai pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen Sehingga pada saat ini semua elemen masyarakat memanfaatkan komputer ke segala bidang, salah satunya adalah dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik.Hal ini disebabkan karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan pegawai mengenal hubungan manajemen perusahaannya dengan sistem komputer. Dengan menggunakan komputer, perusahaan dapat melakukan proses penyimpanan data dengan mudah dan cepat. Karena tingkat kecepatan dan penyimpanan data pada komputer lebih aman dan rapi, sehingga mudah menemukan data yang diinginkan.Metodelogi yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah ModelWaterfall. Model ini merupakan sebuah pendekatan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik, dengan beberapa tahapan dan juga dipadukan dengan proses observasi dari kegiatan berjalan saat ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah peneliti lakukan mengenai sistem pendapatan menggunakan aplikasi canasoft pada perusahaan PT. Sahabat Mandiri Hutama.Peneliti melihat adanya beberapa permasalahan di dalam sistem Perusahaan. Permasalahan terdiri dari penginputan nomor surat jalan masih manual, terlalu banyak tab dalam menu, dan adanya menu schedule membuat proses invoicing semakin lama.Pembaruan sistem adalah membuat penginputan nomor surat jalan secara otomatis, penyederhanaan tab-tab pada menu agar lebih mudah dipahami, dan penghapusan menu schedule yang dikira tidak perlu guna mempersingkat waktu saat proses invoicing.

This research aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support partially or simultaneously on employee work ethic. The research method used quantitative methods while the data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Subjects in this study amounted to 75 employees at the Ministry of Industry the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the research results, the findings are as follows: (1) collectively or simultaneously job satisfaction and perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, (2) partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work ethic; (3) partially perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. Thus, work ethic can be increased by increasing job satisfaction and perceived organizational support.

Proses pengadaan barang dari dulu hingga saat ini sudah menjadi proses yang umum digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam melaksanakan proses produksi. Proses pengadaan barang baik bahan baku ataupun pendukung hingga saat ini juga sering disalah gunakan dalam bentuk korupsi sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat pada PT SANGRA RATU BOGA sebelum melakukan perancangan dan penggunaan e-procurement dimana pengeluaran uang yang sudah dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan jumlah barang yang diterima di gudang, muncul adanya informasi tidak dilakukannya pengecekan berkala sehingga menyebabkan barang kurang selalu menjadi alasan dari orang yang bekerja di divisi operasional. Perancangan dan penggunaan e-procurement dalam bisnis menjadi suatu terobosan bagi perusahaan untuk mendokumentasikan dan mengintegrasikan sistem agar proses pengadaan dapat selalu dijaga dan dipertanggung jawabkan secara data. Penelitian terhadap pelaksanaan dan penggunaan e-procurement bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak perubahan bisnis setelah penggunaan sistem dan juga proses perancangannya. Dimana dalam melakukan penelitian tersebut, dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan analisa terhadap proses yang ada serta melakukan perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan e-procurement. Hasil analisa yang dilakukan memang menunjukan bahwa adanya perbandingan data antara sesudah dan sebelum penggunaan e-procurement dijelaskan dari jumlah barang digudang dan uang yang dikeluarkan divisi keuangan selalu menuju keseimbangan

The use of physical paper in the business world today has become a consideration as a waste that can affect the company's financial cycle. The saving of using documents without using physical paper is one way to reduce the company's operating costs, especially for companies that have offices and also some factories in running their businesses. The operational process of non-physical documents is supported by the use of barcodes so that the use of paper is very minimal and management can reduce the company's operational costs to the maximum. This study aims to make observations and analysis of barcode usage related to the effectiveness and efficiency in terms of employee performance and especially financial savings. The results of the study show that in terms of operational expenses of the company that there are benefits of cost savings on physical paper purchases and also employee performance is quite significantly increased in carrying out daily operations because entering data can be done semi-automatically.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of competence of business actors in utilizing the means of Information and Communication Technology. This study was conducted in the district of Bandung, Bogor district Bogor city and the city of Bandung from November 2019 to february 2020. Sampling respondents amounted to 358 Based on the results of the overall selection of population 3479. Data analysis using SPSS version 21. The research results showed based on the test results individually or partially that the competence of business actors in utilizing ICT tools that competence is directly influenced by the profile of business actors, the perceptions of business actors, and the utilization of ICT facilities and 1 variable has little influence on the competence of the perpetrators business. Based on the test results simultaneously that the profile of business actors, support the external environment, the perceptions of business actors and the utilization of ICT facilities. Based on the regression equation model shows that the higher the competence of business actor profile of business actor, the higher the perception of business actors the higher the utilization of ICT facilities will affect the higher competence of UMKM business actors.

The research method used quantitative methods while the data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 employees at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the research results, the findings are as follows: (1) collectively or simultaneously transactional leadership style and perceived organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, (2) partially transactional leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction; (3) partially perceptions of organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Thus, employee job satisfaction can be increased by increasing transactional leadership styles and perceptions of organizational support.

Foreign exchange trading carries a high level of risk, so risk management is essential. This study aims to determine the risk of foreign exchange trading and to determine the application of risk management in foreign exchange trading. The research was conducted at PT Monex Investindo Futures Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the risk in forex trading is the risk of unexpected changes that cause market conditions to reverse direction, this can be due to economic or political events that affect market movements. The analysis used to determine the volatility of the foreign exchange market is to use technical and fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is based on data from economic and political news, while technical analysis is carried out using charts and indicators. There are five risk management implemented at PT Monex Investindo Futures to minimize losses resulting from price movements on the foreign exchange market, namely: moving average, bollinger band, parabolic SAR, Average Directional Movement Index and Robotics

Academic procrastination is the behavior of delaying doing or completing academic tasks, reviewing academic procrastination is important to minimize academic procrastination behavior that will affect student learning achievement. This study aims to empirically determine the influence of intelligence and partial and stimultan self-control on academic procrastination. This research was conducted at University X in Jakarta, the research method uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews with a population of 130 respondents, 56 men and 74 women. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the following findings were obtained: (1) jointly or simultaneously adversity intelligence and self-control affect academic procrastination, (2) partially adverse intelligence has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, (3) partially self-control has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa luas nilai-nilai yang dapat diperoleh dan juga memberikan reaksi serta hasil dari adanya pemanfaatan perdagangan online tersebut dikalangan masyarakat. Terutama dalam melakukan kegiatan pembelanjaan kebutuhan yang bersifat konsumtif ataupun non konsumtif selama proses berjalan hingga saat ini yang sudah menjaring banyak masyarakat khususnya masyarakat kota besar di era pandemi. Proses perhitungan dan pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan penggunaan pertanyaan berupa kuisioner yang akan dibantu dalam memberikan feedback oleh para pengguna sistem perdagangan online yang menyasar pada masyarakat kota, untuk mengetahui pendapat dari masyarakat dalam memberikan respon dan timbal balik yang memiliki relasi. Dari proses yang dilakukan serta perhitungan nilai dari kuisioner yang diperoleh juga mendapatkan respon yang baik bahwa memang pemanfaatan sistem perdagangan online di kalangan masyarakat dalam perilaku belanja menunjukan nilai yang cukup tinggi yaitu nilai dengan jarak diatas 4 serta maksimal berada diangka 5, sehingga dari proses penilaian tersebut memberikan indikasi bahwa memang mayoritas khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal di kota sangat memanfaatkan sistem online dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan semakin meninggalkan proses konvensional yang dilakukan pembelanjaan secara manual dan akan terus berlangsung hingga masa pandemi sudah selesai karena pola tersebut telah memberikan perubahan dari sisi faktor psikologi dan perilaku masyarakat.Kata kunci: Sistem Perdagangan Online, SWOT, Balance Scorecard

The era of digitalization where the majority of people prefer to stay at home and are reluctant to do activities is a problem for manual economic movements but provides benefits from the possibility of maximizing the digital economy. One thing that can still be improved is related to the sale of services, the tendency for online transactions to be more focused on transactions related to physical goods but with the opportunity to see and carry out transactions related to services, this can be done to gain an advantage and related improvements with business opportunities. Obstacles that tend to be found are related to trust because the service process requires someone to come to a location to carry out tasks, this is a challenge for the provision of AHS-Clean applications that provide shoe washing services. This research employs a qualitative approach, with case studies on several leading shoe companies that have implemented digital applications. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, documentation analysis, and direct observation of the business processes involved. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital applications in various operational areas of the shoe business, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and inventory management, has resulted in a positive impact on sales and operational efficiency. However, the primary challenges encountered pertain to the integration of new technologies with existing systems and the necessity to train employees to adapt to these digital changes.
